        자기장을 이용한 이동체의 속도 측정 방법

        In this paper, we propose a new method to measure the velocity of a vehicle. In general, to measure the velocity of a vehicle, a global positioning system (GPS) is used outdoors and encoders with an INS are used indoors. However these sensors have various problems due to their characteristics. Within a tunnel, GPS cannot measure velocity. In addition, encoders, in essence, have errors due to slip. To solve such problems, we propose a velocity-measuring method using two magnetic sensors for reading the magnetic field. We can find the velocity by estimating the delay time between two axially separated sensors. To verify the performance, we compared the actual and measured speed with the proposed method. As a result, it was found that the proposed method has a good performance in the simulation and useful results in the real experiment. Additionally, in this method, a magnetic map is not required.

        위전절제술 및 루프 식도공장 문합술을 시행한 환자와 정상인에서 Small Bowel Transit Time 의 비교

        N/A There have been great advances in the operative technique and prevention of early postoperative complications of total gastrectomy. But much more efforts are needed to improve late postoperative complications, nutritional abnormalities after total gastrectoniy. There are many possible causes for malnutrition after total gastrectomy, such as poor oral intake, rnalabsorption due to bacterial proliferation in small bowel and relative pancreatic insufficiency etc. Changes in small bowel transit tirne can be considered as another candidate. The purpose of this study is to compare the small bowel transit time between fifteen patients who didnt show any evidence of recurrence after total gastrectomy and loop esophagojejunostomy due to gastric cancer and six normal volunteers who had no specific gastointestinal symptorns and signs. Fried egg-white which was tagged with 99mTc-SC, rice and water was used as test meal. The transit of the test meal was monitored up to 8 hours by gamma camera which was connected to a microcomputer. 1) The small bowel transit time of head of meal was 221+34.39 minutes in the patients after total gastrectonly and 232.5+26.26 minutes in the control subjects (P>0.05) 2) The small bowel transit time of midportion of meal was 326.0+58.04 minutes in the patiens after total gastrectoinay and 271.8+46.64 minutes in the control suuhjects (P >0.05) 3) There was a tendency of delayed transit time of the later part of meal in the patient group. There was no significant differences in small bowel transit time of head and midportion of meal between patients with weight loss after total gastrectomy ancl normal volunteers. Therefore weight loss as a manifestation of malnutritionn after total gastrectomy is not caused by changes in small bowel transit time.

        This paper is to verify the effectiveness of‘Hybrid Disaster Management Strategy’ that integrates‘RTM(Real-time Monitoring) based On-line’and‘UAV based Off-line’ system. For landslide prone area where sensors were installed, the conventional way of risk management so far has entirely relied on RTM data collected from the field through the instrumentation devices. But it’s not enough due to the limitation of‘Pin-point sensor’which tend to provide with only the localized information where sensors have stayed fixed. It lacks, therefore, the whole picture to be grasped. In this paper, utilizing ‘Digital Photogrammetry Software Pix4D’, the possibility of inference for the deformation of ungauged area has been reviewed. For this purpose, actual measurement data from RTM were compared with the estimated value from 3D point cloud outcome by UAV, and the consequent results has shown very accurate in terms of RMSE.

        A hepatoid adenocarcinoma of stomach, a subtype of gastric cancr, is characterized by a histologic resemblance to a hepatocellular carcinoma and $\alpha$-feto protein production. Another feature is early metastasis to the liver and lymph nodes, thus revealing a poor prognosis. We report a case of a hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach with liver metastasis. A 52-year-old male visited our hospital with a chief complaint of indigestion. Gastroscopic examination showed a Borrmann type-II lesion on the lesser curvature of the antrum. The CT scan showed a suspected advanced gastric cancer with liver metastasis. The serum AFP level was 123 ng/ml. A radical subtotal gastrectomy and a right hemihepatectomy were performed simultaneously. Pathologic examination confirmed the lesion to be confined to the submucosa. The gastric lesion was a hepatoid adenocarcinoma, and the hepatic lesion was a metastatic adenocarcinoma from the stomach. Therefore, he was classified as having stage IV (T1N1M1) gastric cancer. In cases of a hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach, even patients with early gastric cancer can be staged into the poor prognostic group. 위암의 한 아형인 간양 선암은 조직학적으로 간세포암종과 형태학적으로 유사하며 알파태아단백 생산을 특징으로 한다. 간양 선암의 또 하나의 특징은 간과 림프절로의 조기 전이를 함으로써 불량한 예후를 갖는다는 것이다. 저자들은 간전이를 동반한 위의 간양 선암 1예를 보고하고자 한다. 소화불량을 주소로 내원한 52세 남자 환자는 위내시경 검사상 Borrmann 제2형 병변이 위암이 의심되었다. 환자의 혈청 알파태아단백은 123 ng/ml로 증가되어 있었다. 근치적 위아전절제술과 간우엽절제술을 시행하였고 조직학적 소견상 위의 병변은 점막하층에 국한된 간양 선암이었으며 간의 병변은 위로부터 전이된 선암이었다. 결국 환자는 위암 4기(T1N1M1)로분류되었다. 위의 간양 선암은 조기병변에서도 불량한 예후군으로 분류될 수 있다.

