This is a study doing for the purpose of taking out an efficient utility program as analysing non-efficient utility conditions of land and grasping its problems which are happened from the public-land development district. I suggest better programs as the following after making a field-investigation and analysing development situations of 3 public-land development districts developed by Jeonju city.<BR> The city should establish the rate of land use to meet the local character due to dividing the use in detail on industrial classification from a city-plan stage and improve investors" earnings due to making the theme-type commercial area.<BR> The city should fix the rule on parking-zone establishment which is a formal contract necessary only to obtain a license and to be completed.<BR> The city should make in a group among same categories of business and remodel in a house on the black-hearted business section in blank space or the earnings-fallen restaurants.<BR> The damaged-landscape facilities should restore through the housetop landscape even in order to prevent from a heat-island phenomenon of the city.<BR> It is necessary to put a graft in the local culture owing to introducing Han-brand concept into the building style in Jeonju city.<BR> The city should train the experts to suggest a development model.
국내 유류오염지역에서의 석유계총탄화수소에 의한 비발암 인체위해성평가 전략

Human health risk assessment for petroleum, oil and lubricant (POL) contaminated sites is challenging as total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) is not a single compound but rather a mixture of numerous substances. To address this concern, several TPH fractionation approaches have been proposed and used as an effective management tool for the POL-contaminated sites in many countries. In Korea, there are also recognized needs to establish a reliable and cost-effective human health risk assessment strategy based on the TPH fractionation method. In order to satisfy the social and institutional demand, this study suggested that the comprehensive risk assessment strategy based on a newly modified TPH fractionation method with 10 fractions, the Korean Standard Test Method (KSTM)-based analytical protocol and a stepwise risk assessment framework should be introduced into the domestic contaminated land management system. Under the proposed strategy, POL-contaminated sites can be effectively managed in terms of human health protection, and remedial cost and time can be determined reasonably. In addition, more researches required to increase our understanding of environmental risks and improve the domestic management system were proposed.
Streptomyces phospholipase D의 정제를 위한 면역친화 크로마토그래피의 개발

Streptomyces somaliensis가 생산하는 phospholipase D (PLD)를 정제하기 위하여 펩티드 항체 결합 면역 친화 크로마토그래피용 칼럼을 개발하였다. 단백질 구조 예측 프로그램과 Streptomyces PLD X-선 결정구조를 참조하여, S. somaliensis PLD의 1차 구조로부터 항원특성이 높고. 표면에 위치하는 것으로 예상된 5종류의 펩티드들을 epitope로 선정한 뒤, 이에 대한 항체로 면역친화 크로마토그래피용 칼럼을 제작하였다. 배양 농축액을 칼럼에 통과시켜 정제한 활성 분획을 SDS-PAGE 및 Western blot 결과, 칼럼 종류에 따라 순수한 PLD또는 35 kDa의 단백질 불순물만을 포함하는 PLD 정제 분획을 보여 면역친화 칼럼의 높은 항원결합 특이성을 보여주었다. 그러나 수용액상에서 PLD 자체의 구조적 불안정성 때문에 정제 후 PLD의 특이적 활성 및 정제 수율은 낮았다. An immunoaffinity chromatography for the specific binding of Streptomyces somaliensis phospholipase D (PLD) that is considered as an industrially potential enzyme was developed. By using the protein structure prediction programs and the X-ray crystal structure of a Streptomyces PLD, 5 different epitopes with high antigenicity that are predicted to locate on the surface of the S. somaliensis PLD were selected and then synthesized for the preparation of antipeptide antibodies. Each purified rabbit IgG was coupled with NHS-activated Sepharose to prepare the immunoaffinity resins. After one-step purification of the culture concentrate on the antipeptide IgG-coupled Sepharose column, SDS-PAGE and the Western blot analysis of the purified samples showed that purification of PLD on the affinity columns was satisfactory, indicating that the peptide design using the structural information of Streptomyces PLDs was rational. However, the purified PLD in the solution aggregated rapidly, which resulted in poor specific activity and low purification yield.
Sweet BV 병행 치료 후 척수 손상 환자의 감각 분절 호전 1례

Objective : Patients with spinal cord injury are increasing in numbers. However, there is no reliable treatment guide in both conventional & complementary medicine. Also, there are not much clinical case of patients with spina cord injury in oriental medical field. We investigated effect of sweet BV on subacute stage patient with spinal cord injury. Method : 31-year old female patient with spinal cord injury was treated with herb medicine(TID), electro arcupunture (BID), sweet BV injection(QOD), Physical treatment(QD), and conventional-medicine. Result : We had a satisfactory result with using sweet BV injection. The patient's ASIA grade improved from 34 to 52. And Frankle classification of the patient shifted from A to B. Conclusion : We reach a conclusion Using Sweet BV improve the sensation of patient with spinal cord injury. And more study about this disease is needed.
