프락토올리고당과 이소말토올리고당을 첨가한 오미자청의 품질 특성 연구

본 연구에서는 오미자청 제조에 있어 설탕을 대체할 수 있는 당류 저감 소재를 사용하여 오미자청을 제조하고자 하였다. 오미자와 설탕, 프락토올리고당, 그리고 이소말토올리고당을 함량과 혼합 비율에 따라 다양한 청을 제조하였으며, 제조 후 저장 기간을 2주 간격으로 두어 생리활성을 평가하였다. 오미자청의 품질 특성을 분석한 결과 당도, 산도 및 당산비는 저장 기간에 따라 삼투압에 의해 오미자의 과실 내 수분이 용출되어 점차 감소하는 경향이 나타났으나, 당원에 따른 유의적인 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 총 페놀 함량은 설탕과 프락토올리고당을 혼합하여 제조한 오미자청 S7이 가장 높았으며, 저장 기간이 증가할수록 두 가지 이상의 올리고당을 혼합한 오미자청 S7-S10에서 높은 수치를 나타냈다. 총 플라보노이드 함량은 설탕으로 제조한 오미자청 S1에서 가장 높았으며, 그 다음으로 프락토올리고당으로 제조한 오미자청 S2가 높은 함량을 나타냈다. DPPH 라디칼 소거능은 설탕과 프락토올리고당을 혼합하여 제조한 오미자청 S7 처리구가 가장 높았고, 이소말토올리고당으로 제조한 오미자청 S3 처리구가 가장 낮았으나, ABTS 라디칼 소거능은 S3가 가장 높은 수치를 나타냈다. 마지막으로 α-glucosidase 저해활성은 설탕으로 제조한 오미자청 S1이 가장 저해 활성이 나타났지만, 낮은 pH에 대한 안전성을 나타내며 체내효소에 의해 흡수가 되지 않는 이소말토올리고당을 사용한 오미자청 S6이 당류 저감에 있어서 가장 실용적인 활용방안으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to prepare Omija cheong using sugar reducing materials such as fructooligosaccharide and isomaltooligosaccharide as a sucrose substitute. Sugar content, acidity, and sugar acid ratio were measured to evaluate the quality of the prepared syrup. Antioxidant activity, total phenol content, and total flavonoid content were measured to evaluate the physiological activity of the prepared Omija cheong. Acidity and sugar ratio tended to decrease gradually due to the eluting of water from the omija by osmotic pressure depending on the storage period, but there was no significant difference according to the sugar source. The total phenol content was highest in Omija cheong S7, prepared by mixing sugar and fructooligosaccharide; in S7-S10 containing two or more sweetners, the longer the storage period, the higher the total phenol content. Total flavonoid content was highest in S1 prepared from sugar, followed by S2 prepared from fructooligosaccharide. The DPPH (2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging ability was the highest in S7, prepared by mixing sugar and fructooligosaccharide; and the lowest in S3, prepared with isomaltooligosaccharide. However, S3 showed the highest value in ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)) radical scavenging ability. S1 Omija cheong prepared from sugar showed the most inhibitory activity against α-glucosidase. S6 which was prepared using isomaltooligosaccharide that is not absorbed by internal enzymes, showed safety even at a low pH, and is considered to be the most practical method for sugar reduction.

In this paper, a commercial computational fluid dynamics(CFD) code, FLUENT is used to investigate the flow and lubrication characteristics of grooved hydraulic spool valve. The stream lines and pressure distributions are obtained for various groove shapes and film thicknesses. The stream lines are highly affected by groove shape but pressure distributions mainly depend on the film shape and its magnitude. Therefore the numerical method adopted in this paper and results can be use in designing of various grooved spool valve.

This study aims to develop policies to strengthen the employability of women aged over 50. Researchers analyzed the status of economic activity and the needs for the employment and training of older women in South Korea. Main findings are summarized as follows: Female workers over 50 tend to work as self-employed(24.9%) and temporary employees(24.3%) rather than regular employees (9.1%). A large number work in Elementary occupations (25.7%), Agricultural, Forestry & Fishery (21.6%), and Services (25.0%) & Sales (12.9%). The main issues of them (of females over 55) leaving work are health (33.4%), family (25.7%), and lack of jobs (16.6%). Barriers of employment are also health (24.4%), age (19.1%), and house works (17.3%). However, 71.8% of males and 44.5% of females over 55 want to work. 61.2% want to have full-time jobs. The purposes of employment are income and meaningfulness. The main requirements of job selection are income and work time. Older women need decent jobs, flexible working hours, employment information, vocational counseling and training, and alleviation of age discrimination in the labour market. To enable older people to work, the government should try to create diverse and decent jobs in communities, provide one-stop services and training opportunities for employment of older women, and support to transform companies and the society into having an older people-friendly working conditions.
구조화된 감사저널쓰기가 발달장애자녀 어머니들의 감사, 삶의 만족, 정적정서비율, 심리적 소진 및 우울에 미치는 효과

