In this study, high-k oxide films like $Al_2O_3$, $TiO_2$, $HfO_2$ were deposited on Si, $SiO_2$/Si, GaAs wafers, and then the thermal conductivity was measured by using thermo-reflectance method which utilizes the reflectance variation of the film surface produced by the periodic temperature variation. The result shows that high-k oxide films with 50 nm thickness have high thermal conductivity of 0.80~1.29 W/(mK). Therefore, effectively dissipate the heat generated in the electric circuit such as CMOS memory device, and the heat transfer changes according to the micro grain size. $Al_2O_3$, $TiO_2$, $HfO_2$와 같은 high-k (고 유전상수) 산화물 박막을 Si, $SiO_2$/Si, GaAs 기판에 각각 입혀서 주기적인 온도변화에 의해 발생되는 박막 표면에서의 반사율 변화를 이용한 열-반사율법을 이용하여 열전도도를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 약 50nm 두께에서 0.80~1.29 W/(mK)와 같은 높은 열전도도를 가지고 있어 CMOS와 메모리 디바이스와 같은 전자 회로에서 발생되는 열을 효과적으로 방산할 수 있고, 또 미세 입자의 크기에 따라 열전달이 변화하는 것을 확인하였다.

In order to investigate the flows with shock wave in branch, 108$^{\circ}$ elbow and T-junction of the IRWST system of standard Korean nuclear reactor, detail time dependent behaviors of unsteady flow with shock wave, vortex and so on are obtained by numerical method using compressible three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations. At first, the complex flow including the incident and reflected shock waves, vortex and expansion waves which are generated at the corner of T-junction is calculated by the commercial code of FLUENT6 and is compared with the experimental result to obtain the validation of numerical method. Then the flow fields in above mentioned units are analyzed by numerical method of [mite volume method. In numerical analysis, the distributions of flow properties with the moving of shock wave and the forces acting on the wall of each unit which can be used to calculate the size of supporting structure in future are calculated specially. It is found that the initial shock wave of normal type is re-established its type from an oblique one having the same strength of the initial shock wave at the 4 times hydraulic diameters of downstream from the branch point of each unit. Finally, it is turned out that the maximum force acting on the pipe wall becomes in order of the T-junction, 108$^{\circ}$ elbow and branch in magnitude, respectively.

When u safety valve equipped in a nuclear power plant opens in un instant by an accident, a moving shock wave propagates downstream the valve, inducing a complicated unsteady flow field. The moving shock wave may exert severe load to the structure. So, to reduce the load acting on the wall of POSRV a gradual opening of POSRV is adopted in general. In theses connections, a numerical work is performed to investigate the effect of valve opening time on the unsteady flow fields downstream of the valve. Compressible, two-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations arc used with the finite volume method. The obtained results show that sharp pressure rise through moving shock for the case 0 r instant opening is attenuated by employing the gradual opening of valve. It is turned that the flows for the two cases of gradual valve opening time show the similar to that of highly under-cxpaJl(.Ied one in jet structure having expansion and compression waves and Mach stem. Also, comparing with the results for the two cases of opening time, the shorter the valve opening is, the pressure gradient at the downstream of the valve becomes softly.

Objectives: The emission characteristics of aldehydes were investigated in five industries for the efficient management of aldehydes. Methods: Aldehydes and THC were measured from the stack and boundary of facilities. The relative concentrations and odor contribution of aldehydes were evaluated. Results: The concentrations of aldehydes in the asphalt manufacturing and printing industries were relatively high. Formaldehyde met emission limits for all facilities. According to the odor contribution analysis of aldehydes, i-valeraldehyde and butyraldehyde, which have a relatively low odor threshold value, were found to be the major odor-causing substances in the painting and textile processing industries. Conclusions: Among the aldehydes, the major emission compounds were formaldehyde in asphalt manufacturing, acetaldehyde in the paper manufacturing and textile processing industries, and butyraldehyde in the printing and painting industries. Therefore, to increase the effectiveness of aldehyde reduction, proper control devices need to be installed and operated according to the emission characteristics of aldehydes.
국제사회 : 국내 도로방음벽을 이용한 태양광발전의 문헌적 경제성 분석

세계는 한정된 자연자원의 고갈로 인하여 에너지의 국제적인 경쟁력이 갈수록 중요해 지고 있다. 세계는 이산화탄소의 배출량 증가에 따라 여러 가지 방안을 내놓고 있으며 신재생에너지를 이용한 설비보급을 서두르고 있다. 그중 태양에너지를 이용한 태양광발전설비 시스템의 장점이 대두되고 있다. 하지만, 대용량의 전력생산을 위한 태양광발전설비 구축은 부지확보가 중요하다. 우리 나라 전역에 설치된 도로방음벽에 태양광발전시스템을 적용하여 활용한다면 전력량을 중심으로 한 에너지 유통경제성이 매우 높아질 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 선행연구를 바탕으로 전력에너지 유통경제성 분석을 위하여 전국 도로 방음벽의 설치 면적과 한국전력의 전력량을 사용하여 전국 전력유통량과 경기도의 전력 유통량에 대해 중점적으로 조사하였으며, 자료를 토대로 경제성분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 분석은 태양광 에너지를 얻는데 필요한 시스템 중 하나인, 계통 연계형 시스템을 적용한 도로방음벽 설치에 대한 전력량의 유통경제성, 토지의 유효이용 경제성, 비용의 경제성을 분석하여 국제에너지 경쟁력을 제고 하는 전략을 모색하고자 한다. The International Competitiveness of energy in the world getting important, because the limited natural resource are exhausted. Due to the in crease of CO2 emission amount, the international society is developing various alternatives and supplying New Regeneration Energy equipment with haste. The advantage of photovoltaic power system using solar energy has been recognized. However, it is very crucial to secure adequate land site. When photovoltaic power generation is being applied to sound proof wall of read, the economic benefits is expected to be great. In this paper, we analyze the all size of sound proof wall of road in Korea, and also we compared to the size and the electricity of korea Electric Power. Finally we analyze the economic feasibility with the related data. The purpose of this paper is to seek a utilization plan by analyzing the economic feasibility of generated power using all sound proof wall of road, the effectiveness of land use, and the exalted of the cost and benefits.
