IT 환경에서의 성인 건강관리를 위한 저항운동 처방 프로그램 알고리즘 모델 개발

The development of IT technology provides variety methods to improve physical activity. Especially, mobile phones are becoming an important toolkit closely connected with our life on health. Most of exercise prescription applications focus on aerobic exercise algorithm. Not only aerobic exercise but resistance exercise is very important for adult health. Before doing resistance exercise, we have to know body condition about optimal length of muscle and movement of joint. The smart phone application program of this study is designed to prescribe for the adult via two types of test, MPT(Movement Pattern Test) and Physical Fitness Test. In addition, we focus on motivating the adult to use this application program steadily by using the manager program of it. The purpose of this study consist in developing prescription program algorithm relating to resistance exercise for healthy adults on IT environment.
글로벌 환경규제에 따른 환경경영전략에 관한 연구 - 한·일 비교를 중심으로 -

Developed countries has strengthened the regulatory policy on the environmental field in order to protect the domestic market at the same time to overcome the problem of climate change. On the other hand, in the 19th Climate Change Conference which was held recently, the Parties agreed to implement the mandatory reduction of greenhouse gases in developing countries as well as developed countries from 2020. It was also committed to develop a road map to reduce specific goals by 2015. Therefore, Korea also will introduced the “carbon tax”, and implement the “emissions trading scheme”. Regarding global environmental issues are different from each other between domestic situation and the international situation. Under the keynote of benefit of priority country, aggressive solution has not been explored internationally. However, environmental regulations of individual countries have been strengthened more and more. In this background, through the analysis of the current state of global environmental regulations, this study was carried out with research purposes to contribute to the development of environmental management strategy that is effective from the companies. 최근 지구온난화에 따른 기후변화 문제가 세계적으로 이슈화되면서 다수의 환경관련 국제협약이 체결되었다. 이러한 기후변화 문제는 전 세계에 위기감을 조성하게 되었고, 선진국을 중심으로 법적 구속력을 가진 교토의정서를 발효시켰다. 그러나 선진국들은 기후변화 문제를 극복한다는 명분 하에 자국시장을 보호하기 위한 환경규제정책을 강화하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 한편, 최근 개최된 기후변화협약 당사국 총회에서는 선진국뿐만 아니라 개발도상국도 참여하는 온실가스 감축의무 부여를 2020년부터 실시하기로 합의하였다. 또한 구체적인 감축목표에 대한 로드맵을 2015년까지 책정하기로 약속하였다. 이에 따라 한국도 ‘탄소세’를 도입하고 ‘배출권거래제도’를 실시하는 등 환경규제시장에 대한 대처를 위해 노력하고 있다. 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 본 연구는 2020년으로 다가온 세계 각국의 환경규제사회로의 전환이라는 현실을 보다 명확히 하기 위해 글로벌 환경규제의 배경 및 현황을 정리하였다. 특히, 의무감축국인 일본과 개발도상국의 입장인 한국이라는 관점에서의 비교․분석이 아닌 전체 회원국의 감축의무 부여라는 관점에서 환경규제 현황을 분석하고, 그에 대한 현실적 대응이 요구되는 기업으로 양국의 대표 자동차기업의 환경경영전략 사례를 비교함으로써, 한국 정부 및 기업의 환경규제에 대한 보다 적극적인 대응의 필요성을 강조하였다.
선택적 레이저 조형된 AlSi10Mg합금의 후열처리에 따른 Si-rich상 형상변화가 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향

In this study, AlSi10Mg powders with average diameters of 44 ㎛ are additively manufactured into bulk samples using a selective laser melting (SLM) process. Post-heat treatment to reduce residual stress in the as-synthesized sample is performed at different temperatures. From the results of a tensile test, as the heat-treatment temperature increases from 270 to 320℃, strength decreases while elongation significantly increases up to 13% at 320℃. The microstructures and tensile properties of the two heat-treated samples at 290 and 320℃, respectively, are characterized and compared to those of the as-synthesized samples. Interestingly, the Si-rich phases that network in the as-synthesized state are discontinuously separated, and the size of the particle-shaped Si phases becomes large and spherical as the heat-treatment temperature increases. Due to these morphological changes of Si-rich phases, the reduction in tensile strengths and increase in elongations, respectively, can be obtained by the post-heat treatment process. These results provide fundamental information for the practical applications of AlSi10Mg parts fabricated by SLM.
