The KOREA government spread QSS activities to enterprises. QSS activities are applied to manufacturing companies through training and activities, and basic capacities, maintenance capabilities, and improvement capacities are evaluated before and after the evaluation. This study investigated the method of continuous improvement of small-medium company production processes through POSCO's QSS(Quick Six Sigma) activities. QSS is a field operation technique that encompasses the advantages of Six Sigma, TPS(Toyota Production System), TQM (Total Quality Management), and IE(Industrial Engineering). Through this, POSCO not only encourages activities centered on related small and medium-sized partners, etc., but is also expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's own production process through QSS activities. In this study, rather than unconditionally carrying out activities according to the needs of large companies, the research is to help the continuous improvement of the actual production process of small and medium-sized enterprises by effectively applying and spreading QSS activities in consideration of the characteristics and environment of the company. For this purpose, empirical research is conducted on the process improvement activities and QSS activities of company Y, which has less than 100 assembly and production quality and inspection processes among SMEs. The changes in the production process improvement of SMEs through the application of the final QSS were investigated through empirical studies.
활혈탕가미(活血湯加味)가 Collagen 유발 관절염의 발생과 치료에 미치는 영향

Objectives: This study was carried out to investigated the Anti-inflammation, Development and Curative Effects of HwalHyelTangkami (Huoxuetangjiawei) on the Collagen-Induced Arthritis in Wistar rats and ICR mouse. Methods: In experiment 1, Studies on the inhibitory effects of nitric oxide synthesis, pro-inflammatory cytokines, cyclooxygenase 2, leukocyte migration, vascular permeability, radical scavenging activity of HwalHyelTangkami(Huoxuetangjiawei) extract(or concentration). In experiment 2 and 3, rats were divided into non-treated normal group, porcine type 2 collagen immunized control group and collagen immunized and HwalHyelTangkami(Huoxuetangjiawei) treated group. Results: In experiment 1, the results were as follows; 1. Nitric oxide synthesis and Leukocyte migration has significantly inhibition effect by HwalHyelTangkami(Huoxuetangjiawei) extract. 2. Pro-inflammatory cytokines and cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2) were inhibited by HwalHyelTangkami(Huoxuetangjiawei) extract. In experiment 2, the results were as follows; 1. Body weight change in treated group has no significantly change. 2. Incidence of arthritis was 75 percent in control group and 25 percent in treated group. 3. Arthritis score of treated group was significantly decreased(p<0.05) compared with control group at 18days. 4. Paw edema volume of treated group was significantly decreased(p<0.05) compared with control group at 20days after immunization. 5. Thickness of ankle joint of treated group was significantly decreased(p<0.05) compared with control group at 20days after immunization. In experiment 3, the results were as follows; HwalHyelTangkami(Huoxuetangjiawei) treated group has no significantly change on body weight, paw edema volume, thickness of ankle joint and serum TNF-α level has no significantly change. Conclusions: These results indicated that HwalHyelTangkami(Huoxuetangjiawei) has the anti-inflammation effects on the ICR mouse. And the higher inhibitory effects on the onset of collagen-induced arthritis in rats and the lower inhibitory effects on the progression of collagen-induced arthritis in rats.

The heat recovery ventilator developed for clean indoor air quality management is applied in real life for the purpose of outdoor air and indoor air exchange through devices, increasing energy efficiency, and clean indoor air quality management through filters. To heat recovery ventilator, a unidirectional BLDC motor, in which motor rotation direction cannot be controlled (constant-reverse control), is applied to the air supply and exhaust side. From the results of last study, it can be seen that BLDC motors (hereinafter referred to as sensorless BLDC motors) capable of integrating the control unit of the motor with the external main control unit and removing the sensors are applied to all heat recovery ventilator. This paper examines the result of research on the function of preventing fire diffusion through controlling the negative pressure state at each stage in an expanded form of a function to extend the life of a filter by applying reverse (backwashing) control technology, which is a characteristic of a sensorless BLDC motor.

We want to understand body composition and states of obese patients and the clinical studies of obesity attribute to Dept. of Oriental Rehabilitation Medicine. Methods: The clinical studies were done on 42 cases of obese patients who were treated by obesity clinic in Dept. of Oriental Rehabilitation Medicine Dae-Jeon Oriental medical hospital in Dae-Jeon University from May 2000 to September 2000. We checked body composition using Inbody3.0. Results: Sexual ratio on this report is 1:4.98(male: female). Abnormal eating is Major cause of obesity that has caused orthopedic disease. Increasing of BMI, fluid, protein and mineral mass decrease.
