Recent studies based on morphological characteristics and molecular analyses have revealed that the characteristics of Sparassis crispa from Asia are not concordant with those of collections from Europe and North America. Consequently, the Asian isolate was redefined as Sparassis latifolia. This study is the first report of Sparassis latifolia collected in Korea. The taxonomic relationships and replacement of Sparassis species were inferred from a comparison of the morphological characteristics and by molecular sequence analysis of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) rDNA regions. In particular, this study focused on the phylogenetic relationships inferred from the biogeographical distribution of isolates within the genus Sparassis.

This study focused on Chinese logistics enterprises and established an organizational learning-organizational behavior-organizational performance analysis framework to explore the structural relationships among absorptive capacity, ambidextrous innovation, and innovation performance. Through the analysis of 298 valid questionnaires, the results indicate that absorptive capacity significantly positively influences ambidextrous innovation, and ambidextrous innovation has a significant positive impact on innovation performance. This suggests that ambidextrous innovation activities play a crucial role in transforming absorptive capacity into innovation performance within logistics enterprises. Furthermore, the study also revealed that the complementarity of exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation in logistics companies has a significant negative impact on innovation performance. This underscores the irreconcilable nature of exploitative and exploratory innovation, requiring companies to choose between the two. In conclusion, the research findings are discussed, and corresponding recommendations are provided for Chinese logistics firms.
동주(東周) 청동식기의 조형특징을 적용한 중국 도자식기 디자인 연구

중국은 5000년의 역사의 뿌리 깊은 문명을 가지고 있는 문화대국 이다. 음식(飮食)문화는 중국 전통성을 대표하는 중국문화의 하나이다. 또는, 도자기 산업은 중국의 전통산업이다. 과거에는 도자식기 산업이 중국의 중심산업중 하나 있었지만 근대와 현대 산업으로 넘어오면서, 중국의 도자식기 산업은 다소 중심산업에서 제외되어지고 침체되어졌었다. 한편 영국, 일분의 도자기 업체를 매우 빠르게 발전해서 중국 도자기의 시장 경쟁력을 더욱 줄이다. 근대 중국 도자기 산업의 경우는 공예가 낙후할 뿐만 아니라 디자인 능력까지도 아주 약하다. 이러한 배경으로서 고급 도자식기는 중국시장에서 강한 발전적 잠재력을 지니고 있다. 그리고 중국전통 고급식기의 현대적으로 재설계 (redesign)는 도자식기 디자인의 유망 분야가 될 수 있다. 이에 분 연구는 그러한 시장상황과 전통 청동식기의 조형특징을 주목하여, 중국 전통 음식문화를 반영한 도자식기 디자인 연구를 대상으로 하고 있다. 분문의 연구를 통해서, 중국시장을 위한 청동식기의 조형 특징을 적용하는 도자식기 디자인을 제안하였다. 마지막으로, 본문에서 개발한 제품은 방향제시를 위해 디자인하는데, 조건의 제한으로 인해 완벽한 제품을 만들지 못하였다. 연구자는 이러한 제품과 제품 개발과정을 통해서 관련된 향후 연구와 앞으로 중국 도자식기 디자인 및 브랜드 발전에 대하여 일정한 촉진 작용이 될 수 있기를 바란다. China has a history of 5,000 years of civilization and cultural power. And food culture is a brilliant crystallization of traditional Chinese culture. In China, Ceramic industry is a traditional industries and it was one of the most cutting-edge industries in the past. However, in modern times, China`s ceramic industry is stagnant and declining competitiveness. Meanwhile, the rapid development of the United Kingdom and Japan`s ceramics industry makes the competitiveness of Chinese ceramics more weakened. Not only the backward technology, but also the poor design capability makes the modern China ceramic industry into that situation. In this context, advanced ceramic tableware market in China has great development potential. And re-design the traditional Chinese senior tableware for our modern dietary life will be one of the positive way in tableware design. Therefore, this study focuses on such market conditions and the characteristics of the Dong Zhou Bronze tableware to do such study aimed to design some ceramic tablewares for China market which can be able to reflect the culture of traditional Chinese Tableware. Hope to through those proposals to bring some help for the China ceramic tableware industry. Finally, the product developed in the paper was not perfect enough due to limitations in terms and it was only for showing a directions of China`s Ceramic Tableware design. Hope can make some promoting actions for the related reserch and Chinese Ceramic tableware design in the future through these products and related development courses.

47 species was reported in the genus Marasmius in Republic of Korea up to now. 26 of total 47 species previously recorded from Korea were made up a list. Korean common names of 10 new species and 11 species newly recorded in Korea were introduced in study with synoptic key. These names were followed by the Romanization rule to express Korean common name.
The mycelial growth and ligninolytic enzyme activity of cauliflower mushroom (Sparassis latifolia)

We examined the activities of lignin-degrading enzymes of the mycelium of cauliflower mushroom (Sparassis latifolia). Three different strains of S. latifolia collected from several sites in Korea and one crossbred strain were cultured on potato dextrose broth (PDB) and Kirk’s medium in order to study the activities of their ligninolytic enzymes. Mycelial growth reached maximum levels between 14 and 21 days after inoculation and pH increased by 0.12 units over 35 days. Laccase activity began increasing after 14 days on both types of media. Manganese peroxidase (MnP) activity followed a trend similar to that of laccase on Kirk’s medium, but not on PDB. The activity of lignin peroxidase (LiP) differed from that of other enzymes; its activity decreased by half after 14 days on PDB but remained constant on Kirk’s medium over 35 days. The total protein concentration increased considerably after 14 days and peaked at 21 days on PDB. A similar maximum was attained on Kirk’s medium. In contrast, the residual glucose increased rapidly at 14 days on Kirk’s medium, while increasing gradually up to 28 days on PDB. This study indicates that S. latifolia is more similar to white rot fungi than to other brown rot fungi.

Cauliflower mushroom (Sparassis latifolia or S. crispa) is popular for food and medicine. Importance of new varieties of Sparassis was raised and studied widely by protection system of UPOV. In this study, 10 crossbred strains of Sparassis latifolia that specifically expressed distinctive features during basidiocarp formation and mycelium growth were applied to sawdust medium inoculated with S. latifolia mycelia. The 10 crossbred strains were divided into 3 groups on the basis of morphological (size of marginal wave and basidiocarp color) and genetic characteristics. Each phenotype of the parent and crossbred strains represented 3 marginal wave-sizes (large, medium, and small) and 3 color notations (NN155D, 163C, and 8D). Our result suggests that morphological characteristics of cauliflower mushroom can be affected by various environmental and genetic stimuli under artificial conditions such as crossbreed. Also this research showed genetic differences among breeding isolates and their morphological characteristics were correlated with the molecular data within parent and crossed strain.
