무기체계 재구성을 위한 온톨로지 기반 컴포넌트 시맨틱 검색 시스템 구축 방법

Recently in the field of defense Modeling and Simulation (M&S), Component-Based Development technology is widely applying to save the cost and increase the reusability of weapon system development. Related with this, researches for rapid reconfiguration and simulation of the component-standardized weapon system is actively carrying out. To rapidly reconfigure the new weapon system, complex and various functions of component information has to be effectively searched. So, it requires differentiated search technique unlike existing Keyword-based Search method. Semantic Search System provides semantically related information among the extensive information. In this research, metadata of weapon system components and their representative functional words are built as an ontology. And it provides an ontology-based semantic search system. 최근 국방 분야의 모델링 및 시뮬레이션(M&S)에서는 무기체계의 개발비용을 절감하고 재사용성을 높이기 위해 컴포넌트 기반 개발(Component Based Development) 기술을 사용한다. 이와 관련해서 무기체계를 컴포넌트로 표준화하여 신속히 재구성 및 시뮬레이션하기 위한 연구가 수행되고 있다. 복잡하고 다양한 기능의 컴포넌트 정보를 검색하여 신 무기체계로 신속히 재구성하기 위해서는 기존의 키워드 검색방식과는 차별화된 검색 기법이 요구된다. 이를 보완하기 위해 방대한 정보 사이에서 의미적으로 연관된 정보를 제공하는 시맨틱 검색 시스템(Semantic Search System) 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 무기체계 컴포넌트 메타데이터와 이들의 대표적인 기능속성을 표현하는 용어들을 온톨로지(Ontology)로 구축하고 이를 활용한 시맨틱 검색 시스템을 제안한다.
치과용 단층촬영을 이용한 Stainless-Steel File과 MFile-System<sup>®</sup> 전동식 기구의 근관 성형 능력에 대한 비교 연구

Objectives The aim of this study is to compare the quality of root canal preparation completed using MFile-$System^{(R)}$ instrument ( Komet, Gebr.Brsaseler, Germany) and conventional stainless steel file in the canals of Maxillary molar teeth that had a canal curvature between $25^{\circ}$ or more Materials & Methods Buccal canals of 24 first and second maxillary molar teeth, extracted for periodontal and prosthetic reasons were used. Tissue fragments and calcified debris were removed from teeth by scaling and the teeth were stored in 10% formalin solution for 24 hour. Then, teeth were stored in saline until used. To be included the roots had to have completed formed apices and angle of curvature ranging between $25^{\circ}$ or more according to the criteria described by Schneider(1971). Palatal and Second mesiobuccal canals were not included. Teeth were embedded into transparent acrylic. The teeth were randomly divided into two experimental groups. All teeth were scanned by Dental CT (PSR9000N, Asahi, Japan) to determine the root canal shape before instrumentation. Image slices were prepared from the apical end point to the pulp chamber. The first two sections were 2 mm from the apical end of root and 2 mm below the orifice. Further section was recorded, dividing the distance between the sections of apical and coronal levels into two equal lengths. 12 teeth were instrumented using stainless steel fileand another 12 teeth were instrumented using MFile-$System^{(R)}$. Following the completion of the instrumentation, the teeth were again scanned and compared with the cross sectional images taken prior to canal preparation. Amount of transportation and centering ability was assessed. Student's t-test was used for statistical analysis. Result Less transportation occurred with MFile-$System^{(R)}$ rotary instrumentation than stainless steel instrument. MFile-$System^{(R)}$ had better centering ability than stainless steel instrument. Conclusion MFile-$System^{(R)}$ rotary instrumentation transported canals less and had good centering ability.

It has shown that the investment on the new products have a direct influence on the price of manufactured goods. This brings about a point, which has been a common problem for many Korean enterprises. That is Korean products can only its international competitiveness from the price, not quality. Our industry has shown its movement from producing cheap, low quality products to creating somewhat more advanced and higher qualify products. However the industry cannot avoid the financial burden from the investment. Just like the title of this article, for existing the 3D-MODELING, the 3D-CAD is existed first has immediate effect on the many developing processes, such as planning a product, designing, and producing. The development of the furniture design in the future will be done in the same way as this article presents. This will have a great effect on the overall productivity. (Time, cost, efficiency and etc). The simulation experiment on this article is based on the idea of development of industry, forms the immediate constituent for the prediction related to the production development, marketing and the trend. Which means, this will play an important part where companies achieve satisfaction from the marketing part and the economy.
수종(數種)의 한약재(韓藥材) 전탕액(煎湯液)이 동물 간조직내 항섬유효능검색에 관한 실험적 연구

Antifibrotic drugs could be delayed or inhibited massive collagen deposition in liver tissue or inhibited collagen synthesis. we investigated antifibrotic effects by several herbs(Schisnadra chinensis, Ganoderma japonicum, Sedum sarmentosum, Alisma canaliculatum, Plantago asiatica) extract with observations of collagen accumulation in liver tissue and collagen synthesis in sera. Rats were used for experimental animal that were devided 3 groups(sham control, BDL/S, BDL/S-ER). Rats were operated for inducing liver fibrosis(cirrhosis) by bile duct obstruction. Several herbs were prepared by water extraction and were applicated p. o. $3ml/day$ during 4 weeks. After observation period, rats were sacrificed and liver tissue and sera were collected. In result, the mortality of rats was 35% in BDL/S group and 20% in BDL/S-ER The color of bile juice in BDL/S-ER was bright yellow and murky yellow in BDL/S group. The significantly lower weight of liver($16.21g{\pm}5.3,\;20.58{\pm}2.4$) and spleen($1.96g{\pm}0.96,\;3.93{\pm}0.21$) were shown in BDL/S-ER than that of BDL/S(p<0.05) group. The value of collagen in liver tissue(25.7%) in BDL/S-ER was observed significantly lower than that of BDL/S group (Tab. 2). AST. ALT, ALP, t-bilirubin, BUN levels were low in BDL/S-ER as compared with those of BDL/S group, but the significance was not proven. The trichrome stained liver tissue in BDL/S-ER group was observed mild bile duct proliferation and fibrosis compared with BDL/S group. In conclusion, natural products inhibited new collagen synthesis and delayed massive collagen deposition in liver tissue, so that they have noticeable antifibrotic effects in experimental liver fibrosis(cirrhosis).
