        19세기 京華世族의 實景山水畵後援배경과 畵壇에 미친 영향

        Real-scenery landscape paintings (silgyeong sansuhwa, 實景山水畵) in the nineteenth century were produced in various forms such as albums, scrolls or folding screens, since patronage for the real-scenery landscape paintings by gyeonghwasejok had expanded due to travel for exploring natural beauties and their interest in collecting paintings and calligraphies. Gyeonghwasejok refers to aristocrats (yangban) living in the nation’s capital whose families’ social and economic status were guaranteed by monopolization of their government official posts. Gyeonghwasejok was a patron to painters, as well as a collector with the power of controlling the art market. Gyeonghwasejok, who dominated the painting circles in the nineteenth century, chose jabidaeryeong hwawon (painters-in-waiting) who were regarded as the best painters in their time after Kim Hong-do or local literati painters for their commissions. Gyeonghwasejok patronized real-scenery landscape paintings in the political situation of Noron (Old Doctrine)’s in-law government in the nineteenth century because of fascination over traveling for exploring the beauty of nature and their interest in collecting paintings and calligraphies, expression of consciousness of lineage and channels for political exchange, and the increased trend of treasuring Kim Hong-do’s Haesan-cheop. Gyeonghwasejok was active in producing real-scenery landscape paintings, as they were infatuated with traveling and collecting, while reading travel poems and travel diaries of their predecessors or treasuring inherited objects related to traveling for exploring the beauties. Further, Gyeonghwasejok reproduced gajeon hwacheop (painting albums preserved in one’s family) or gajeon hwabyeong (folding screens preserved in one’s family) that revealed their consciousness of lineage, or produced travel albums of paintings to get forewords or inscriptions from high-ranking officials, so they strived to secure their political positions. This is evidenced by Gosangugok sihwabyeong commissioned in 1803 by Andong Kim’s clan, a representative Noron’s family in power, and by the fact that they commissioned a painter to remake a copy of Gokwun gugok docheop in 1804. With the increased trend of treasuring Kim Hong-do’s Haesan-choep, gyeonghwasejok accompanied jabidaeryeong hwawon their journeys to produce travel albums of paintings or commissioned painters to reproduce travel albums of paintings in Kim Hong-do’s style. Real-scenery landscape paintings in the nineteenth century were patronized by two political powers; Noron’s gyeonghwasejok, who has substantial political power, and Soron(Young Doctrine)’s gyeonghwasejok, who cooperated with a family in power. Noron’s gyeonghwasejok who settled around the capital had the power not only in political circles but in art circles as well. Noron Yi Gwang-mun (1778-1838)’s Haesan docheop is a travel album of paintings executed by Kim Ha-jong (1793-1878) for his patron Yi Gwang-mun in his distinctive manner, which did not follow Kim Hong-do’s Haesan-choep, but rather reflected Yi’s idea of depicting actuality. This paper confirms that Kim ha-jong, who died in 1878, had a pen name of“Sungyanggeosa,”or was called “Yeonungongyang,”and it is presumed that Kim Jeong-hee (1786-1856), who had associated with Yi Gwang-mun, left an inscription on the cover of the album. Moreover, in the nineteenth century it was very competitive to be nominated by dodanghoegwon, so Jeong Won-yong, Yi Pung-ik, Yi Yu-won of Soron could not be appointed to high-ranking official posts without the support of Noron’s family in power. Haoedo sipgokbyeong patronized by Soron Jeong Won-yong (1783-1873) in 1828 was the gajeon hwabyeong commissioned to Yi Ui-seong, aimed to elevate the Jeong clan’s prestige, which is a reproduction of Haoesanghanakgang ildaedo, which included the poems of his ancestor Jeong Yu-gil and of the hometown of the Jeong clan.         Objective : The purpose of this report is to know the effect of Jibaekjihwang-tang(知栢地黃湯) on progressive pigmented purpuric dermatosis. Methods : We experienced one case of progressive pigmented purpuric dermatosis treated with Jibaekjihwang-tang(知栢地黃湯). We used visual analogue scale(VAS). Results : After the treatment the grade of VAS was decreased and purpuras, pruritus and dryness of skin were disappeared. Conslusion : Jibaekjihwang-tang(知栢地黃湯) can be used on the treatment of progressive pigmented purpuric dermatosis.

