자살의 논변

인간이 자유롭게 결정한 죽음 즉 자살은 근본적으로 사회가 왈가왈부할 필요가 없는 개인 자신의 문제이기는 하지만 1976년 오스트리아 작가 장 아메리(Jean Amery)는 『죽음에 대한 담론』(Diskurs uber den Freitod)에서 사회적으로나 도덕적으로 강요와 비난에서 자유로울 수 있는 자살은 없다고 단언하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 요즘 우리나라에는 자살자의 수가 부쩍 늘었다. 이는 돈을 최상의 가치로 여기는 사회, 그 사회 내에서 느끼는 소외감일 것이다. 이에 본고에서는 작금의 우리나라뿐만 아니라 세계적인 추세화가 되어가고 있는 이런 죽음의 문화를 종결짓고 우리의 삶이 아무리 고통스럽고 고달프다고 하더라도 자살만은 금하고 한번뿐인 우리의 삶을 잘 가꾸어 나가야 되겠다는 마음에서 이 글을 쓴다. 본고에서는 논지를 자살 옹호론적 논변과 자살 반대론적 논변으로 나누고, 자살 옹호론적 논변의 모델로는 고대 스토아 학파를 중심으로 전개하고, 그리고 자살 반대론적 논변으로는 신학적 입장, 자연적 법칙의 입장, 정의의 입장에서의 논변으로 각각 나누어 고찰하고, 아울러 그 각각의 논변의 문제점이 무엇인지를 살펴보았다. 본고의 목적은 각각의 논변의 문제점을 짚어보는데 있고, 어느 한 쪽을 지지하는데 있지 않다. Suicidal act is an individual problem, but any suicidal act is not free from the blame of the community in his own. Nevertheless, nowadays a suicidal act is on the increase in our society. Perhaps the motive for suicidal act in recent times will be a feeling of alienation from the society which looks upon the money as the supreme good. Therefore, through this thesis, no matter how a pain a man may feel, we should live without suicidal act, and we should terminate a state of suicide recently. And that is the purpose of this thesis. In this thesis, I divide two parts ; one takes a cheerful view of suicidal act, that is the view of stoics, the other takes a negative view of suicidal act, that is a view of theology, a view of the law of nature, and a view of the justice. And each view of suicidal act comes into question.

교양체육 관여도에 따른 서비스품질 인식과 만족도 및 충성도

본 연구는 교양체육 참여자의 관여도 수준에 따른 서비스품질의 차이와 서비스품질에 대한 만족도 및 충성도의 관계를 알아보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 KBS스포츠아카데미 교양체육 수강생 338명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 SPSS 19.0을 사용하여 자료 처리를 하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 교양체육 관여도에 따른 서비스품질에는 차이가 있었으며, 교수과정과 건강증진 요인을 중요하게 인식하였다. 둘째, 교양체육 서비스품질(교수과정, 건강증진, 외적환경, 대인관계)은 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 44.5%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 셋째, 교양체육 서비스품질(건강증진, 외적환경, 대인관계)은 행동적 충성도와 태도적 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 각각 29.7%와 37.3%의 설명력을 나타냈다. This study has aimed to evaluate the differences in the recognition of the quality of service, satisfaction and loyalty of those who have participated in general physical education as their each levels. We conducted surveys to 338 students who are in korean broadcasting system physical education class and sports academy for the purposes of the research by using the SPSS 19.0. We had the following conclusions. First, there were some differences in the involvement of general physical education and the students recognized that the factors, the quality of service features, teaching process, are important. Second, the service quality of general physical education (teaching process, health promotion, external environment, interpersonal relationships) are significantly influenced their satisfaction, showing 44.5% of the explanatory power. Third, the service quality of general physical education(health promotion, external environment, interpersonal relationships) influenced behavioral loyalty and attitudinal loyalty significantly, showing explanatory power of 29.7% and 37.3% respectively.

유닉스 커널 백도어 탐지 및 복구 시스템 개발

일반 어플리케이션 형태의 커널 백도어가 커널의 일부로 수행되는 커널 모듈 형태의 백도어로 변화함에 따라, 기존의 백도어 탐지 기술로는 이에 대처할 수 없게되었다. 이에 최근 커널 백도어에 대응하여 Chkrootkit, Kstat등의 백도어 탐지 툴이 개발되어 사용되고 있지만, 이러한 툴들은 커널 백도어 설치여부 추정이나 탐지 수준으로 예방이나 발견후의 대응은 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 커널 백도어의 예방, 탐지 및 복구 기술을 제시하고, 제시한 기술을 바탕으로 구현한 커널 백도어 대응 시스템을 보인다. 이 시스템은 커널 모듈의 선택적 로딩으로 커널 백도어를 예방하며, 커널에 보안 시스템 콜을 추가하여 커널 백도어 행위 탐지 및 복구 기능을 함으로써 커널 백도어에 대해 종합적이고 실시간적인 대응을 가능하게 한다.

This study aims to examine and organize the historical experience of China`s urban planning system and it`s characteristics, which has been accompanied with industrialization and urbanization mainly after China`s reform and open policy in 1978. With this concern and purpose, this study selected 2 cities as for the case study: Shenzhen, the first and the most representative Special Economic Zone in China; Shanghai, China`s economic center including Pudong New District. We investigated their background and experimental experience of the reform & open policy, and the making and propulsion experience of urban planning system and institution. In China, it is just after mid of 1980`s when the China`s economic reform has started, that the development of urban planning as the means of market intervention has been started. As the China`s reform and open policy has been advanced, the realm and influence of market are going on enlarging and strengthening, and it has been more and more important that the role of the urban planning on the aspect of macro market control means. Especially, advancing the land use institution reform, it is more and more important that the role of the urban planning, which is related to the transfer condition of land use right that already has been commercialization and privatization. On the land use right transfer process, the Chinese government as a land owner, inspect and ratify the purpose of land use and the development of the proposal or the plan, that ask for the petition of land use right, and should continually inspect and manage. China`s urban planning and urban development system just going on this frame and process of development.

This paper compares and examines the fantasy genre that is currently popular in Korea and Japan, and examines its internal logic. Through this, it is revealed that subculture genre literature also includes a social masterplot, and in particular, among the fantasy genres, the form of Isekai objects and their derivative genres is an effective means of realizing problem consciousness and narrative solution method for contemporary reality. Focusing on locality, the fact that genre literature is not composed only of the fads among enthusiastic readers or the inner logic of the web novel ecosystem, but reflects the psychological situation and desire of the members of the community in a contemporary context and in a broad sense. I have looked at it. It also emphasizes the fact that the narrative composition, genre format, and comprehensive masterplot reflecting this change according to locality. Genre literature including web novels cannot be defined or classified as simply setting, worldview, and iconic understanding. Despite being a common genre in Korea and Japan, their perceptions of the world and alternative means of problem solving are quite different. Through imaginary regression, Japanese things from different worlds replace the world itself with microscopic ties that can provide a stronger sense of belonging even though they are independent of the real world. On the other hand, Koreas Isekai objects are used as a tool to visualize and show fantasy in reality rather than using the other world as an alternative world. Therefore, the problem solving method does not bypass the other world, but utilizes the fantasy and ideology of people who deeply reflect the structural problems of the real world. It strongly reflects todays surplus meritocracy as the structural logic of the narrative. However, this structural fantasy is still subordinate to the structure that reproduces the problem. Therefore, in order to try other alternative means to overcome this, the fantasy genre of Korea is reborn as a variety of derivative genres, not the basic form of Isekai.
