        가로변 건축물 파사드의 관리 방향 설정에 관한 연구 - 광주광역시 문화전당 경계부 가로를 중심으로 -

        This study is to examine architectural designers' views on the correlations between components and contextual principle of the roadside building facade with the roadside building facade on the border of Asian Culture Center in Gwangju which is expected to undergo a great change by public policies. For setting direction of the roadside building management at the region examined, height of facade, advertisement/signboard, security of continuity through surface pattern management, nodes building, array of height by story, awning/arcade and locality of advertisement/signboard should be induced to design with locality and consideration of local characteristics with silhouette, window and external colors is needed for discrimination from other cities. Regarding the realization method important thing was found that the planning and implementation of architectural design guidelines, architectural aesthetics of the pre-hearing enhancement, active citizen participation, and then additional landscape screening system, incentive schemes, landscape designation of landscape zone was found to be a major realization system.

      • 해외농업-농가가 실험한 석회의 방제효과

        최근 일본에서는 시중에 판매되는 농약에 비해 값이 저렴한 석회를 이용하여 작물의 생육에 꼭 필요한 칼슘성분을 적극적으로 사용함으로서 작물의 면역력을 높여 병.충해를 예방, 방제하는 방법을 실천하는 농가가 늘고 있다. 주로 고토석회와 소석회를 덧거름으로 사용하는 경우가 많고, 석회가루를 직접 작물의 잎에 뿌리거나 물에 녹인 후 희석하여 뿌려주고 있다. 한편 굴 껍질이나 계란껍질을 현미식초나 목초액 등에 녹여서 뿌려주는 농가도 있다. 이런 농가 100명의 목소리를 설문 조사한 결과와 사례를 소개한다.

        경계요소법을 이용한 사출성형금형 냉각시스템의 최적설계

        The cooling stage is the very critical and most time consuming stage of the injection molding process, thus it cleary affects both the productivity and the part quality. Even through there are several commercialized package programs available in the injection molding industry to analyze the cooling performance of the injection molding coling stage, optimization of the cooling system has npt yet been accomplished in the literature due to the difficulty in the sensitivity analysis. However, it would be greatly desirable for the mold cooling system designers to have a computer aided design system for the cooling stage. With this in mind, the present study has successfully developed an interated computer aided design system for the injection molding cooling system. The CAD system utilizes the sensitivity analysis via a Boundary Element Method, which we recently developed, and the well-known CONMIN alforuthm as an optimization technique to minimize a weighted combination (objective function) of the temperature non-uniformity over the part surface and the cooling time related to the productivity with side constranits for the design reality. In the proposed objective function , the weighting parameter between the temperature non-uniiformity abd the cooling time can be adjusted according to user's interest. In this cooling system optimization, various design variable are considered as follows : (i) (design variables related to processing conditions) inlet coolant bulk temperature and volumetric flow rate of each cooling channel, and (ii) (design variables related to mold cooling system design) radius and location of each cooling channel. For this optimum design problem, three different radius and location of each cooling channel. For this optimum design problem, three different strategies are suffested based upon the nature of design variables. Three sample problems were successfully solved to demonstrated the efficiency and the usefulness of the CAD system.

        전자기 듀오캐스팅으로 제조한 Al-Mn/Al-Si 하이브리드 알루미늄합금의 미세조직과 인장 특성

        The microstructure and tensile properties of Al-Mn/Al-Si hybrid aluminum alloys prepared by electromagnetic duocasting were investigated. Only the Al-Mn alloy showed the typical cast microstructure of columnar and equiaxed crystals. The primary dendrites and eutectic structure were clearly observed in the Al-Si alloy. There existed a macro-interface of Al-Mn/Al-Si alloys in the hybrid aluminum alloys. The macro-interface was well bonded, and the growth of primary dendrites in Al-Si alloy occurred from the macro-interface. The Al-Mn/Al-Si hybrid aluminum alloys with a well-bonded macro-interface showed excellent tensile strength and 0.2% proof stress, both of which are comparable to those values for binary Al-Mn alloy, indicating that the strength is preferentially dominated by the deformation of the Al-Mn alloy side. However, the degree of elongation was between that of binary Al-Mn and Al-Si alloys. The Al-Mn/Al-Si hybrid aluminum alloys were fractured on the Al-Mn alloy side. This was considered to have resulted from the limited deformation in the Al-Mn alloy side, which led to relatively low elongation compared to the binary Al-Mn alloy.