        알코올을 처리한 HepG2 세포에서 참죽나무 잎 추출물의 세포 보호 및 항산화 효과

        All the parts of the Cedrela sinensis A. Juss., including the seeds, roots, and leaves, have been known to exert medicinal effects. The C. sinensis and its major compound, quercetin, were previously reported to exhibit the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative activities. However, the hepatoprotective effects of the C. sinensis leaves against the alcohol-induced oxidative stress in the HepG2 cells have not been studied. In this study, we investigated the antioxidant activities and analyzed the flavonoid contents of the C. sinensis-leaf extract (CE). The total flavonoid contents of the CE is 1,874.5 mg/100 g dry weight (DW), while the total quercetin 3-O-rhamnoside (quercitrin) contents, which was identified as the major flavonol in the CE, is 1,456.0 mg/100 g DW. In the ethanol-stimulated HepG2 cells, the CE effectively prevented the cytotoxic effect and increased the gene expression of the antioxidant enzymes, such as the heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and the glutathion peroxide (GPx). The level of the reactive oxygen species (ROS) production was significantly decreased in the CE-treated HepG2 cells. In conclusion, the C. sinensis extract suppressed the alcohol-induced oxidative stress in the HepG2 cells via the induced GPx and HO-1 gene expressions. It is expected the CE positive effects will likely be attributed to the flavonoids, like the quercetin, within the CE.

        동결 해동한 포배 이식에 있어서 동결시기가 임신결과에 미치는 영향

        목 적: 배양 환경과 동결 기술이 발달함에 따라 동결 포배의 해동-이식의 빈도가 증가하고 있으며, 신선 주기와 마찬가지로 해동-이식 주기에서도 질 좋은 배아를 선별하는 것은 임신 성공 여부를 결정하는 아주 중요한 과제이다. 본 연구는 동결 당시 포배로의 발달 속도가 임신 결과에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여, 수정 후 5일 및 6일째 동결한 포배의 해동-이식 후 임신율을 비교 분석하였다. 연구방법: 2006년 1월부터 12월까지 5일째 또는 6일째 동결한 포배를 해동하여 2007년 6월까지 융해 이식한 87명, 93주기를 대상으로 하였다. 동결법은 ethylene glycol과 DMSO를 이용한 유리화 동결법을 이용하였으며, 팽창 포배는 인위적인 수축을 시행 후 동결하였다. 해동 과정은 이식 전날 시행하여 15~18시간 배양액에서 배양 후 재팽창 여부를 확인하였다. 결 과: 5일째 동결한 포배를 해동-이식한 52주기와 6일째 동결한 포배를 해동-이식한 41주기에서 환자의 나이, 이식한 배아의 수, 해동 배아의 생존율 등 임신 결과에 영향을 미칠만한 요인들의 차이는 없었다. 그러나 생화학적 임신율, 임상적 임신율, 진행 임신율, 착상율 등은 5일째 동결한 포배를 해동-이식한 주기에서 높게 나타났다. 결 론: 5일째 동결한 포배를 해동-이식했을 때의 임신율은 6일째 동결한 포배를 해동-이식했을 때의 임신율보다 2배 이상 높았으며, 이는 신선 주기와 마찬가지로 해동-이식 주기에서도 동결 전 배아의 발달 속도의 차이를 임신 성공 예측의 중요한 지표로 사용할 수 있음을 시사한다. Objectives: Likewise fresh cycle, it is also important to select right blastocysts for transfer in purpose of improving the pregnancy and implantation rates in frozen-thawed embryo transfer (ET) cycles. To investigate the relationship between the developmental velocity at the time of cryopreservation and pregnancy rates, we compared pregnancy rates between the day 5 cryopreservation group and the day 6 cryopreservation group. Methods: Transfers of frozen-thawed blastocysts which had been cryopreserved by vitrification on day 5 or day 6 were performed between January 2006 and June 2007. Ethylene glycol, DMSO, and pull and cut straws were used for vitrification and artificial shrinkage was done in expanded blastocysts. Thawing was performed on the day before transfer and thawed blastocysts were cultured in for 15~18 hrs in Quinn's blastocyct media. Blastocyst survival was assessed before transfer and post-thaw survival was defined as >50% of cells remaining intact and blastocoele re-expansion by the time of transfer. Results: Transfers of thawed blastocyst had been cryopreserved on day 5 were 52 cycles and 41 transfer cycles were cryopreserved on day 6. Patient characteristics, the number of transferred embryos and the survival rate of thawed blastocysts were not different in each cryopreservation day. But the biochemical pregnancy, clinical pregnancy, ongoing pregnancy, and implantation rate were significantly high in transfer of frozen-thawed blastocyst which were cryopreserved on day 5. Conclusions: The clinical pregnancy and implantation rate of day-5 blastocyst showed significantly higher than those of day-6 blastocyst in frozen-ET cycles. This result indicated that developmental rate of blastocyst at cryopreservation time in frozen-thawed cycle is discriminative marker of pregnancy outcome as like in fresh cycle.

