        Al6061합금의 PEO 피막 형성에 미치는 AC 전류밀도의 영향

        In this work, PEO (Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation) film formation behavior of Al6061 alloy was investigated as a function of applied current density of AC at 310 Hz in the range from 120 mA/cm² to 300 mA/cm² in 0.5 M Na₂SiO₃ solution. When applied current density is lower than a critical voltage of about 132 mA/cm², voltage reaches a steady-state values less than 120 V without generation of arcs and metallic color of the alloy surface remains. On the other hand, when applied current density exceeds about 132 mA/cm², voltage increases continuously with time and arcs are generated at more than 175 V, resulting in the formation of PEO films with grey colors. Two different types of arcs, large size and small number of arcs with orange color, and small size and large number of arcs with white color, were generated at the same time when the PEO film thickness exceeds about 50 μm, irrespective of applied current density. Formation efficiency of the PEO films was found to increase with increasing applied current density and the growth rate was obtained to be about 5 μm/min at 300 mA/cm². It was also found that surface roughness of the PEO films with 70 μm thickness is not dependent on the applied current density.

        The purpose of this study was to examine the factors related to satisfaction of users for the order communication system (OCS). The subjects of this study were 98 clerks at Chosun university hospital. The instruments used for this study were the conveniency and the practical application of the data developed by Lee, the satisfaction level developed by Sea Seang-mi and Kim in-sook. The data was analyzed by using the t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, Stepwise Multiple Regression with SPSS 10.0 program. The mean scores of the conveniency, the practical application of the data and the satisfaction level of user for the OCS was 3.28, 3.29 and 3.34, respectively. In general characteristics of the respondents, influencing factors to the perceived the conveniency of user for the OCS were gender, career and department. In general characteristics of the respondents, influencing factors to the perceived the practical application of the data of user for the OCS were department. In general, characteristics of the respondents, influencing factors to the perceived the satisfaction level of user for the OCS were gender, career and department. The correlation between the satisfaction level and the practical application of the data were statistically significant. The main factors influencing to the satisfaction level of user for the OCS were the practical application of the data (90.3%). In conclusion, The main factors influencing to the satisfaction level of user for the OCS were the practical application of the data. Therefore, it is recommended that guidebooks of user for the OCS or various OCS programs to promote the satisfaction level of user for the OCS and to improve the satisfaction level of user for the OCS should be developed.

      • 약초 복용 후 Ochrobactrum anthropi에 감염 1예

        Ochrobactrum anthropi, previously known as Achromobacter species biotypes 1 and 2 (CDC groups Vd-1, Vd-2), belong to the groups of non-Enterobacteriaceae- nonfermentative Gram negative bacilli. Achromobacter is not presently a recognized genus. Achromobacter xylosoxidans has been transferred to genus Alcaligenes as A. xylosoxidans subsp. xylosoxidans, and "Achromobacter" sp. group Vd has been named Ochrobactrum anthropi. O. anthropi was isolated from a blood culture. Organisms were identified as O. anthropi by use of the biochemical test and the VITEK 2(bioMerieux, USA). The Organism was susceptible only to colistin, imipenem, meropenem, and tetracycline, but were resistant to amikacin, aztreonam, cefepime, ceftazidime, cefpirome, ciprofloxacin, gentamicin, isepamcin, netilmicin, pefloxacin, piperacillin, piperacillin/tazobactam, ticarcillin, ticarcillin/clavulanic acid, tobramycin, and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole. We report the clinical and microbiologic characteristics of O. anthropi infection in the patient. This is the first case of O. anthropi infection after using a plant as medicine at Chosun University Hospital.

        과학기술위성 2호 대용량 메모리 유닛 준비행모델 설계 및 구현

        본 논문에서는 소형화, 경량화 및 저전력화를 목표로 개발된 과학기술위성 2호 대용량 메모리 유닛(Mass Memory Unit, MMU)의 준비행모델(Proto Flight Model, PFM)을 통해서 과학기술위성 1호 대용량 메모리 유닛과의 성능을 비교 하였다. 탑재체로부터의 수신 속도와 XTX로의 전송 속도는 각각 200Kbps와 10Mbps이다. 실험실에서의 성능시험과 위성에 조립된 상태에서의 성능 및 환경 시험을 통해서 그 성능을 확인 하였다. This paper compares the performance of Mass Memory Unit(MMU) between Science and Technology Satellite 1(STSAT-1) and STSAT-2 from developed Proto Flight Model(PFM) for Miniaturization, lightweight and low power consumption. MMU receives the payload data at 200Kbps and transmits them to XTX at 10Mbps in the STSAT-2. The performance of PFM MMU in the Functional and space environments test satisfies the requirements of STSAT-2.

