        진해만 동부 주변해역에 출현하는 청베도라치(Parablennius yatabei) 후기자어의 소화관 내용물 조성

        The feeding habits of post-larval Yatabe blenny Parablennius yatabei (2.0-9.8 mm SL) were examined on the basis of 158 individuals collected from June to October in the coastal waters of eastern Jinhae Bay, South Korea. Based on the index of relative importance (IRI), post-larval P. yatabei fed 94.4% on copepods and 5.6% on tintinnids. The preference of post-larval P. yatabei for copepods to other prey items results from ontogenetic changes. The dietary percentage of copepods increased as fish size increased and tintinnids became less important. The feeding rate of post-larval P. yatabei was consistent at all times of day.

        Rheological Behaviors of White and Brown Rice Flours During In-vitro Simulation of Starch Digestion

        The in-vitro starch digestibility of white and brown rice flours was continuously characterized from a rheological point of view. Specifically, the in-vitro viscosities of the rice digesta samples were monitored under simulated oral, gastric, and intestinal conditions. A trend of decreasing viscosities in all the digesta samples was observed during the in-vitro digestion. After cooking, the brown rice sample exhibited lower viscosity than that of the white rice flour due to the presence of more non-starch components. A similar tendency was observed during the simulated oral and gastric digestions. However, the viscosity crossover between the white and brown rice samples was observed during intestinal digestion. In addition, the amount of glucose released from the brown rice flour was significantly lower than that from the white rice flour. Thus, the slower rate of starch hydrolysis in the brown rice flour could be related to its in-vitro rheological behaviors.

        제주도 주변 해역에서 채집된 줄삼치 (Sarda orientalis)의 위내용물 조성

        줄삼치 (Sarda orientalis)는 2015년 1월부터 12월까지 제주 주변해역에서 고등어 선망어선에 혼획된 288개체를 이용하였으며, 가랑이체장 (fork length)과 체중을 각각 0.1 cm와 0.1 g까지 측정한 뒤 해부하여 먹이생물의 크기와 무게를 측정하고 최대한 종 수준까지 분석하였다. 먹이생물은 상대중요성지수비(%IRI)를 이용해 분석하였으며, 크기군과 계절에 따른 먹이조성 변화를 알아보았다. 줄삼치의 가장 중요한 먹이생물은 어류(Pisces)였으며, 그중에서도 멸치 (Engraulis japonicus)가 가장 높은 비율을 보였다. 그 외 난바다곤쟁이류 (Euphausiacea), 단각류 (Amphipoda), 두족류 (Cephalopoda)가 출현하였으나 그 양은 적었다. 줄삼치는 모든 크기군과 계절에서 어류가 가장 중요한 먹이생물이었으며, 성장하면서 먹이생물의 중량이 증가하였다. The feeding habits of oriental bonito (Sarda orientalis) were studied using 288 specimens collected in the coastal waters of Jeju Island, Korea from January to December 2015. Oriental bonito is pelagic piscivore that consumes mainly fishes especially Engraulis japonicus and Scomber japonicus. Its diet also includes small quantities euphausiids, amphipods and cephalopods. Oriental bonito showed ontogenetic changes in feeding habits. Although fishes were the primary food consumed by all size groups, the ratio of fishes was slightly increased as body size increase. There also was a significant relationships between mean prey number and weight according to size class and season.

        This paper proposes the GPS sensor-based steering angle control algorithm for autonomous driving. The proposed method obtains The desired angle for the steering angle of the servo motor, which is acquired by using the GPS data. This angle is used as the desired goal of the PD controller for minimizing the error between the desired angle and the steering angle. Finally, the PWM signal obtained from the PD controller is directly applied to the servo motor. To demonstrate the validity of the proposed method, this study implements the experimentations for the waypoint based autonomous driving.

        경남 거제 연안 잘피밭에 출현하는 점망둑 (Chaenogobius annularis ) 치어의 식성

        The feeding habits of juvenile Chaenogobius annularis were examined based on gut content analysis of 281 individuals, collected from May to June 2011 in the coastal water of Geoje, Korea. Copepods were the main source of food for C. annularis, which constituted 61.6% in IRI. Barnacle larvae was the second largest dietary component. Graphical analysis of the diet composition showed that C. annularis was a specialized predator characterized by strong individual feeding specialization. Both small and large size class of C. annularis mainly consumed harpacticoida and cirripedia cypris.

