대학의 특성화 사업은 빠르게 급감하고 있는 학령인구 감소로 인한 대학의 위기, 나아가 지역 특성화 구축을 통한 대학생존과 관련하여 중요한 의미를 가진다. 본 논문은 많은 대학들이 특성화의 한 축으로 설정하고 있는 국제교류를 통한 해외 네트워크 구축, 특히 중국과의 연계를 기획하고 있는 관계자들에게 도움을 주고자 한다. 구체적으로 사례연구 방법론을 사용하여 MICE사업단이 실시한 중국어 어학능력 강화사업, 중국 필드워크, 그리고 중국 인턴십을 소개하여 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 주목할 요인은 교육의 맥락에서 참여 학생들의 사전지식 점검과 프로그램 실시에서 만족감을 높일 수 있는 방식, 그리고 중국관계자들의 소통방식 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 향후 중국과의 국제교류 기획에 작은 도움이 될 것이다. At Korea now, rapid reduction of studying population and also long-steady economic recession urge for universities to expenditure new projects which called University of Creative Korea project by Korea government especially Education Administrators. The project focuses on establishing local and unique education systems which link to get jobs after graduation. Within this regards, numerous colleges have focused on local-based education tracks and moreover, developed international relationship, especially with China for enhancing competitiveness for job employment. Utilizing a case study methodology, the current study introduced MICE team p roject (Creative Korea project) and analyzed the team s cases which include a language two-tracks system, a fieldwork toward China, and an internship with China local companies. Notable findings are following: pre-preparation for participated students about programs which are related with companies or government of China showed strong relationship with significant satisfactions from the participation, and it was also very critical to design communication strategies with China workers for fieldwork and internship in terms of efficiency of the program. More theoretical explanations and implications for China study field are discussed.
운동 강도에 따른 혈중 세로토닌과 전염증성 사이토카인 변화에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was examine the effects of different exercise intensities on blood serotonin and pro-inflammatory cytokine. There is strong evidence for connection between pro-inflammatory cytokine and depression. Also, imbalance in the production and transmission of serotonin is commonly observed in the central nervous system in major depression. All subjects performed running test at two different kinds of exercise intensities, 50% VO2max and 85% VO2 max, respectively. Blood-sampling was carried out 4 times(rest, end of exercise, 1h post and 4h post exercise) for analysing blood serotonin, TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6. The results of study showd that the concentrations of serum serotonin, IL-6 and TNF-α were influenced by exercise intensity. So this study indicated that high intensity exercise than low-intensity exercise maybe has more positive effects on a person with depression and exercise intensity could be major factors of influence turnover rate of serotonin and pro-inflammatory cytokine metabolism. In summary, further studies are required to enable more definitive and scientific conclusions, particularly in patients suffering from depression.
단일 및 혼합모드 하중하에서의 레일강의 파괴조건 및 피로균열진전거동

It is necessary to evaluate the fatigue behavior of rail steel under the multi-axial stress state to assure the railway vehicle's safety. For this purpose, the stress analysis to investigate the crack initiation criteria, static failure and fatigue behavior under mixed-mode are performed. The stress analysis results show that the initiation of the transverse fissure depends on the maximum shear stress below the surface. For the mixed mode, the fatigue crack growth behavior which is represented by the projection crack length and comparative S.I.F, ${\Delta}K_v$, shows the more conservative results. Also, its rate is lower than that of the case of the mode I, and this difference decreases with increasing the stress ratio, R.

공감은 타인의 감정을 받아들여 발생되는 감정적 반응으로 서사광고의 효과를 설명하는 주요한 변인으로 연구되어 왔다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 서사구조를 가진 TV광고를 대상으로 공감의 효과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 두 개의 요인들(줄거리 형식과 메시지 가치가)를 개발하고, 두 요인이 가진 공감에 대한 영향력을 측정하여 보았다. 방법론으로 8개의 TV광고(30초 길이)를 처치물로 선정하여 2(줄거리 형식: 제품중심 vs. 비제품중심) X 2(메시지 가치가: 높음 vs.낮음) 요인실험설계를 실시하였다. 연구결과 서사광고 속에서 제품이 중심이 된 줄거리로 구성되었을 때, 광고 수용자들은 자신들의 설득지식을 발생시켜 광고에 대한 공감적 반응이 낮게 나타나는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그러나 메시지 가치가가 높게 설정되었을 때에는 수용자의 설득지식 발현이 상쇄되어 서사광고에 대한 공감효과를 감소하지 않는 것으로 나타났다 (상호작용 효과). 이러한 결과에 대한 이론적 설명과 광고제작 현업에 대한 함축적 의미 등을 본문에서 보다 자세하게 제시하였다. Empathy, emotional responses taking the feelings of the observed target, has been investigated as one of powerful variables which influence on persuasion of narrative advertising. Within the context, the present study discovered two narrative ad message factors (plot type & message sensation value) and measured moderating effects between the two factors on empathy. With eight 30-seconds duration TV ads, the experimental method (2 (plot type: product-centered vs. non-product-centered) X 2 (MSV: high vs. low)) factorial design) was performed. The notable findings were that narrative ad plot with a product-centered-role would activated ad viewers’ persuasion knowledge (skeptical inferencing), then resulted in low level of empathy responses. However, using high level of message sensation value (e.g., change of shots, zoom in, sound effect) mitigated the negative effects of product-centered plot (significant moderating effect) with stealing their cognitive resources. More theoretical explanations and implications for advertising research and production field are discussed.
Markov Chain Model을 이용한 CFRP 복합재료의 피로손상누적거동에 대한 확률적 해석

The characteristics of fatigue cumulative damage and fatigue life of 8-harness satin woven CFRP composites with a circular hole under constant amplitude and 2-level block loading are estimated by Stochastic Makov chain model. It is found in this study that the fatigue damage accumulation behavior is very random and the fatigue damage is accumulated as two regions under constant amplitude fatigue loading. In constant amplitude fatigue loading the predicted mean number of cycles to a specified damage state by Markov chain model shows a good agreement with the test result. The predicted distribution of the fatigue cumulative damage by Markov chain model is similar to the test result. The fatigue life predictions under 2-level block loading by Markov chain model revised are good fitted to the test result more than by 2-parameter Weibull distribution function using percent failure rule.
