The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cosmetics consumption value on the selection of beauty salon. The study was conducted on 251 customers who use salon in Seoul. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results of the analysis showed that value factors were classified as ‘functional value’, ‘emotional value’ and ‘social value’ and the beauty salon selection factors were classified as ‘technology’, ‘service’, ‘facility’, ‘cost’, ‘accessibility’. As a result of research, technology and cost affect the ‘functional value’ factors, services affect ‘emotional value’ factors, facilities and accessibility affect ‘social value’ factors. In addition, among the general characteristics of beauty salon selection, the most important factors of beauty salon selection are technology, service, and cost. In conclusion, this study, the factors that customers consider when choosing a salon are ‘technology’, ‘service’ and ‘cost’. Therefore, not only the technological ability to meet customers' needs, but also the trends in rapidly changing trends should be understood and education on advanced technologies and services should be made. The conclusions and suggestions of this study are as follows First, there are some limits to classifying value consumption as a factor with 251 samples. Therefore, in the subsequent study, the scale of the sample needs to be studied in depth.
헤어미용종사자의 지각된 블랙컨슈머행동이 직무소진 및 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

This study empirically analyzes the effects of black consumer behavior perceived by hairdressers on job burnout and self-esteem. The purpose of this is to create a mental well-being and a healthy working environment for hairdressers, and to provide basic data for establishing a human management strategy that enables them to continue their work. For this purpose, the results of using 234 questionnaires for hairdressers as final analysis data are as follows. First, black consumer behavior was derived from three factors: deterrence, deceptiveness, and transientity. Job burnout was derived from emotional exhaustion and depersonalization as two factors, and self-esteem as a single factor. Second, it was found that depersonalization increased as deterrence increased, and emotional exhaustion and depersonalization increased as depersonalization and excessiveness increased. Third, it was found that the higher the transient, the lower the self-esteem. According to the results of this study that hairdressers’ perception of black consumer behavior increases job burnout and reduces self-esteem, not only individual efforts but also corporate-level efforts to appropriately respond to black consumer behavior and prevent the emergence of essential black consumers should seek a solution. This study was conducted on only hairdressers, and in future studies, if beauty services are subdivided and comparative studies are conducted by position, it will be a useful data for establishing a human resources management strategy for a healthy working environment in the Vinti industry.
YouTube 뷰티컨텐츠특성이 지각된 유용성과 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 YouTube 뷰티컨텐츠특성이 지각된 유용성과 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향을 심층적으로 분석함으로써 YouTube 뷰티컨텐츠를 뷰티마케팅 도구로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제공하고 이를 통해 미용산업 발전을 도모할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 유튜브뷰티컨텐츠를 이용해본 경험이 있는 사람 들을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였으며 설문지 기법으로 총 224부를 최종 분석자료로 사용한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요인분석 결과 YouTube 뷰티컨텐츠특성은 흥미성, 정보성, 상호작용성, 다양성 4개의 요인으로 도출되었으며, 지각된 유용성과 지속이용의도는 각각 단일요인으로 도출되었으며, 신뢰도는 모두 .7이상으로 나타났다. 둘째, 뷰티컨텐츠특성 중 다양성, 정보성은 지각된 유용성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 뷰티컨텐츠특성 중 다양성, 흥미성, 정보성은 지속이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 단순히 제품을 리뷰하고 사용방법, 스타일링방법 등을 제공하는 컨텐츠를 넘어서 전문적이고 세부 적인 정보를 제공한다면 시청자로 하여금 도움이 되는 컨텐츠라는 인식과 더불어 높은 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 다양한 정보 제공과 더불어 차별화된 컨셉, 재미의 요인을 더해 정보를 얻는 동시에 컨텐츠 그 자체로 재밌는 영상이 제공된다면 지속적인 시청을 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이다.
유방암 수술 환자의 정보 요구도, 삶의 질 및 사회적 지지도에 관한 연구

This study was conducted to investigate knowledge required, quality of life and social support after breast cancer surgery. Subjects of this study were postoperative female breast cancer patients (n=95). Questionnaire was conducted with 4 parts, general characteristics, knowledge required, , quality of life after surgery and social support from 3 groups (family, friend and community). The survey was conducted by individual interview. The percentage of premenopausal women was 69.5%(n=66) of total subjects. Results from cancer information need survey, ‘range of usual life after operation’ showed the highest mean score among items (4.32±0.49) and ‘diet information after operation’ showed the second highest mean score (4.25±0.47). Among items about quality of life after surgery, "I lost my pride on my usual life" showed the highest mean score (4.38±0.60). Among support from 3 groups, support from family showed the highest group in all items. We suggested that the systematic support program for Korean breast cancer patients is needed and that should be included family support and information of dietary therapy.
