AC-PDP용 인산염 결정화 유리의 유전적 특성에 관한 연구

인산염계 유리를 사용하여 PDP 소자의 하판유전체 후막을 제작하였다. 유전체 후막의 제조는 soda-lime glass위에 silk screen printing 법을 사용하였다. 기판과 유전체후막의 열팽창계수를 맞추기 위하여 $TiO_2$와 $Al_2O_3$를 충진제로 사용하였다. 유전체의 결정화 거동은 DTA, XRD를 사용하였으며 광학적 열적 전기적인 특성을 알아보기 위하여 UV-spectrometer, Dilatometer, Impedance Analyser를 사용하였다. 실험결과 주 결정상은 메타인산아연과 피로인산아연으로 나타났다. $TiO_2$의 첨가로 인하여 반사율은 높아졌으나 상대적으로 유전상수는 높아졌다. 또한 $Al_2O_3$를 첨가한 경우 반사율은 크게 변화가 없었으나 유전상수 값은 낮아졌다. 또한 열팽창 계수는 약 $62{\times}10^{-7}/^{\circ}C$ 정도였다. For regulate thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) of between substrate glass and dielectric layer use addition of $Al_2O_3$ and $TiO_2$. The crystallization process of glass-ceramics for dielectric layer have been examined by DTA, XRD some of optical, electrical properties of the dielectric layer were evaluated by UV-spectrometer, dilatometer, impedance analyser. The principal crystalline phase was identified as zinc metaphosphate [$Zn(PO_3)_2$] and zinc pyrophosphate [$Zn_2P_2O_7$]. Reflectance and dielectric constance increased with the addition of $TiO_2$ filler, dielectric constant lower the out side reflectance unchanging of the adding of $Al_2O_3$ filler. Besides CTE was at about $62{\times}10^{-7}/^{\circ}C$.
한국인 전립선비대증 환자에서 두타스테리드의 안전성 평가를 위한 시판 후 조사

Background: Dutasteride is an inhibitor of both types I and II 5 alpha-reductase and was approved in Korea in April 2004. This post-marketing surveillance was to assess the safety of dutasteride in Korean patients with benign prostate hyperplasia in real life and to elucidate the risk factors related adverse events. Methods: From December 2004 to January 2010, 3,977 patients were enrolled by 184 urologists. According to post-marketing surveillance regulation, patients were enrolled consecutively. Patients administered dutasteride at least once were included in safety assessment. The incidences of any adverse events and serious adverse events were evaluated. Multiple logistic regression method was used to identify risk factors related to adverse events. Results: The safety assessment included 3,870 patients with the mean age of 67.3 years. The incidence of adverse events was 3.8%. The most frequent adverse event was impotence (75 cases, 1.9%), libido decrease (49 cases, 1.3%), ejaculation disorder (30 cases, 0.8%), and gynecomastia (5 cases, 0.1%). The incidence of unexpected adverse events was 0.5% and cerebral infarction, lung cancer, pulmonary embolism, and diarrhea were reported as serious adverse events. Conclusion: In this survey, impotence was the most frequently reported adverse events. Dutasteride was well tolerated in Korean patients with benign prostate hyperplasia. These results updated the safety information and would provide important additional information for prescribers.