        구멍쇠미역의 식품영양학적 접근 및 생리활성 분석

        본 연구는 구멍쇠미역을 대상으로 건강기능성식품의 소재로의 활용을 위한 가능성을 타진하고자 영양성분 분석을 통한 식품영양학적 접근 및 생리활성 기능을 분석하였다. 식품 영양학적 접근에서의 구멍쇠미역의 일반성분은 건량 기준으로 당질 45.4%, 조단백질 15.0%, 조지방 2.3% 및 조회분 33.1%이었고, 구멍쇠미역 100 g의 함유 열량은 262.3 kcal로 분석되었으며, 총 식이섬유소 함량은 34.0%로 나타났다. 또한, 총 18종의 아미노산으로 구성되었으며, 그 함량은 12,402.42 mg이었고, 무기질 중 칼륨의 함유량이 가장 높았고, 그 다음이 칼슘, 나트륨, 마그네슘 순으로 나타나, 알칼리성 재료임을 알 수 있었다. 구멍쇠미역 추출물의 총 페놀 함량 및 총 플라보노이드 함량분석 결과, 각각 $34.1{\pm}2.56mg/g$과 $4.9{\pm}0.26mg/g$으로 나타났다. 다양한 항산화 평가 모델(DPPH, FRAP, 환원력, ABTS)을 통하여 구멍쇠미역 추출물의 항산화 활성을 측정한 결과, 구멍쇠미역 추출물의 농도가 증가함에 따라 항산화능이 유의적으로 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로부터 구멍쇠미역은 식품으로서의 이용가치가 매우 크며, 구멍쇠미역 추출물은 항산화능이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to determine the possibility of using Agarum cribrosum as a natural health food source. To accomplish this purpose, the contents of the general and antioxidant activities of Agarum cribrosum were measured. The contents of carbohydrate, crude protein, crude lipid and ash were 45.4%, 15.0%, 2.3% and 33.1%. The calories of Agarum cribrosum were 262.3 kcal and total dietary fiber of Agarum cribrosum was 34.0%. The protein contained a total of 18 different kinds of amino acids. The content of amino acids was 12,402.42 mg/100 g. The K was the largest mineral followed by Ca, Na and Mg, implying that Agarum cribrosum is an alkali material. The antioxidant activity of Agarum cribrosum was assessed by various radical scavenging assays using DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl), FRAP (ferric ion reducing antioxidant power), reducing power, and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid)). All antioxidant activity of Agarum cribrosum extract increased the concentration of the dependents. Total phenolic contents of Agarum cribrosum extract were $34.1{\pm}2.56mg/g$, and total flavonoids contents were estimated at $4.9{\pm}0.26mg/g$. General nutrients and other antioxidant bioactive materials in Agarum cribrosum were also potential materials for good health food. It is expected that a follow-up study of Agarum cribrosum through developing processed food and evaluation of their functional properties would provide useful information or sources of functional foods.

        상사의 비인격적 행위가 부하의 이직의도와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -심리적 계약위반과 자기통제력의 조절효과를 중심으로-

        본 연구는 파괴적 리더십 중에서도 가장 많은 관심을 받아오고 있는 상사의 비인격적 행위가 부하의 이직의도와 조직몰입에 미치는 부정적 결과를 살펴보았다. 또한 상사의 비인격적 행위와 부하의 이직의도 및 조직몰입 간의 관계를 조직의 심리적 계약 위반과 부하의 자기통제력이 조절하는지를 검증 하였다. 이와 함께 연구 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점, 한계 및 향후 방향에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effects of psychological contract violation and self-control on the relationship between abusive supervision and subordinates' work-related attitudes. Results show that abusive supervision was positively related to subordinates' turnover intention, whereas it was negatively related to their organizational commitment. Futhermore, it is surprising that the moderating effects of psychological contract violation and self-control showed an unexpected pattern. Implication of these results as well as strengths, limitations, and avenues for future research are discussed.

        Pectolinarin 고함유 곤드레 미세분말의 항산화 및 항비만 활성

        The aim of this study was to evaluate the basic data of Cirsium setidens Nakai fine powder (FPC), which will then be used in the development of functional fooditems. We measures and evaluated the level of pectolinarin content, phenol content, flavonoids content, antioxidants and anti-obesity properties of FPC. Our results from the study showed that the pectolinarin, phenol, and flavonoids contents of FPC measured at 10.95±0.1 5mg/g, 12.92±0.18 mg gallic acid equivalent (GAE)/g and 26.47±0.77 mg rutin equivalent (RE)/g, respectively. The exhibited antioxidant activity of FPC increased significantly depending on the dosage, and additionally. FPC did not show any cytotoxicity up to the dosage level of 500 μg/mL. During adipocyte differentiation, FPC significantly inhibited ROS production and lipid accumulation, compared with the control substance. These results suggest that FPC could be considered a promising resource of natural antioxidants and could serve a variety of health-improving roles in the production of functional food ingredients.
