노화된 흰쥐 소장 장신경계의 형태계측학적 변화 및 미세구조 변화에 관한 연구

노화에 따른 장신경계의 변화를 살펴보기 위하여 3개월 된 Sprague-Dawley계 성숙흰쥐 (300~350 gm)와 24개월 된 노 화흰쥐 (500~550 gm) 소장의 근육층신경얼기와 점막밑신경얼기를 NADH-TR 염색을 하여 형태계측학적 조사를 하였다. 신경세포 형태에 따른 변화를 살펴보기 위하여 각 신경얼기에 존재하는 신경세포를 세가지 유형으로 분류하였다. 세포의 모양이 둥글고 크며 세포질이 핵에 비해 많은 세포를 1형, 세포의 모양이 방추형인 세포를 2형, 세포의 모양이 둥글고 작으며 세포질의 양이 매우 적어 핵이 세포체의 대부분을 차지하는 세포를 3형으로 분류하여 계수하였다. 신경세포의 수와 면적은 VIDAS 영상분석기 (Carl Zeiss, Co., Ltd.)를 이용하여 계측하였다. 또한 노화흰쥐의 장신경계 미세구조의 변화를 JEM-1200 EXII (JEOL Co., Ltd.) 전자현미경으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 성숙흰쥐의 근육층신경얼기와 점막밑신경얼기에서 내재성신경인 3형 신경세포가 주를 이루고 있었으며 신경분포밀 도(단위면적당 신경세포의 총수)는 근육층신경얼기에서 보다 점막밑신경얼기에서 더 높았다. 2. 노화흰쥐에서 주로 1형과 2형 신경세포가 소실되었으며 이러한 경향은 두 신경얼기에서 동일하였다. 3. 노화흰쥐에서 신경세포의 면적은 모든 유형의 신경세포에서 증가하였으며 면적변화 양상도 두 신경얼기에서 동일하 였다. 4. 노화흰쥐의 장신경세포에서 관찰한 미세구조의 변화로는 세포질 내에 리포푸신과립의 증가가 가장 두드러졌으며 다 른 세포소기관의 변성현상은 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 노화로 인한 장신경계에서의 신경세포의 소실은 주로 자율신경에서 기원한 1형과 2형 신경세포에서 일어남을 알 수 있었다. 또한 장신경세포는 노화에 따라 세포질 내에 리포푸신과립이 증가할 뿐 다른 세포소기관은 변성을 나타내지 않음을 알 수 있었다. This study was performed to investigate the morphometric and ultrastructural change in the adult and aged rat small intestine. The myenteric and submucous plexuses were stained by NADH-TR in the ileum of adult Sprague-Dawley rats (3 mo., 300~350 gm) and aged rats (24 mo., 500~550 gm). The neurons of myenteric and sumucous plexuses were divided into 3 groups depending on their cell body morphology. Type 1 cells were polygonal or round with abundant cytoplasm. Type 2 cells were spindle shaped and type 3 cells were small and round with scanty cytoplasm. The nerve cell numbers and sizes were measured using an image analyzer (VIDAS, Carl Zeiss, Co., Ltd.). Ultrastructural changes were observed by JEM-1200 EXII (JEOL Co., Ltd.) electron microscope. The result obtained are as followed: 1. In adult rats, majority of neuron population were type 3 and neuron density (total numbers/1 μm2) was more higher in submucous plexus than in the myenteric plexus. 2. Statistically significant loss of type 1 and type 2 neurons were in myenteric and submucous plexus of aged rat small intestine. 3. All types of neuron sizes were increased in aged myenteric and submucous plexuses. 4. Lipofusin granules were prominent in the cytoplasm of aged rat. Cell organelles were not shown degenerative change. These results suggest that type 1 and type 2 nerve cells which is originated from autonomic nerves were lost in aged rat small intestine. Ultrastructurally lipofusin granules were prominent in the cytoplasm of aged rat and the cell organelles were not degenerated.

Radio Frequency (RF) repeater is a wireless device which transmits signal from base transceiver station to mobile station. Local RF repeater is operating only in one frequency band, whereas international RF repeater is operating in several frequency bands. For this reason, quality inspection for international RF repeater is complex and its cost is also high compared with local RF repeater. To overcome this difficulty, we propose an algorithm for the quality inspection of the international RF repeater. The proposed method is based on multiple linear regression analysis and ensures the quality of the whole bands by using only few metrology data. We build prediction models for the whole bands of RF repeater by using proposed method. In this procedure, we suggest a linear programming model to resolve multicollinearity issues which are common in quality inspection for RF repeater. We ensure the utility of the proposed method through some case studies.
신재생에너지의 에너지 하베스팅을 위한 DPP시스템의 구성과 효율계산

Energy harvesting technology is drawing attention as a means of collecting various eco-friendly energy and accumulating residual energy. Recently, differential power processing (DPP) is being developed as part of energy harvesting. This is being studied as a solution to the loss of power generation between power modules and the problems caused by module small losses depending on the size of power production. In this paper, we propose the necessity of the DPP by comparing and analyzing energy harvesting related module integration system and power supply efficiency of DPP. The power efficiency of the converter and the power difference between the wind power and the photovoltaic power supply have been changed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed system.

This research aims to find information level-based system for building information management about each design stage. Even though BIM model is built for the design aspect, it is difficult that the BIM data are utilized in the next process such as construction stage or analyzation stage. In order to accumulate building information and to reduce the leakage of building information, various researches and projects for exchanging information such as COBie and SPie are being undertaken in many countries. This research analyzes COBie, which is the de facto standard in US and UK, and suggests ways of adopting this format in the Korean construction practically. In addition, authors suggest the COBie-based new criteria and defines contents and roles in each stage for more effective application of the analyzed results. Pre-checking modules are also developed to validate the data extracted based on suggested Information-level in six stages of building design. Through the suggested criterion, managed information in each construction phase are verified explicitly and the accumulated information enables the Building Information Model to apply more in various design phases.

본 논문에서는 고속도로에서의 방향성을 고려하여 저전력형 가로등 제어 시스템을 설계하고 구현했다. 본 연구에서 제시한 시스템은 조도 센서와 적외선 센서를 이용해 디밍이 가능하고, 차량의 이동 방향에 따라 해당 방향의 가로등이 점등되는 시스템으로 야간에서 가로등에 소비되는 전력량을 줄여 에너지 효율을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다.
