니켈합금 Alloy42를 사용하는 리드프레임의 블랭킹 특성에 관한 기초연구

An experimental is carried out to investigate the characteristics of blanking for nickel alloy Alloy42 (t=0.203mm), a kind of IC lead frame material. By varying clearance between die and punch, the shapes of shear profile are examined. Finite element analysis with element deletion algorithm for ductile fracture mode is also carried out to study the effect of clearance theoretically and to compare with experimental results. The rectangular shape specimen with four different corner radius is used to study the characteristics of blanking for straight side and corner region simultaneously. As the result, the ratios measured from experiment of roll over, burnish, and fracture zone based on initial blank thickness are compared with those of FE analysis. Both experiment and FE analysis show that the amount of roll over and fracture is increased as the clearance increases. When the radius of corner is less than thickness of blank, it has been found that larger clearance is required than that of straight region in order to maintain same quality of shear profile at the corner region.

This paper presents an overview of the concepts of optimal feeder design in relation to the loading of bulk solids for Automatic filling system that should be control the amount of goods and packaging to seal. Feeder modular device, important parts of the package, so in order to perform a conceptual design optimization techniques are applied in two steps. First of all derive the problems through structural analysis for the conceptual model of vibrating feeder. Secondly derive reasonable design model based on the results of the structural analysis of modified boundary shape and then verify it. The proposed system has the following goal that is satisfies the dynamic stability with minimum weight and optimization of the shape. As a result, the weight reduction of feeder is 2.1% and 7% increase in the natural frequency.

Stereolithography is the hest known as rapid prototyping system. It uses the STL format data which is generated from CAD system. In this study, One of the main function of this developed CAM system deals with shape modification which divide a shape into two parts or more. The cross section of a STL part by a z-level is composed with nested or single polygonal closed loop. In order to make RP product, closed loops must fill with triangular facets from SSET and recover sliced triangular facets which is located normal direction to the cross sectional plane. The system is development by using Visual! C++ compiler in the environment of pentium PC. Operating system is Windows NT workstaion from Micro-Soft.<br/>

Automatic measurement system is required since cycle time and cost of production are increased by various factors in manual systems. This paper presents a machine vision based prototype measurement system for the automotive axisymmetric shape parts which are generally measured by a manual system that is required the tolerance of the part is very small on each machined surface. This measurement system adopts a method in which optical lens is transferred along the profile of the part to minimize measurement cycle time. The main interest of this paper is a development of an optimum measurement algorithm to the outside diameter of the parts that can be applied to various combinations of hardware. The operating system used to implement the whole system is Window XP and corresponding environment.

Overhead crane systems consist of trolley, girder, rope, objects, trolley motor, girder motor, and hoist motor. The dynamic system of these systems becomes a nonlinear state equations. These equations are obtained by the nonlinear equations of motion which are derived from transfer functions of driving motors and equations of motion for objects. From these state equations, Lyapunov functions of overhead crane systems are derived from integral method. These functions secure stability of autonomous overhead crane systems. Also constraint equations of driving motors of trolley, girder, and hoist are derived from these functions. From the results of computer simulation, it is founded that overhead crane systems is secure.
해석과 실험을 통한 박판성형공정에서의 드로오비드의 구속력에 관한 연구

It is necessary for development of drawing product with press to have suitable material selection & all process design and the problem during press process has been cleared from judgement of experience & trial and error. Recently we can estimate press process result from computer aided design & FEM. But we can get more reliable result when we can put more precise process variants during FEM. In case of using a drawbead that is used for the material inflow, it is considered for us to put material property, other analysis condition & friction figure when material is passing through the drawbead for better FEM. From our study, we have drawn an analogy bead connection depth, friction figure & drawing and restraining load according to kinds of lubrication from experiment & FEM for the drawbead. We applied above result to the drawing experiment & FEM and confirmed the validity. We could notice the relation between friction figure & drawing load and the friction figure variation according to kinds of lubrication. It is expected to draw more precise analogy that can be used for real process due to more precise process variants application to FEM.