      • KOVA™ System을 이용한 요침사 검사에 대한 검토

        Analysis of urine specimen for various clinically significant constituent have long been a well establshed laboratory procedure. Microscopic examination of urinary sediment is very useful test for detection genito-uhnary tract disease. The methods for assessing the excretion of elements in the urine are certainly unreliable. In the most requently used method excretion is assessed per high power field(HPF). This is not quantitative and lot a precise account of the method used. Nevertheless this method continue to be used without challnge. A commercial system is available for the standardization of urine microscopic determinations. The KOVA^(TM) system (ICL Scientific, Fountain Valley, Calif.) offers a graduated tube to measure exact olumes of urine for centhfugation, a transfer pipette to decant specimens and retain exactly 1ml of rine resuspension of the sediment and slide chamber for microscopic examination. The results are as follows ; 1. The reprodudbility of results (coefficient of variation : C.V.) from conventional method and KOVA^(TM) system are 44%, 19% in RBC and 43%, 15% in WBC sediment. 2. The number of WBC/HPF in KOVA^(TM) system(x) is good correlation with the WBC/㎟ in chamber count(y) (regression equation : y=10.078x-7.780, correlation coefficient(r)=0.989) 3. There was no relationship between the sediment abnormalities by KOVA^(TM) system and specific gravity of urine.

      • Micral-Test^TM을 이용한 미세단백뇨 측정의 임상적 유용성

        The excretion of small quantities of urinary albumin (microalbuminuria) might the earliest clinical sign of incipient diabetic nephropathy and important predictor of renal failure in diabetes. Currently methods available to detect microalbuminuria were not suitable for routine screening. A test strip (Micral-Test_TM : Boehringer Mannheim GmbH, Germany) based on dry immnunochemical principles had recently been developed which allows semiquantitative detection of urinary low albumin concentration. We measured microalbuminuria by Micral-Test_TM and compared with any other items. The results were summerized as follows : 1. The relationships of the duration of diabetes to microalbuminuria was low positive association (r=0.332l). 2. Results obtained by Micral-Test_TM correlated closely with values obtained by rate nephelometry (r=0.7998). 3. There were statistically significant difference in BUN between positive and negative results of Micral-Test_TM(p<0.05), but no significant difference in FBS TG, total cholesterol, creatinine and BP . 4. There were statistically significant difference in BUN, creatinine BP between positive and negative results of N-Multistix SG_TM(p<0.001, p<0.01, p<0.05), but no significant difference in FBS, TG, total cholesterol. 5. The detection discrepancy rate of albuminuria in diabetes between Micral-Test_TM and N-Multis- tix SG_TM was 12.9%. In conclusioin, Micral-Test_TM was a good screening method for easy and quick detection of microalbuminuria and monitoring the development of urinary albumin excretion in the microalbuminuric range.

      • 광주지역 소아 환아의 무균성 뇌막염 원인바이러스 규명

        Background : Aseptic meningitis is a common illness of children. It seems that viruses are the usual etiologic agents. The distribution of these agents mainly depends on the isolated time and region area. This study was performed to isolate the causative viruses from patients with aseptic meningitis in Gwanju area during recent one year. Methods : A total of 130 patients with aseptic meningitis were evaluated, Stool and/or cerebrospinal fluid specimens from patients were inoculated into rhabdomyosarcoma (RD), HEp2 and Vero cell lines. The virus propagation was examined by the presence of cytopathic effects. Neutralizing tests using enterovirus serum pool were done on each viral isolates. Results : The isolation rate of enterovirus was 24.6% (32/130). The enterovirus isolates were obtained mostly from stool specimens (29/32). Twenty-two isolates were identified by neutralizing test. Ten isolates disclosed 'untyping' by neutralizing test. The distribution of isolates was coxsackievirus group B2 (11 stains, 34.4%), echovirus 30 (4 strains, 12.5%), echovirus 6 (3 strains, 9.4%), echovirus 9, 11, 25 and coxsackievirus group Al6 (1 strain, respectively). These strains were predominantly isolated during summer season (June to July). Conclusions : The causative viruses from patients with aseptic meningitis in Gwanju area during recent 1 year were coxsackievirus group B2, echovirus 30, 6, 9, 11, 25 and coxsackievirus group A16 which were mostly isolated from stool specimens in summer season.         Cis-AB is a rare blood group showing unusual inheritance of chromosomal crossing over and mutation in the ABO group, Clinically we may contact how this patient with a rare blood group should be controlled in the emergency. Authors experienced a case of Cis-AB in the emergency event and reported that with brief review literature.
