        OATSP를 이용한 마이크로폰의 주파수 특성 응답 측정 알고리즘

        마이크로폰의 주파수 응답 특성은 마이크로폰이 레벨 허용 범위로 재생할 수 있는 주파수 범위를 나타내는 것으로, 마이크로폰이 가지고 있는 특성을 평가하는 기준으로 사용되는 가장 중요한 음향 특성 파라메타 중의 하나이다. 이와 같은 마이크로폰의 주파수 응답 특성을 측정하기 위한 기존의 방법들은 그 측정 조건이 매우 까다로울 뿐만 아니라, 고가의 장비를 사용하여 측정하여야 한다는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 마이크로폰의 주파수 응답 특성을 간단하게 측정할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘은 컴퓨터로 생성한 Optimized Aoshima's Time Stretched Pulse(OATSP) 신호를 표준 스피커를 통하여 발생시킨 다음, 측정하고자 하는 마이크로폰으로 수음된 신호와 역 OATSP 신호를 컨볼루션시켜 마이크로폰의 임펄스 응답을 측정하고, 이 신호를 이용하여 측정할 마이크로폰의 주파수 응답 특성을 구하는 방범이다. 제안한 알고리즘의 성능 평가는 제안한 알고리즘을 이용하여 구한 마이크로폰의 주파수 응답 특성 측정값과 그들이 갖고 있던 주파수 응답 특성 데이터를 비교 분석하였다. 비교 결과, 측정한 각각의 마이크로폰 주파수 응답 특성들 사이에 오차가 발생하였으나, 오차가 그 측정값들이 허용 오차(${\pm}3{\sim}{\pm}5dB$) 범위에 내에 있었으므로 제안한 알고리즘이 마이크로폰의 주파수 응답 특성을 측정하기에 적합한 방법임을 입증하였다. The frequency response of a microphone, which indicates the frequency range that a microphone can output within the approved level, is one of the most significant standards used to measure the characteristics of a microphone. At present, conventional methods of measuring the frequency response are complicated and involve the use of expensive equipment. To complement the disadvantages, this paper suggests a new algorithm that can measure the frequency response of a microphone in a simple manner. The algorithm suggested in this paper generates the Optimized Aoshima's Time Stretched Pulse(OATSP) signal from a computer via a standard speaker and measures the impulse response of a microphone by convolution the inverse OATSP signal and the received by the microphone to be measured. Then, the frequency response of the microphone to be measured is calculated using the signals. The performance test for the algorithm suggested in the study was conducted through a comparative analysis of the frequency response data and the measures of frequency response of the microphone measured by the algorithm. It proved that the algorithm is suitable for measuring the frequency response of a microphone, and that despite a few errors they are all within the error tolerance.

        한약과 민간약물의 독성 및 부작용에 대한 고찰

        Although there are a few reports concerning the side effects and toxicity of herbal medicines, there has not yet been any report concerning their causes, mechanisms or prevention. We investigated the internal reports concerning the side effects and toxicity of herbal medicines. In the findings, liver disorder (hepatic injury) was found in 7 cases, kidney disorders (nephropathy) were found in 12 cases, heart disorders were found in 4 cases and mineral-caused diseases were found in 2 cases. Besides, we found the major cause of the side effects and toxicity was drug abuse, such as over-dosage and long term medication. So, we hope this report brings more attention to the safety and toxicity of herbal medicines.

        백중환 복용후 발생한 약진 1례

        BacJung-pil(百中丸) using in stagnation-syndrome of gi and blood(痺證) is a expience prescription, A female patient diagnosed as wind syndrome of head(頭風), and stagnation-syndrome of gi and blood(痺證) showed severe pruritus, rash and eruption of skin. After the patient took BackJun-Pill, two hours later, We examined her change and witnessed macular papule and severe pruritus. Those symptoms disappeared in 7 days since we administer anti-histamine, steroid and GamDu-TangGamiBang(甘豆湯加味方).

        뇌성마비 아동의 한방치료 이용실태와 중단원인 연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the real status of the utilization of Korean medicine (KM) treatment among children with cerebral palsy (CP). Methods : In a prospective observational multicenter study for children with CP aged from 6 months to 78 months, we analyzed 69 questionnaires of children currently receiving or have received KM treatment such as acupuncture and Korean herbal medicine for CP. Results : Of all the 170 participants, 32 children was currently getting KM treatment and they were getting acupuncture therapy 2.5 times per week on average. The mean expenditure per month for acupuncture and herbal medicine was respectively 32,000won and 501,000won. 37 children have discontinued KM treatment. The most frequent reason for quitting acupuncture therapy was 'inconvenience' (40.7%), followed by 'suffering of children' (33.3%). The average duration of taking Korean herbal medicine was 3.78 months and the highest reason of stopping medicine was 'rejection of children' (32.3%), followed by the 'cost burden' (22.6%). 75% of currently KM using group answered they have experienced positive effect of KM and the rate was 48.6% among the group who have ceased KM. There was a significant difference between the two groups(p=0.025). Conclusions : Further study will be required to increase the therapeutic effect and utilization of KM among the children with CP. More efforts should be made to develop less invasive acupuncture method and various shape of KM herbal medicine and to expand the insurance coverage of KM for children with CP.