The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of writing a structured gratitude journal writing on the satisfaction in mothers of children with developmental disabilities, positivity ratio, burnout, and depression. In this study, gratitude interventions were implemented as long-term sustainable self-help interventions for mothers who care for their children with lifelong developmental disabilities. Twenty-eight mothers living in the metropolitan area were assigned once a week to experimental group 1, twice a week to experimental group 2, and non-treatment control groups. In both experimental groups 1 and 2, the eight-week gratitude journal writing was found to be effective in promoting gratitude, reducing burnout and depression than in control groups. There were no significant differences in life satisfaction among the three groups, with the positivity ratio increasing the number of participants in the ‘flourishing’, decreasing the number of participants in the ‘pathology’, and reducing burnout and depression. These results are significant in suggesting alternative psychological interventions that could benefit mothers of disabled children who are reluctant to receive psychological services for themselves. 본 연구의 목적은 구조화된 감사저널쓰기가 발달장애자녀를 둔 어머니들의 삶의 만족, 정적정서비율, 소진 및 우울에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 장애가 일생동안 지속되는 발달장애를 지닌 자녀를 장기간 돌보는 어머니들을 위해 장기적으로 지속가능한 자조적 시행이 가능한 개입으로, 긍정심리학을 기반으로 한 감사저널쓰기를 시행하였다. 이를 위해 수도권에 거주하는 어머니 28명을 주 1회 실험집단 1, 주 2회 실험집단 2, 무처치 통제집단으로 할당하였다. 8주간의 감사저널쓰기는 실험집단 1과 2 모두 통제집단보다 감사의 증진과 소진 및 우울의 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 삶의 만족 및 정적정서비율에 있어서는 세 집단 간 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 실험집단에서는 정적정서비율에 있어 정신건강을 의미하는 ‘번영’ 상태에 해당하는 참여자 수가 증가하였고, ‘병리’ 상태에 속하는 참여자 수는 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 주 1회 집단이 주 2회 집단보다 더 효과적이었으며, 소진 및 우울의 감소에는 주 1회보다 주 2회 집단이 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 자기 자신을 위한 심리지원 서비스 받기를 꺼려하는 장애아 어머니들에게 직접적인 유익을 줄 수 있는 대안적 심리개입을 제안하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

A new malting barley variety, ‘Baegrok’, was developed in 2016 at the National Institute of Crop Science, RDA: Rural development administration by crossing the high-yield ‘Milyang130’ variety with ‘Myoginijo’, which has lodging tolerance and resistance to barley yellow mosaic virus (BaYMV). ‘Baegrok’ is suitable for use in brewing, similar to ‘Hopum’, and has resistance to powdery mildew and tolerance to lodging. From 2014 to 2016, regional yield trials were conducted in four different regions, with ‘Baegrok’ as a breeding line of ‘Iksan176’. The heading dates of ‘Baegrok’ in paddy and upland fields were April 6 and April 11, respectively, 2 days earlier than those of ‘Hopum’. Maturing dates of ‘Baegrok’ in paddy and upland fields were May 16 and May 21, respectively, similar to those of ‘Hopum’. The yield potential of ‘Baegrok’ was approximately 14% and 6% higher than that of ‘Hopum’ in upland and paddy fields. ‘Baegrok’ had a shorter culm length than ‘Hopum’ showing tolerance to lodging. Screening for powdery mildew resistance in the greenhouse showed that ‘Baegrok’ had resistance to powdery mildew, unlike ‘Hopum’ which was susceptible. It also is suitable for use in brewing, similar to Hopum. ‘Baegrok’ showed good grain quality in terms of β-glucan content (3.4%), starch (61.0%), and husk rate (12.7%). Regarding malt quality, ‘Baegrok’ exhibited 75.1% acrospire length, 70.8% friability, 4.4% soluble protein, and 345.8 WK (Windisch-Kolbach) diastatic power, superior to the malt quality of ‘Hopum’. Thus, ‘Baegrok’ is resistant to powdery mildew, tolerant to lodging, and more suitable for brewing. (Registration No. 8399)