        최근 폭우로 인한 중국의 샨사댐 붕괴 위기, 텍사스의 이상 한파로 인한 대규모 정전사태 등 재해가 속출함에 따라 기후변화 문제에 대한 대중들의 관심과 이에 대한 해결노력이 촉발되고 있다. 대기환경 개선은 기후변화 문제해결의 큰 축을 담당하고 있으며, 대표적 대기오염물질로는 NOx, SOx, 및 미세먼지 등이 있다. 이중 미세먼지의 경우 PM10, PM2.5 등 입자의 크기에 따라 세분화하여 관리하고 있으며 NOx의 경우 대표적인 2차 미세먼지 유발물질로 알려져 규제되어왔다. 하지만, 휘발성유기화합물(VOCs)의 경우 비교적 최근에 배출규제물질로 편입되어 관리되고 있는 실정이다. 대표적인 VOCs 중 하나인 톨루엔은 인쇄, 세탁, 피혁, 페인트 등 산업현장 전반에 걸쳐 광범위하게 사용되며, 2015년에 총 연간배출량이 100만톤을 초과하였다. 종래에는 이러한 VOCs 제거에 대하여 도입비용 등의 저감을 이유로 활성탄 등을 이용한 흡착제거방식을 사용해왔다. 하지만, 흡착제 재사용의 어려움과 추가 폐기물 발생 등의 한계점으로 인하여 RCO나 RTO 등과 같이 연소를 통한 제거방식의 선호가 증가하고 있다. 톨루엔의 경우 발열량이 40,000 kJ/kg 이상으로 기존의 석탄 가스보다 높다. 이는 가솔린과 유사한 수준으로 대기오염물질이 아닌 연료로써 톨루엔의 가치를 보여준다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 포집된 VOCs의 촉매 연소반응 실험을 통하여, VOCs의 열원으로써 활용성을 알아보고자 하였다.

        조선중기 贈諡 제도의 운영

        A posthumous name is a title bestowed to deceased people through evaluating their activities when they are alive. In pre-modern East Asia, people were reluctant to call the autonym of a great man, so the government gave deceased people the posthumous name to avoid that situation. For descendants, It was the highest honor that their ancestors had been blessed the posthumous name from the state. This system was adopted in Korea from the Unified Silla Period and began to appear as the King’s posthumous name for the first time, and Since Goryeo Dynasty, its scope has extended to the bureaucrats. In the Joseon Dynasty, the posthumous name was given to those who had been in an official position such as merit subjects or above the senior second rank. Granting subjects a posthumous name was implemented throughout the Joseon Dynasty, and a lot of records remains today. In particular, the chronological materials, official records, and posthumous name records(贈諡錄, Jeungsirok) provide some hints on the changing of this system through the mid-Joseon period. At that period, as Sarim(士林, the forest of scholars) began to be active, the political power structure was changing. The people of Sarim, who had advanced to “censoring bodies”(三司) through King Myŏngjong’s reign, were also in charge of discussing the posthumous name at Hongmun-gwan office(弘文館). But through subsequent events, Queen Munjeong's regency was helping maternal relatives assumed power. Therefore, Sarim intended to point out their misbehavior by giving an “evil posthumous name”(惡諡) to the maternal relatives and Hungu(勳舊) faction, and made these “evil posthumous names” symbolizes vigilance. In the course of their political condemnation, However, the posthumous name system itself was severely shrunken as Sarim suffered from the dismissal due to the counteraction of the Hungu, and also as the Hungu faction didn't ask for the posthumous name because of their afraid of “evil posthumous name.” But as Sarim began to take over the real power early in King Sŏnjo’s reign, this aspect changed again. During this period, Sarims expedited posthumously honoring their deceased leading figure to enhance their scholastic mantle. As a result, the first case of giving a posthumous name even who doesn't meet the standard of official rank appeared and also Dongbang-ohyeon(東方五賢, five famous scholars Confucianism in Joseon) could be granted posthumous name at that time. This stance was maintained even after King Injo's restoration. As soon as Injo ascended the throne, he restored the honor of those who were opposed to the previous regime by giving them the posthumous name and also gave it to the past renowned subjects who deserved but had not received it. Besides, It was a very peculiar phenomenon, emerged from King Injo's reign, that the posthumous name was bestowed to people of merit in the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592 due to combat exploits. As such, the character of the recipients of the posthumous name has become very diverse in King Injo’s era. In other words, this system was once only possible based on a standard of the official rank, but it gradually became foot on the values of righteousness, loyalty, and academics. Moreover, Based on these changes, the number of cases of giving the posthumous name after raising the office rank more than a senior second by posthumously honoring the dead increased, and the practice of not giving the posthumous name itself instead of giving “evil posthumous name” to those who left misbehavior has become mainstream. The anomalies in the posthumous name system that appeared in King Injo’s reign were referred to by the kings afterward, and the next generation of kings implemented this system more actively. This phase soon served as an important for the change regulation of the posthumous name itself in the Amended Great Code(續大典) during King Yeongjo’s reign.