전후체제 탈각을 내세운 아베 정권의 외교안보정책 전환의 요체는 중국의 급격한 부상으로 인한 미중갈등구조를 활용하여 군사적으로 제한받아온 전후체제에서 벗어나겠다는 것이었다. 이는 미국의 미일동맹에 의존해 동북아의 열강정치에는 직접적으로 관여하지 않았던 요시다독트린으로부터 이탈이지만, 미국의 대아시아전략에 의존 및 편승이라는 방법론은 연속성을 지닌다. 미국은 탈냉전의 도래와 9.11 테러사건 이후 군사변환을 추진했으며, 이것이 오바마정부의 아시아회귀 또는 재균형전략에 의해 계승되었다. 재균형전략은 다시 일본의 안보정책변화와 수렴하면서 대중견제를 기치로 미일동맹의 심화로 이어졌다. 그러나 문제는 미일동맹의 강화와 일본의 전략적 역할의 증대는 동북아지형을 불안정하게 만들고, 현재 갈등과 협력의 이중성을 지닌 미중관계를 갈등 쪽으로 추동하고 있다. 또한 이는 한미동맹을 미일동맹과 한미일 3각동맹의 하부구조화 하고 있다. The essence of Abe’s recent foreign and security policy change is a departure from the Yoshida Doctrine, which pursues no direct involvement in the great power politics in Northeast Asia and a total dependence on the United States military for Japan’s security. However, the means for the goal is the same, as Abe’s new policy continues to bandwagon the US’s Asia policy. The US executed a military transformation with the end of the Cold War and the 9/11 terrorist attack; this has been, in part, succeeded by Obama’s Pivot to Asia or Rebalancing strategy. In turn, Obama’s strategy Abe’s policy in the name of containing a rising China. The reinforced US-Japan alliance and Japan’s extended strategic role has recently been disrupting the stability in Northeast Asia, and it is likely to drive the present ambivalent relationship between Washington and Beijing, to some extent, toward a more conflictual one. As collateral damage, it will also push the US-ROK alliance into a subordinate roll in regards to the US-Japanese alliance, or it could create a US-Japan-Korea trilateral alliance.
입구부 형상이 수중 카고 펌프의 흡입 성능에 미치는 영향

In this paper, effects of inlet shape on the performance of a submerged cargo pump were numerically studied using a commercial CFD code CFX. The inlet shape, especially the gap between pump and suction well, is an important parameter in a point of view of performances of submerged cargo pump due to its effects on the residual and also hydraulic performance of the pump, respectively. To know the optimized gap, the overall performance degradations were calculated with the gap. In addition to that, the flow field through the gap was investigated to explain the effect of velocity non-uniformity on the performance of the pump impeller.

Ocean discharge of sewage sludge, which started in the year of 1993 in Korea, was stopped in the beginning of 2012, Landfill of sewage sludge was also prohibited in 2003 owing to public acceptance of the lanfill sites, and partially reopened in 2007 due to the necessity of organic component in sludge to produce methane gas. Sludge recycle ratio will increase in sewage sludge treatment by volume reduction and drying, and then recycle of the thermal energy as fuel in power plant and also material as raw material of cement. Several drying processes are compared with reasoning and an appropriate drying sequence is suggested.
발포온도와 카본블랙 함량이 천연고무 발포체의 가황거동 및 발포특성에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 발포체의 가황거동과 발포특성에 발포온도 및 카본블랙 함량이 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 카본블랙을 변량 배합하고 145℃에서 165℃까지 5℃ 간격으로 발포하여 천연고무 발포체를 제조하였다. 발포온도 및 카본블랙 함량이 증가함에 따라 t(s2) 그리고 t(90)의 감소 경향이 관찰되었다. 본 연구에서 천연고무의 발포 가황특성의 최적 온도는 165℃ 였으며 이때 발포된 천연고무 밀도가 가장 낮은 것으로 확인되었다. 145℃에서 발포된 천연고무 발포체의 가교속도지수가 가장 작은 값을 보였다. 발포 천연고무의 발포 및 모폴로지 특성으로부터 발포체의 밀도 특성을 확인할 수 있었다. 고무내부에 생성된 각 발포 격벽의 두께는 발포 온도가 증가함에 따라 감소하는 반면 카본블랙 함량 증가와 더불어 증가함을 보였다. To investigate the influence of the foaming temperature and carbon black content on the cure behaviors and foaming characteristics of the foams, natural rubber (NR) was foamed at five temperature zones (145, 150, 155, 160 and 165℃) and different feeding ratios of the carbon black. A decreasing trend of the scorch time, t(s2) and cure time, t(90) was observed upon increasing foaming temperature and carbon black content. The optimal temperature for vulcanization and foaming of NRs in this study was considered to be 165℃ where density of the foamed NRs is lower than those at other four temperature regions. The cure rate index of the NRs foamed at 145℃ is smaller than those at 150, 155, 160 and 165℃. The results of the expansion ratio and micrographs of the foamed NRs were founded to support the density characteristics. The thickness of each of the struts formed inside the rubber matrix decreases with increasing the foaming temperature, while it increases with increasing the carbon black content.
