광촉매 필터형상에 따른 휘발성 유기화합물의 제거에 관한 수치해석적 연구

This study has been numerically conducted to investigate the removal efficiency of Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) for different photocatalytic honeycomb filters. Recently, the photocatalysis is being applied to air-cleaner, air-conditioner and vacuum-cleaner with the capability of air-purification, sterilization and antibiosis. However, photocatalysis is less efficient than other methods for removing VOC except in the case of low concentration. So far most of studies have focused on an improvement of the photocatalytic materials, but this study have placed emphasis on the improvements of shape of photocatalytic honeycomb filter. UV irradiation, concentration profile and pressure drop have been investigated for different cross sections of filters and for different filter lengths. Light intensity is dropped sharply with increasing distance from the UV-lamp, and becomes very low in the middle of the filters. Since photocatalytic reaction rate is a function of light intensity, VOC concentration gradient might be small in the middle of long filters. Thus, most of reaction have risen within only three times of dimensionless axial distance. These results can be used effectively for the design of advanced photocatalytic honeycomb filters.
수평연속주조에 의한 과공정 Al-Si 합금 제조에 관한 연구

N/A The equipment for the horizontal continuous casting was built to produce hyper-eutectic Al-Si bars with a small cross-section of 25㎜ in diameter. The manufacturing processes including withdrawal cycle and secondary cooling methods were modified to refine the primary and the eutectic Si. The longitudinal casting speeds varied over the ranges of 670-1100㎜/min for pure Al, and 200-350㎜/min for Al-17wt%Si alloy. Due to the difference of cooling rate in the mould, microstructural asymmetry between the lower and the upper part of bar was observed. Thus, manufacturing processes such as cooling and withdrawal method were optimally combinated to get the homogeneous cast structure. With the increase of casting speed, the primary Si size was refined down to 30㎛ near the surface, and 80㎛ in the center of the bar.
MF 증발기 핀 형상에 따른 응축수 배수성능에 관한 연구

에어컨 실내 열교환기의 배수성능은 신뢰성 품질에 있어서 매우 중요한 요소이다. 특히, 최근 사회적으로 위생에 대한 관심이 고조됨에 따라 에어컨 냄새 품질 향상에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있으나, 스탠드 제품군에 사용되는 MF 증발기는 원형관 열교환기 대비 구조 및 공정상 한계로 인하여 배수성능이 떨어져서 냄새 발생에 취약하다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 MF 증발기의 핀 현상에 따른 응축수 배수성능을 분석하였다.

A Couette–Taylor reactor and a batch reactor were used to synthesize garnet-related LLZO materials (Li7-3xMxLa3Zr2O12, M = Ga, Al) for all-solid batteries, and the properties of the resulting samples werecompared. Ga-doped LLZO synthesized with the Couette–Taylor reactor comprised cubic phase primarynanoparticles; the calculated lattice parameter and crystallite size for the Couette–Taylor and batchreactor samples were a = 12.98043 Å and 129.8 nm and a = 12.97568 Å and 394.5 nm, respectively. Theparameters for the Al-doped LLZO congener synthesized with the Couette–Taylor reactor werea = 13.10758 Å, c = 12.67279 Å, and 132.5 nm. The cross-section of the Ga-doped LLZO pellet synthesizedwith the Couette–Taylor reactor showed a denser microstructure than that of the other pellets, with arelative density of 98%. The total ionic conductivity of the Ga-doped LLZO pellets synthesized with theCouette–Taylor reactor was 1.2–1.7510 3 S/cm at 25 C. This value contrasts sharply with that of thesample from the batch reactor (3.9 10 4 S/cm). This is may be related to the large size of Ga doped intothe LLZO crystallite structure and the primary nanoparticles, which promoted sintering of the pellet.