        This paper explores meanings of a main female character in Madame Freedom (2013), a media performance of Hyo-jin Kim and Hyung-su Kim. This research investigates characteristics of the heroine in its original novel and movie; and examines what the roles of dances and media workings are respectively and what the choreographer utilizes the original works in Madame Freedom. This paper argues that the media work shows a Korean housewife``s passion, sexuality & freedom; ambivalent interpretations; and strategic reconstruction of particularity and universality. These provide a way to produce diverse interpretations by exploring complex relations of novel, movie, and media performance.

        과학고등학교 학생의 화학 전지에 대한 이해 분석: 분자적 수준의 미시적 관점에서 화학 평형과 연계하여

        이 연구의 목적은 과학고등학교 학생들을 대상으로 설문지 조사와 면담을 통해 화학 전지에 대한 개념 이해를 분자적 수준의 미시적 관점에서 화학 평형과 연계하여 분석하는 것이다. 과학고등학교 학생들은 전극을 전해질에 담그자마자 전극의 금속이 산화되는 반응과 금속 이온이 환원되는 반응이 동시에 일어난다는 것과 화학 전지의 화학 평형 상태를 고르는 것에 대한 이해는 높았다. 그러나 전극과 전해질 사이에서 일어나는 상호작용을 미시적 관점으로 이해하는 데는 어려움을 겪고 있어, 화학 전지에서의 전위차 발생, 전자의 흐름, 반쪽 전지의 전위 측정, 산화전극과 환원전극 사이의 전지 전위값 계산하기 등에서는 어려움을 겪었다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the understandings of science high school students on the conception of chemical cell in relation to chemical equilibrium from the microscopic viewpoint at molecular level through questionnaires and follow-up interviews. The results show that they have high understandings on the chemical equilibrium states in the electrochemical cell and on the redox reaction taking place simultaneously when a metal electrode is immersed in the metal ion solution. However, they do not fully comprehend the development of electrical potential difference, electron movement, electrode potential measurement in the half-cells, and calculation of the net cell voltage between anode and cathode in the chemical cell because of difficulties in the microscopic understanding the interaction on the interface at the electrode and the electrolyte solution.

        평면전극구조를 갖는 바이올로진 기반의 일체형 전기변색소자

        Recently, electrochromic devices (ECDs) have gathered increasing attention owing to their high color contrast and memory effect, which make them highly applicable to smart windows, auto-dimming mirrors, sensors, etc. Traditional ECDs have a sandwich structure that contains an electrochromic layer between two ITO substrates. These sandwich-type devices are usually fabricated through the lamination of two electrodes and followed by the injection of a liquid electrolyte in the inner space. However, this process is sometimes complex and time consuming. In this study, we fabricated ECDs with a lateral electrode structure that uses only an ITO substrate and an all-in-one electrochromic gel, which is a mixture of electrolyte and electrochromic material. Furthermore, we investigated the EC properties of the lateral-type device by comparing it with a sandwich-type device. The lateral-type ECD shows strong blue absorption as the applied voltage increases and has a competitive coloration efficiency compared to the sandwich-type device.

        Changes in Salivary Flow Rate and pH in Stressful Conditions

        타액은 그 양과 조성 등에 있어 많은 인자들의 영향을 받는다. 타액분비 감소는 구강의 자정작용, 완충능, 치아우식저항성 등 타액의 고유한 기능을 변화시켜서 구강건조감, 구강작열감, 다발성 치아우식증 등의 소인이 된다. 이에 저자는 심리적 요인이 구강내 환경에 미치는 영향을 평가하고자 타액선질환을 포함한 전신질환이 없는 전북대학교 치과대학생 20명을 대상으로 일상생활시와 시험 직전의 비자극성 전타액을 5분간 추출하여, 그 유출량과 수소이온농도를 측정, 비교, 평가하였다. 타액유출량은 $25m{\ell}$의 메스실린더를 사용하였고, 수소이온농도는 pH/SEmeter(ORION, 720A model)를 이용하여 측정하였다. 평가 결과 남성의 비자극성 타액유출량과 수소이온농도는 $3.68{\pm}1.31m{\ell}/5min$와 $7.63{\pm}0.17$이었고, 여성에서는 각각 $4.93{\pm}1.47m{\ell}/5min$와 $7.43{\pm}0.29$로서 성별간 유의한 차이가 없었다. 그리고 일상생활시의 성인의 5분간 수집된 비자극성 타액유출량은 $4.18{\pm}1.48m{\ell}/5min$였고, 스트레스하에서의 양은 $2.20{\pm}0.95m{\ell}/5min$로 나타나 스트레스시 타액유출량이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.01). 또한 일상생활시의 성인의 비자극성 타액의 수소이온농도는 $7.55{\pm}0.24$였고, 스트레스하에서의 수소이온농도는 $7.22{\pm}0.20$으로 나타나 스트레스시 수소이온농도가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.01). 이상의 결과로 보아 스트레스는 타액유출량을 감소시키고 구강내를 보다 산성화시킨다고 사료된다.
