Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with single emissive layer structures using two fluorescent dopants were fabricated and the device was composed of ITO / NPB ($700{\AA}$) / MADN : C545T - 1.0% : DCJTB - 0.3% ($300{\AA}$) / Bphen ($300{\AA}$) / LiF ($10{\AA}$) /Al ($1,000{\AA}$). C545T and DCJTB were functioned as green fluorescent dye and red fluorescent dye under MADN as host material. Concentrations of C545T and DCJTB was changed in emissive layer of MADN. Optimized OLED device using two fluorescence dopants shows emission efficiency of 8.42 cd/A and luminescence of 3169 cd/$m^2$at 6 V with CIE color coordinate, (0.43, 0.50). Electroluminescence of optimized OLED showed two peak at 500 and 564 nm according to C545T and DCJTB. These results indicate that F$\ddot{o}$ster energy transfer energy transfer was from MADN to C545T and rather than to DCJTB continuously. 두 가지의 형광도판트를 이용하여 제작된 단일 발광층 유기발광다이오드(OLEDs)는 ITO / NPB ($700{\AA}$) / MADN : C545T - 1.0% : DCJTB - 0.3% ($300{\AA}$) / Bphen ($300{\AA}$>) / LiF ($10{\AA}$) / Al ($1,000{\AA}$)으로 구성되었다. C545T와 DCJTB는 각각 녹색과 적색 도판트로 사용되었고, 호스트 물질인 MADN에 대해서 각각 다른 농도로 도핑하였다. 이러한 두 가지 형광도 판트를 사용한 제적화된 OLED는 8.42 cd/A의 효율과 6 V에서 $3169 cd/m^2$의 발광 휘도와 (0.43, 0.50)의 색좌표를 가졌다. 이러한 OLED 구조의 electroluminescence는 각각 C545T와 DCJTB에 따라 500 nm와 564 nm의 피크를 가졌다. 이러한 결과는 MADN에서 C545T로 C545T에서 DCJTB로 포스터 에너지 전이가 일어났음을 설명할 수 있다.

A long-range artillery intercept system is under development to counter the North Korean long-range artillery threat. Simultaneous engagement capability is very important because this system, which consists of radar, engagement control station, and missile launcher, has to deal with a large number of enemy fire rounds in a short time. In this study, we propose a command assignment method for the control center to improve the effectiveness of the long-range artillery intercept system. The proposed algorithm considers the interceptable shoot time of missiles according to the trajectory of the enemy and the possible schedule of each launcher. To verify the superiority of this algorithm, it was compared with the other two methods, distance-based and random. Experiment was executed under the assumption that that a large number of enemies were concentrated in a certain area, and the result was obtained by repeating 100 times. The results show that our method contributes not only to the excellent effectiveness but also to the efficient operation of the launchers. Each launcher fired as many missiles as possible and generated the least amount of idle time. The results of this study can be used as a reference for the long-range artillery interception system as well as other complex systems in the future.
FASCAM을 이용한 적 진지 지역 화력 억제 분석 절차 연구

FASCAM is a newly introduced mean against enemy fire power and supposed to be scattered on base areas in front of a tunnel so as to deter maneuver and shooting of enemy artilleries. However, for its characteristics different from conventional munitions, only a few studies have been undertaken on operations system using this new measure. In this research, we propose a procedure to describe and analyze mathematically an operation system for suppression of enemy fire power using FASCAM. Two suggested simulation methods, impact point generation and density integration, both can describe the actual operation rationally and each has advantages of its own respectively. Further, we demonstrated an example analysis to derive an optimal suppression plan based on the proposed procedure.

본 연구는 기술수용모델의 확장을 통한 호텔프론트오피스시스템(FIDELIO)에 대한 사용자 수용과 기술수용모델의 선행요인들 간의 관계에 관한 연구이다. FIDELIO를 사용하는 프론트데스크, 하우스키핑, 기타(객실예약, 세일즈·마케팅, 벨데스크, EFL) 부서에 근무하는 직원들로부터 받은 최종 설문지 239부를 분석에 이용하였다. 기술수용모델을 확장하기 위하여 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성의 선행변수로서 정보 품질, 시스템 품질, 그리고 서비스 품질 개념이 외부변수로 추가되었다. 전체적으로, 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성, 이용태도, 그리고 이용행동의 4개 종속변수와 선행변수들과의 관계가 분석되었다. 분석결과, 두 개의 경로(정보 품질 지각된 용이성, 서비스 품질 지각된 유용성)를 제외한 본 연구에 적용된 모든 변수들 간의 관계가 유의적인 것으로 나타났다.

Based on data collected from ten five-star hotel frontline employees in Busan, we developed and tested a model investigating the structural relationships among empowerment (job resource), customer verbal aggression (job stressor), and emotional exhaustion (job strain). We also incorporated customer orientation (personal coping resource) into the model and tested its moderating role. This study used structural equation modeling to investigate the research model and hypotheses. As hypothesized, empowerment decreased customer verbal aggression and emotional exhaustion. The results revealed that customer verbal aggression intensified emotional exhaustion. Our findings further demonstrated that the positive amplifying effect of customer verbal aggression on emotional exhaustion was weaker for employees with high customer orientation as opposed to that with low customer orientation. The study concludes with a discussion of the empirical findings, theoretical contributions and managerial implications.