        지방자치분권시대 지방경찰청과 자치경찰의 임무분담

        With the wider demand of self-government, local police system is more asked by citizens. Moon Jae-in government has a firm determination to introduce local police system nationalwide by 2020. Albeit limited Jeju Special Self-Governing Province has experienced local police system after 2006 and is the first province to introduce expanded local police system in 2018. On this dissertation certain criteria were presented in light of the korean law system and local situation how the task of national provincial police and local police is separately assumed. Recently korean government has emphasized introduction of the local government system on the level of federal nation and taking advantage of this government speech local government heads insisted introduction of local police system on the level of federal nation. However the investigation authority as an important part of jurisdiction belongs to the central government, as long as korea forms a unitary state system. Besides investigation authority is associated with vertical separation of powers as one side of local self governing system, but has little to do with pariticipatory democracy as other side of it. So it does korean constitution and korean local government act. Accordingly investigation authority on local cases in korea must belong to national provincial police. But because administrative police area in the narrow sense like environmental, hygenic, health, forest and business police is aussumed by local governments, the inverstigation on cases in this area could be taken by local police. However on this area it must be investigated by national provincial police, if any corruption would be expected by local public servants or local government heads. Compared with local police in federal system it could be thought that recommendation of korean police reform committee is insufficient for local democracy. But local government system on the level of federal nation does not mean the introduction of federal system, as long as korea has unitary system. So it does on domain of police system. The intension of local democracy does not mean the enhancement of the power of the local government head. In England it does not exist any mayor of broad regional area beside metropolitan municipality, so local police is independent from general administration and its chief. Japan is not also different from the england in terms of independence of police from local governmental heads. Especially inverstigation authority needs independence from local government like prosecution and trial. Recommendation of korean police reform committee gives local polices the investigation authority on limited area like sexual violence, domestice violence and school violence and local government heads wider autohrity on personnel matters of police. It surpasses english and japanese models of local police systems. Besides many tasks on domain of crime prevention would be assumed by local government and local police. On the process of tasktransfer from national provincial police to local police many legal acts must be revisioned. In and of themselves it needs great endeavour and time.

        자치경찰시대 경찰법학의 전망과 과제 : 자치경찰의 조직, 권한, 임무(사무)의 측면에서

        At 1.1.2021. korean municipal police system has been introduced for the first time after establishment of Republic of Korea. In design of the Municipal police system it must be considered, it is mixed system of local autonomy and police. The former emphasizes municipal autonomy and decentralization, the latter police professionalism, political neutrality and Police Independence. To enhance the efficiency of police work, the balance of both is very important. Every country has his own system in the context of municipal police. The genuine municipal police system does not necessarily mean american style of municipal police, which completely makes a division between federal police and municipal police. It could be many kinds of variation. Municipal police affairs on revised police law has limited selfautonomy right in regard of organization, personnel administration, autonomous legislation and financial affairs. Howerver it could be strengthened in many ways, for example through wider paticipation of local council, introduction of right to comment of the chief executive of local government on the matter of municipal police. So it could be korean style municipal police. With the introduction of korean municipal police the organization of the police has not been changed in outward form. But accountability and direction power for municipal police has been changed. So municipal police committee plays a fundemental role in direction and management of municipal police matters. In my opinion it is properly designed to guarantee not just political neutrality, police independence, and but also municipal autonomy and decentralization. Introduction of the korean municipal police does not mean introduction of amercian style of municipal police, which is essentially seperated from fedreal police and state police. So introduced single unitary system under the roof of national police organisation can be sustained, as long as municipal autonomy and decentralization could be strengthened. In terms of police authority it would not be changed in its fundemental. However police authority shall take a concrete and detailed form in regard to transfer and protect mental patient and drunken people etc, who may cause injury to other people. In terms of police task it will not be also fundementally changed, although police tasks tend to adjust to service oriented charateristik of police task. But it can not exceed the fundemantal police task, which prevent the danger of life and body. Otherwise it may cause police society.
