Temperature (high, low, cycle, change) and humidity test has been performed in the basic test of environmental testing. And temperature and humidity test is performed in the temperature and humidity environmental chamber. The reliability has recently been important in the industry. Environmental testing is a branch of the reliability test. So temperature and humidity test has been extensively increased in the industry. In this paper, Temperature in the temperature and humidity environmental chamber is measured during temperature test. The uncertainty of the measured temperature is calculated. So the estimation of uncertainty of the measured temperature is described. The expanded uncertainty (ĸ = 2) of the temperature test is 0.32 ℃

N/A Objectives: As nonorganic, or functional factors play an important etiopathogenetic role in chronic constipation, we have reviewed functional tests on patients with chronic idiopathic constipation. Results of investigation and subsequent proper treatment are suggested. Methods: Clinical assessment, colonic transit, defecogram, anorectal manometry and pelvic floor electrophysiologic tests were performed in 30 patients with chronic idiopathic constipation, Results: 1) The ratio of male to female was 1:4, and the mean age was 48.2 years. Primary complaints were incomplete evacuation (83.3%), abdominal fullness (70.0%), abdominal pain (70.0%), rectal bleeding (43.3%), nausea (33.3%), tenesmus (33.3%) and dysuria (20.0%). Hemorrhoids and melanosis coli were present in 70.4% and 11.1% of the patients respectively at colonoscopy. The types of personality using the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory showed somatization 50.0% and psycho- physiological reaction 41.7%. 2) Colonic transit studies identified three patterns: normal transit 38.9%, colonic inertia 22.2%, pelvic outlet obstruction 16.7%, and mixed type 22.2%. The mean transit time of total colon was 56.4±5.0 hr. in colonic inertia and mixed type. 3) Defecogram revealed rectocele 77.8%, incomplete evacuation 48.1%, paradoxical contraction of puborectalis 40.7%, rectal intussusception 25.9%, parietal rectal rigidity 11.1%, and excessive pelvic floor descent 11.1%. 4) The mean minimal sensory volume, anal sphincter length, maximum resting and squeeze anal pressure was 47.9±17.5 ml, 3.9±0.9 cm, 104.3±17.9mmHg and 156.4±15.0mmHg respectively. The anorectal inhibitory reflex was intact in all patients. 5) Electrophysiologic studies suggested pudendal neuropathy in 5 patients (27.8%). 6) The patients were treated by drug therapy 83.3%, biofeedback therapy 10.0% and operation 6.7%. Conclusion: From the above results, systematic diagnostic evaluation and proper treatment for the patients with chronic idiopathic constipation in view of functional motility disorder are required and treatment can be helpful particularly when directed by a multidisciplinary team approach.

Purpose: This study is performed to determine the effects of titanium cap with various sizes of pores on bone formation during guided bone regeneration (GBR). Methods: Calvaria from 10 adult male rabbits were chosen as the recipient sites. A trephine bur with a diameter of 10 mm was used to form one round groove on each side of sagittal suture of the cranium, and a round bur with a diameter of 1.5 mm was used to form 6 small holes on the inner circles of round grooves to induce bleeding. In the control group, bone graft was not conducted, and closed titanium cap was fixed in the round groove. Bone graft was not performed in groups 1 and 2, but fixed on titanium caps with 0.2 mm, and 0.5 mm sized pores, respectively. For groups 3, 4, and 5, a synthetic bone graft material (β-tricalcium phosphate, Cerasorb, Germany) was transplanted, and titanium caps without pore, with 0.2 mm and 0.5 mm sized pore were fixed, respectively. The animals were sacrificed 4 weeks after, and clinical, radiographical, and histomorphometrical evaluation of bone regeneration was performed. Results: In all groups, there were no clinical signs of infection, inflammation or wound dehiscence. Radiographic evaluation revealed well-defined semi-circular radiopacity inside the titanium cap of groups 3, 4, and 5. Histologically, the inner surface of the hemisphere was evenly lined with newly formed bone tissue, as well as grafted bone material in the group 3. In groups 4 and 5, the insertion of connective tissue was observed along the inner surface. However, the overall surface area between the grafts with different holes yielded no statistical significance in the histomorphometrical evaluation. Conclusion: Although the total area of newly formed bone showed no significant difference, excellent bone formation tendency was observed histologically when closed caps were used with bone graft was accompanied.

이 연구는 Citrus속 과수재배지에서 식물기생선충의 종류와 분포를 조사하기 위해 수행하였다. 토양 샘플은 주요 재배지에서 2008년 4월부터 8월에 채집하였다. 식물기생선충은 전체 178개 샘플 가운데 139개 샘플에서 검출되었다. 감귤재배지에서 Tylenchulus semipenetrans가 178토양샘플 중 139 샘플에서 검출되었고(90.4%), 유자재배지는 94 토양샘플 중 85토양 샘플에서 T. semipenetrans가 검출되었다(71.4%). 그러나 주요한 식물기생선충의 종류는 다소 차이가 있었다. 국내 Citrus속 과수 재배지에는 T. semipenetrans가 널리 분포하고 있었으며, 감귤과수에 가장 중요한 식물기생선충임을 확인하였다. 재배 년수가 증가할수록 T. semipenetrans의 검출빈도가 증가하였다. 또 토양산도가 알칼리성으로 갈수록 감귤선충의 밀도는 증가하였으나, 상관계수는 높지 않았다. This study was conducted to identify plant-parasitic nematodes and determine the distribution pattern of the nematode species in citrus fruit orchards in Korea from April to August, 2008. Plant-parasitic nematodes were found in 139 among 178 soil samples. Tylenchulus semipenetrans was collected from 85 out of 94 Citrus unshiu orchards examined (90.4%). C. junos orchards infested with T. semipenetrans were 60 out of 84 (71.4%). However, proportion of dominant species between the two was different. At domestic Citrus orchards, it proved that T. semipenetrans was the most important plant-parasitic nematode from this study. The overall frequency of the plant-parasitic nematodes was positively correlated with the cultivation years. More alkaline soils tended to harbor more T. semipenetrans. However the correlation coefficient between the two was very low.