        신용부도스왑(CDS)의 유용성에 관한 연구

        1990년대부터 국제 금융시장에 등장한 신용파생상품은 선진 금융회사들에게 유용한 신용위험관리 수단을 제공하면서 시장규모가 빠르게 성장하였다. 특히, 2000년대에 들어서 국제 신용파생상품시장에 우량 금융회사들이 적극 참여하기 시작하면서 신용파생상품은 효율적인 신용위험관리 수단으로 뿐만 아니라 새로운 수익원으로 인식되기 시작하였으며 시장규모도 급성장하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 신용위험 거래는 표준화되어 있지 않고, 기초자산과 분리가 용이하지 않으며, 거래가격 산정이 어렵고, 복잡한 거래구조가 요구되는 등 다양한 제약이 존재하기 때문에 이에 대한 거래와 통제에 한계가 있어 왔다. 국내 신용파생상품시장은 점차 거래규모가 증가하고 있기는 하지만 아직까지 국제시장에 비해 그 규모가 매우 미미한 수준이며, 거래되고 있는 신용파생상품의 종류도 매우 제한적인 실정이다. 또한 국내 금융회사들 대부분이 보장매도자로서 외화표시 신용파생상품거래에 참여하고 있는 국내 시장의 특징을 고려할 때, 국내 금융회사들은 신용파생상품을 주로 고수익을 겨냥한 투자상품으로 활용하고 있는 것으로 판단된다. 즉, 국내 금융회사들의 신용위험관리 차원에서의 신용파생상품 활용도는 아직 미미한 수준이라고 할 수 있다. 실증분석 결과 우리나라의 CDS 프리미엄이 원달러 환율에 가장 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 금융시장 안정기에는 한국물 CDS 프리미엄이 원달러 환율과 같이 국내경제의 펀더멘털에 가장 큰 영향을 받지만, 금융위기 상황에서는 국내의 경제상황 보다는 대외 요인들에 따라 변동성이 나타난다고 해석할 수 있다. 이상의 분석 결과를 종합할 때, 글로벌 금융위기 이후 우리나라 CDS 프리미엄의 변동성이 커진 것은 국제투자자의 위험회피성향이 급속도로 강화된 데 근본 원인이 있다고 할 수 있다. This study introduces the CDS market, its participants, and the mechanics of the credit default swap. It provides intuition about the CDS valuation theory and reviews how CDS is valued in practice. Nuances of the standard ISDA documentation are discussed, as are developments in documentation to facilitate settlement following credit events. One of the main objectives of this study is to find a way to reduce the various risk exposures of credit derivative traders, including counter-party risk. This study presents some policy recommendations for the improvement of the general trading environment of the domestic credit derivatives market in Korea and briefly discusses some of the key supervisory issues. Given that CDS premium sharply rose despite the national financial soundness, we investigate the role of macroeconomic variables such as external payment ability and foreign exchange conditions on CDS premium. Regression analysis shows that variables such as foreign exchange rate, US Treasury yields and Korean Treasury yields played a major role in determining CDS premium. We also found that significance of multiple variables were sensitive to crisis events, implying that determinants of CDS premium can be time-varying. This stresses the importance of maintaining sound fundamentals, expanding foreign reserves and reducing foreign exposure in non-crisis periods in order to prevent sharp rises in CDS premium during the crisis periods.

        GIS is the up-to-date information to be able to support efficiently planning of all sorts, deciding on policies and industrial activities by linking situation and attribute informations computerized about all kinds of natural and artificial things existing on the surface of, under and above the earth. Recently, GIS remote management using WEB gets into the spotlight because we can do easily remote control using internet. This thesis projects and materializes GIS system focusing facility management using WEB. Facility management using WEB is able to cut down cost and manpower required for facility management by linking situation informations about facilities of all sorts and attribute informations related. In the course of construct and design of system, the needs of users is reflected and the up-to-date information technic is used for establishing system. This thesis is cooperative study between industry and academy. So it is made in the side of mutual supplement. After the development of system is completed, it is supplied to public institutions and operated.
