Objective : In this study, we investigated the prevalence of depression and its impact on the healthrelated Quality of life (HRQoL) of the patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) on Hemodialysis. Method : The Quality of life (QOL) of patients was evaluated by HRQoL Questionnaire, "Medical Outcome Survey 36-Item Short Form Health Survey Korean Version (SF-36-K)". The patients on Hemodialysis in ESRD, were chosen from the hemodialytic room at Wonkwang University and Jeongeup-Asan Hospital. The number of patients was 95 (64 from Wonkwang University Hospital and 31 from Jeongeup-Asan Hospital) and all of them were above 19 years old. We performed various investigations to find a statistical correlations between HRQoL and physical & psychosocial factors such as the demographic characteristics, clinical characteristics (hemoglobin level and albumin level etc), and the score of Beck's depressive inventory (BDI). Results : The HRQoL value of patients on hemodialysis in ESRD is far poorer than the HRQoL reference value of Koreans and Americans, who are in normal healthly. The prevalence of depressive symptoms by BDI of the ESRD patients on hemodialysis is 68.6%, and age and depression have negative correlations with HRQoL of the patients. However, education level, serum albumin level, and social support have positive correlations with HRQoL. The patient group with depression has significantly poorer HRQoL than the group without depression. Conclusion : The HRQoL of ESRD patients on hemodialysis is not good in both physical and mental aspects. The prevalence of depression is very high and depression has negative impact of HRQoL of patients. Based on our study, it is essential to accompany with therapeutic Strategy to improve the HRQoL of ESRD patients on hemodialysis.

후행 핵연료주기 경제성 평가는 추정 비용의 불확실성, 평가 대상기간의 장기성, 적용 할인율에 따른 계산결과의 변동성 등 많은 불확실성을 내포하고 있기 때문에 평가기관 또는 평가자에 따라 그 결과가 서로 상이하다. 본고에서는 지금까지 수행된 주요 경제성 평가 연구들을 조사/분석하여 그 특징과 한계를 알아봄으로써 현재 국내에서 추진되고 있는 사용후핵연료 공론화 및 후행 핵연료주기 정책 연구 추진에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있도록 하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 사용후핵연료 재활용 옵션에 비해 직접처분 옵션이 유리하나, 입력 자료로 사용된 파라미터 값에 따라 결과의 불확실성이 많이 나타나 이 부분에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요하다는 사실을 알 수 있었다.

특수(特殊)한 기능(機能)을 수행(遂行)하기 위한 4링크 기구(機構)의 설계(設計)에서는 링크의 연간궤적(連稈軌跡)이 중요(重要)한 설계조건(設計條件)이 된다. 이앙기(移秧機)의 이식기구(移植機構)나 바인던의 방출(放出)암은 모두 4링크 기구(機構)를 이용(利用)하여 작업수행(作業遂行)에 필요(必要)한 연간궤적(連稈軌跡)을 얻고 있는 것이다. 필요(必要)한 연간궤적(連稈軌跡)을 얻기위한 4링크 기구(機構)의 합성(合成)은 도해적(圖解的), 해석적(解析的) 방법(方法)을 통(通)하여 많은 연구(硏究)가 이루어져 왔으며 최근(最近)에는 콤퓨터를 이용(利用)한 기구합성(機構合成)에 대(對)한 연구(硏究)가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서는 연간궤적상(連稈軌跡上)의 점(點)들을 이용(利用)하여 주어진 연간궤적(連稈軌跡)을 얻기 위한 4링크 기구(機構)의 합성(合成)에 대(對)한 새로운 방법(方法)을 개발(開發)하고 이 방법(方法)을 콤퓨터 프로그래밍하여 주어진 연간궤적(連稈軌跡)과 콤퓨터로 합성(合成)한 4링크 기구(機構)의 연간궤적(連稈軌跡)을 비교(比較)검토 하였다.

저자들은 2주간의 간헐적 상복부 동통과 식욕결핍을 호소하는 15세 남아에서 위 내시경과 조직 생검으로 진단된 원발성 위 림프종 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Primary gastric lymphoma is relatively uncommon, accounting for 3% to 8% of all malignancies arising in the stomach. The most common symptom is abdominal pain, closely followed by weight loss, anorexia, weakness due to anemia, nausea, and vomiting. The diagnosis of gastric lymphoma usually requires a biopsy at the time of gastroscopy or laparotomy. Microscopically, the vast majority of gastric lymphoid tumors are non-Hodgkin's lymphomas of B cell origin. Survival rates for all types of gastric lymphoma generally exceed those for adenocarcinoma and other malignancies of the stomach. We experienced one case of primary gastric lymphoma in puberty with a brief review of the literature.

The exploitation of technologies based on electro spinning have been limited due to poor understanding of the process and consequent limitation in process control, productivity and reproducibility. To control the effect of the environmental parameter, which is one of important electro spinning parameters, the vacuum process was introduced because the magnitude of electric field in vacuum is not limited by the low dielectric breakdown strength of air. For this study, PCL dissolved in a mixture of N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and methylene chloride (MC) was electrospun as a form of nonwoven mats consisting of nano-sized fibers under vacuum and they have been analyzed using SEM and DSC. The PCL nonwoven mats via electrospinning under vacuum showed the characteristic spinning behavior observed at atmospheric pressure. In addition, results obtained from tensile test showed that PCL nonwoven mats via electrospinning under vacuum have better mechanical properties than those prepared at atmospheric pressure.

Numerical Analysis for exchanging seawater experiment is carried out in Do-Jang fish port. The change of tidal velocity and water level is derived by the two-dimensional nonlinear shallow-water numerical model. To calculate exchange rate of seawater with the change of tidal velocity and water level, a two-dimensional numerical model is employed which governing equations are Fokker-Plank equations. The calculated exchange rates of each time are described in tables and figures.
