Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the data from public information disclosure about pre-hospital advanced airway management and identify the problem by considering domestic laws and guidelines. Methods: Data were collected between 2017 and 2018 and analyzed using SPSS 25.0. Then, the problems of the analysis results based on the relevant laws and practical guidelines were reviewed. Results: The review of domestic laws and practice guidelines revealed that ambulance nurses can implement supraglottic airway device only under the following three conditions: ① smart advanced life support pilot project area, ② trained to insert I-Gel, and ③ member of a special ambulance. In total, 21,574 cases of advanced airway management (endotracheal intubation: 2,428, I-Gel: 18,502, LMA : 499, KING AIRWAY: 144) were reported. In many cases, advanced airway management was performed by ambulance nurses who did not meet the above conditions, which was in violation of laws and guidelines. In addition, the prognosis of intubated patients was not followed up. Conclusion: The Korea National Fire Agency must stop all unlicensed medical practice by untrained, uneducated, and uncertified nurses and demand quality control programs for intubated patients.
일본소비자의 식생활라이프스타일에 따른 HMR 제품 시장세분화

Purpose: The purposes of this study were to identify the segments of the Home Meal Replacement (HMR) market according to food-related lifestyle of Japanese consumers, and to investigate its demographic characteristics, the HMR purchase status and needs of new HMR product development. Methods: A total of 2,720 domestic consumers living in Japan were surveyed using a self-administered questionnaire and 488 responses were returned. Excluding responses with significant missing data, 467 responses were used for data analysis. Results: As a result of cluster analysis, three consumer segments were identified. The diet-highly concerned segment had the highest food-related lifestyle score, followed by the diet-moderately concerned segment, and the diet-unconcerned segment (p<0.001). A significant difference in demographic characteristics among the three segments was found with respect to the type of residence (p<0.05). There were significant differences in the main place (p<0.01) and average expense (p<0.001) for HMR purchases by food-related lifestyle segments. In the case of new HMR products that need further development, 'low-sodium products' had the highest demand scores in all three segments. In the diet-highly concerned segment, the mean scores of demand for new products were significantly higher than those in the other segments (p<0.001). Conclusion: The findings of this study can be used to develop new products for the Japanese' HMR market. The segments identified in this study should be updated and revised regularly to reflect changes in the characteristics of each food-related lifestyle segment.
시뮬레이션 기반 병원 전 외상 교육 과정에서 구조화된 동영상을 적용한 사전브리핑이 몰입감, 자신감, 만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 병원 전 외상환자 시뮬레이션에서 동영상을 이용한 사전브리핑이 전통적 사전브리핑을 적용한 그룹에 비해 시뮬레이션 몰입감, 시뮬레이션 자신감, 시뮬레이션 만족도에 차이가 있는지 비교하기 위해 대조군 실험설계 연구이다. 실험군과 대조군 모두 시뮬레이션 환경에서 오리엔테이션을 수행했다. 이후 실험 그룹은 훈련의 목표와 결과가 제시된 시나리오 상황과 유사한 약 8분 분량의 비디오를 시청했으며. 반면 통제 그룹은 같은 시간 동안 시나리오와 관련된 고전적인 오리엔테이션 방식을 수행했다. 또한, 실험 집단과 통제 집단은 같은 상황에서 12분 동안 시뮬레이션 실습을 하였으며, 같은 연구자가 40분 동안 디브리핑을 수행하였다. 그 후 참가자들의 시뮬레이션 몰입감, 자신감, 만족도를 측정했다. 데이터는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 t-test를 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과적으로 영상을 활용한 사전브리핑을 실시한 실험군이 대조군보다 몰입감과 자신감이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반면 만족도는 두 그룹 간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 즉 구조화 된 비디오를 사용한 사전브리핑이 시뮬레이션 몰입감과 시뮬레이션 자신감을 높이는 효과적인 교육 방법이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. The aim of this study was to examine the impacts of pre-briefing using structured video simulations in the pre-hospital trauma care simulation-based education on simulation immersion, simulation confidence, and simulation satisfaction. For both the experimental group and the control group, orientations were conducted on the simulation environment. Subsequently, the experimental group watched a video of about 8 minutes, similar to the scenario situation, in which the goal and result of the training were presented. The control group, on the other hand, conducted a classical way of orientation related to the scenario during the same time period. In addition, the experimental group and the control group underwent simulation practice in the same situation for 12 minutes, and debriefing was performed for 40 minutes by the same research assistant. Afterwards, we measured the simulation immersion, confidence, and satisfaction of the participants. Data were analyzed using χ² and independent t-test using the SPSS 22.0 program. It was found that the experimental group that conducted the pre-briefing using video had higher immersion and confidence than the control group. On the other hand, satisfaction was not significantly different between the two groups. The results indicate that pre-briefing using structured video was an effective educational method to increase simulation immersion and simulation confidence.

Learning grammar is an essential step for mastering a language. For this reason, it is necessary and valuable to look into how grammar teaching should be. This study reviews existing grammar theory critically and craws three problems of Korean grammar teaching as well as a solution for each problem specific measures. In addition, we try to reorganize and systematize the principle of the grammar teaching. In particular, we propose a reorganized grammar teaching method based on the principle of Focus on Form which appeared against the dichotonomy of bottom up and top down approach We should find the method of Korean grammar teaching that is appropriate to Koran grammar system, through the constant studies on effect and efficiency of various grammar teaching methods. The basic frame of Korean grammar theory can be provided through the study, even if it was not verified with a specific test. In the follow-up researches, we can discuss further issues such as how to apply the study result to a teaching class, and what kind of effects can be made. All with these, it will be a basic step to attain a developmental teaching model used in Korean-teaching classrooms.
