Anfang Oktorbor 1914 schrieb Franz Kafka die Erzahlung 《In der Strafkolonie》, und las sie am 2. Dezember 1914 seinen Prager Freunden vor. Am 28.7.1914 war aber der 1. Weltkrieg ausgebrochen. Diese Erzahlung unterscheidet sich in ihrer epischen Form auffallig von anderen Werken Kafkas. Hier gibt es namlich durchaus den auβerhalb stehenden, aus der Distanz des Beobachters berichtenden, und sogar reflektierenden oder kommentierenden Erzahler, der sonst in Kafkas Epik keinen Platz une keine Funktion hat. Hier fehlt also die sich im Innenleben des Helden grudende, einheitlich einsinnige Erzahlperspektive. Ja, es fehlt uberhaupt eine eindeutige Hauptgestalt in dieser Geschichte. Wie in den anderen Werken des Dichters geht es auch in dieser Erzahlung um die fur ihn zentrale Frage von Schlud, Gericht und Strafe. Diese Erzahlung ist ein allegorisches Marchen und parabolische Erzahlung, mit Vorgangen in der wirklichen Welt verbunden und Grund-befindlichkeiten des menschlichen Daseins erhellend.

An 18-year-old female patient presented with complaints of motor function and sensory impairment of the ulnar nerve on the 9th day after primary repair with a laceration of the right palm. We performed nerve wrapping with silicone tube after primary nerve repair to prevent neuropathy due to scar formation. As a result of surgical treatment, motor function and sensory impairment of ulnar nerve were improved significantly without complication until 2 years postoperatively. Nerve wrapping with silicone tube can be widely used in patients who underwent primary repair of ulnar nerve and patients who have undergone surgical decompression due to other causes of Guyon’s canal syndrome. This surgical technique is ex-pected to prevent neuropathy caused by scar formation.

Jangyongyoung(壯勇營)'s army organization is in line with King Jeongjo(正祖)'s politics. Before constructing Hwaseong(華城), Jangyongyoung gradually began to receive functions and roles. Jangyongyoung first started out in the martial arts group of Hunryeongdogam(訓鍊都監). After the rebellion of Hunryeongdogam's army captain(訓鍊大將), he was organized as an independent army controlled by the king. He led Jangyongyoung's finances and raised Jangyongyoung's authority. It is not known whether this process was planned from the beginning. The change in the perception of king at each period seems to have led to Jangyongyoung's initiative since at least 1791.

Number of people with job-related disease has occurred 7,627 in 2013 as compared to 2012 grew by 155 people and work-related diseases were up 4.0%, increased to 6,213 people, than the previous year, according to Ministry of Employment and Labor of Korea. In particular, disease burden caused by the body work showed an increase of 12.8% over the previous year to 1,622 people. In this paper, we discuss a plan for the development of occupational diseases analysis/prediction system through: 1. Review articles and original survey data to divide into occupational characteristics of each job. 2. Organize a significant question from the extracted factors of work-related disorders. 3. Develop a system to provide questionnaires and the results based on the investigated data.

Retroreflection 시스템의 다체형 회전체의 변환모형에 관한 연구

본 논문은 야간 운전자들의 안전을 위한 교통안전제어 시설체계인 주행안내 반사체시스템 (Retroreflector)에 있어서 기하도형각과 명확도 사이에 성량 변형이 등가적인 새로운 이론적 설계에 의한 다체형 회전체의 전환 모형에 관한 연구이다. 야간운전자의 주행안내 반사체 성능과 운전자 환경을 고려하여 이론적으로 동질적인 다섯가지 모형을 검증한다. 이 모형은 주행안내 반사체싸페 교통체계를 설계하는데 좀더 나은 운전성과, 안전, 그리고 경제성 등을 고려하여 평가할 수 있을 것이다. This study is for the development of a model to convert a set of rotational bodies into the new theoretical design for the equivalent volume transformation between the geometric angles and the specific intensity in the traffic control material system, called the retroreflection system to guide the night driver for safety. There are five new models theoretically identified with the concept of the retroreflective performance and human environment of the night driver. The new system can evaluate the design in retroreflective transportation material system with better performance, safety, and economy.

조선후기 충청도 진휼창고의 구조와 운영- 5창의 군향곡을 중심으로 -

In Chungcheong-do, a warehouse was operated to store Gunhyanggok. A total of five grain warehouses were operated. Each was founded at a different time, but its roles were similar. It was operated to prepare for unexpected expenditures or to stockpile in capacity during the war. However, Gunhyanggok could not be stocked for a long time. Since it is grain, it was difficult to store for a long time because it could easily rot. The positions of the government and local governments were different in Gunhyanggok, which was provided to the people for relief. The government wanted to operate it as a stockpile, and the provinces wanted to use it as a grain of relief. The Chungcheong provincial governor faithfully played a role in coordinating conflicts between the government and local governments. 충청도에는 5곳의 군향곡을 보관하기 위한 창고를 운영하였다. 각기 다른 시기에 형성되었으나 기능은 비슷했다. 불시의 수요에 대비하거나 전시에 군향으로 비축하기 위하여 운영되었다. 그러나 조선 정부는 군향곡을 오래 비축할 수 없었다. 곡물이기 때문에 오래 보관하면 썩었다. 그러므로 환곡의 형태로 백성들에게 분급하고 새로운 곡물을 받아들여야 했다. 보관과 분급 사이에서 갈등의 요소가 존재했던 것이 군향곡이었다. 진휼곡으로 분급되기 시작한 군향곡은 정부, 감영, 군현 단위에서 각자의 입장이 달랐다. 정부는 군향곡을 비축곡물로 운영하고자 하였고, 군현에서는 환곡으로서 진휼 자원으로 삼고자 했다. 감영에서는 정부와 군현 사이의 입장을 고려하면서 이를 조정하는 역할을 담당했다. 분급 규정과 상납 제도가 지속적으로 문제가 된 것도 이와 같은 이유였다. 충청감사의 갈등 조정 덕분에 19세기까지 군향곡은 대체로 잘 유지되었다.
