소규모 레스토랑 종사자의 감성지능이 서비스 제공 행동에 미치는 영향 : 스케줄 만족의 매개효과를 중심으로

20세기에서 21세기로 접어들면서 인간의 지능관에 관한 연구의 동향도 변화의 바람을 맞이하였다. 20세기를 이끌어온 게 IQ였다면 21세기는 EQ와 같은 감성과 관련된 실용적이고 창의적인 지능이 될 것이다. 현대사회는 정보통신의 발달로 커뮤니케이션의 방식이나 속도가 빨라졌기 때문에 고객의 행동이나 뉘앙스를 빠르고 정확하게 인식 할 필요가 부각되었다. 이를 위해 필요한 것 중 하나가 바로 감성적으로 고객을 빠르고 정확하게 이해하여 고객을 만족시키는 것이다. 이것은 조직의 성과와 더불어 변화나 혁신을 달성하는데 효과적이다. 따라서 본 연구는 이런 감성지능을 처음으로 소규모레스토랑(Small Restaurant)에 적용하여 직원들의 감성지능(Emotional Intelligence)이 서비스제공행동Service delivery behavior)에 미치는 영향에서 융통성 있는 스케줄에 대한 만족(이하 스케줄만족 Satisfaction with Schedule flexibility)이 매개효과(Mediating effect)를 가지는 것에 초점을 맞췄다. 연구 결과 감성지능은 서비스 제공행동에 통계적으로 유의적인 영향을 미치며, 감성지능이 스케줄 만족에는 선행연구와 달리 하위요인인 자기감성이해(Self-emotional appraisal)와 감성조절(Regulation of emotion)만이 유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 스케줄 만족은 감성지능이 서비스제공행동에 미치는 영향관계에서 자기감성이해와 감성조절만이 유의적으로 매개효과가 있는 것으로 연구되었다. 따라서 향 후 소규모 레스토랑 책임자(owner)는 직원을 고용할 때 직원의 감성지능 중 자기감성이해와 감성조절 에 초점을 맞춰 직원을 고용하고 융통성 있는 근무스케줄을 구성하여 종사자의 만족도를 향상시킴으로써 종사자의 서비스제공행동을 향상시켜 매출증대나 고객만족도를 향상 시켜야 될 것이다. This study focused on mediating effect of satisfaction with schedule flexibility from the influence of employee’s emotional intelligence to service delivery behavior in small restaurant. It was distributed to over 400 small restaurant employees and it was done by self-recorded method. Out of 423 survey, 410 were used for further analysis for this research. Also, aroian test and regression analysis was used to prove the mediating effect of satisfaction with schedule flexibility between of emotional intelligence and service delivery behavior. It was also to verify the theory. According to results were only Self-emotional appraisal and Regulation of emotion have had significant Mediating effect. Therefore small restaurant owner should focus on self-emotional appraisal and regulation of emotion among one’s emotional intelligence when recruiting new employee.
병리특이적 형태분석 기법을 이용한 HRCT 영상에서의 새로운 봉와양폐 자동 분할 방법

Honeycombs are dense structures that small cysts, which generally have about 2~10 mm in diameter, are surrounded by the wall of fibrosis. When honeycomb is found in the patients, the incidence of acute exacerbation is generally very high. Thus, the observation and quantitative measurement of honeycomb are considered as a significant marker for clinical diagnosis. In this point of view, we propose an automatic segmentation method using morphological image processing and assessment of the degree of clustering techniques. Firstly, image noises were removed by the Gaussian filtering and then a morphological dilation method was applied to segment lung regions. Secondly, honeycomb cyst candidates were detected through the 8-neighborhood pixel exploration, and then non-cyst regions were removed using the region growing method and wall pattern testing. Lastly, final honeycomb regions were segmented through the extraction of dense regions which are consisted of two or more cysts using cluster analysis. The proposed method applied to 80 High resolution computed tomography (HRCT) images and achieved a sensitivity of 89.4% and PPV (Positive Predictive Value) of 72.2%.
조리외식 전공만족도, 진로탐색효율 및 진로탐색행동에 미치는 전공선택동기와 직업가치관 효과

Purpose: This study was investigated the effects of culinary and foodservice major selection motive and work value on the major satisfaction, career search efficacy and career exploration behavior of college students. Methods: Survey comprising total 53 questions including 8 for major selection motive, 8 for work value, 6 for major satisfaction, 20 for career search efficacy, 5 for career exploration was distributed to 400 college students majoring in culinary or foodservice. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression were conducted using SPSS Statistics (ver. 21.0). Organization of concept and analyses of the relationship between variables based on the advanced study and database is essential. Research model based on the theory and analysis of the extracted data was established; and subsequently, the proof relations between the variables were analysed. Results: The study results indicated that, only intrinsic work values among personal motivation and work values were significant. This is because personal motivation and intrinsic work values are related to subjects' aptitudes, interests, talents, and future professions when students choose their majors. Therefore, interest, abilities, achievement, high understanding, and satisfactory schooling are important factors. Conclusion: This study has newly expanded the research on career search behavior to include psychological factors and cognitive and attitudinal factors. We also determined competitive operations that enhance students' major satisfaction, career search efficiency, and career search behavior.

최근 본 연구팀에서 기존의 선 조사방식 디지탈 X-선 촬영시스템의 단점을 보완하여 촬영시간을 0.7초로 단축시키고 환자에의 X-선 조사량을 3mR 정도로 감소시킨 디지탈 X-선 촬영시스템을 개발한 바, 이 논문에서는 이 시스템의 감도 특성, 산란 성분 구성률, 양자검출 효율, 변조전달함수, 그리고 콘트라스트 상세도 등과 같은 물리적 및 영상특성들을 조사함으로써 그 촬영성능을 평가하였다. 조사 결과 이 시스템의 감도특성은 입사에너지에 비례하며, 기존의 필름-스크린 보다 적은 X-선 조사량으로도 더 우수한 콘트라스트 해상도를 지녔음이 나타났다. 그 이유는 뛰어난 산란선 제거능력과 양자검출 효율 때문인 것으로 생각된다. In order to evaluate imaging performance of newly developed digital radiography system which requires scanning time as short as 0.7 sec and patient exposure as low as 3 mR, we have investigated its imaging and physical properties such as sensitivity characteristic, scatter fraction, detective quantum efficiency, modulation transfer function, and contrast detail diagram. The results show that the digital radiography system has linear sensitivity to the incident energy, and superior contrast resolving power with less X-ray exposure than conventional film-screen system. These performances are resulted from excellent scatter rejection capability and high detective quantum efficiency of digital radiography system.

In this paper, we present a novel scheme of data transmission for logistics vehicles connected with 3G mobile communication networks. The proposed method enhances the efficiency of data transmission by varying the packet transmission period according to the vehicle speed and by reducing the amount of transmitted data using a reduced packet structure. The main contribution is to present the experimental verification in which the proposed method is applied to commercial logistics vehicles that operate with networked data transmission modules. Being compared with the existing method, the proposed scheme shows superior performance in terms of data reduction and transmission speed.
