시선의 분화와 목소리의 중첩 : 「얼음벽의 풀」에 나타난 김향숙의 서술기법을 중심으로

이 글은 김향숙의 소설 「얼음벽의 풀」에 나타난 서술기법을 살핌으로써 1980년대 말 ‘노동자-민중적 관점’에 대한 비평계의 요구에 지식인 작가가 대응하였던 방식을 구명한다. 이를 위해 먼저 김향숙이 다양성을 강조했던 ‘80년대소설그룹’의 동인이었다는 사실과 함께 「얼음벽의 풀」의 내용을 살펴 김향숙 문학이 코드화된 관점을 거부하고, 유연성을 기반으로 하고 있음을 밝힌다. 다음으로는 김향숙 고유의 서술기법이 나타난 구체적 양상을 살핀다. 세대와 계급을 초월한 여러 목소리들을 한 공간에서 듣게 된 주인공을 청진자 개념을 통해 살펴보고, 노동자와 지식인의 목소리를 중첩시킨 서술 양상에 주목한다. 연구사의 공백으로 남겨졌던 1980년대 말 지식인 작가의 서술기법에 주목하는 이 글은, 지금까지 상대적으로 주목을 받지 못했던 1980년대 말 지식인 문학들의 새로운 계보를 탐색 하려는 첫걸음이라 할 수 있다. By examining the narrative technique shown in Hyang-sook Kim’s short story “The Grass on an Ice Wall,” this article explains the way in which the intellectual writer responded to the critics’ calls for a “labor’s perspective” in the late 1980s. First, this article reveals the fact that Hyang-sook Kim was a member of the ’80s Soseol Group which emphasized diversity and she rejects the conventional view. Her literature is based on flexibility in her short story “The Grass on an Ice Wall.” Second, this article examines Hyang-sook Kim’s unique narrative technique in detail by looking at the main characters who hear the voices of different generations and classes in the same space through the concept of the “auscultator.” It pays attention to the narrative patterns that overlap the voices of workers and intellectuals. Focusing on the narrative techniques of intellectual writers in the late 1980s, which were not addressed in previous research, this article is the first step toward ex ploring the new genealogy of intellectual literature in the late 1980s.
Cu층 증착시간에 따른 Cu<sub>2</sub>ZnSnS<sub>4</sub> (CZTS) 박막의 특성

$Cu_2ZnSnS_4$ (CZTS) thin films were fabricated by successive electrodeposition of layers of precursor elements followed by sulfurization of an electrodeposited Cu-Zn-Sn precursor. In order to improve quality of the CZTS films, we tried to optimize the deposition condition of absorber layers. In particular, I have conducted optimization experiments by changing the Cu-layer deposition time. The CZTS absorber layers were synthesized by different Cu-layer conditions ranging from 10 to 16 minutes. The sulfurization of Cu/Sn/Zn stacked metallic precursor thin films has been conducted in a graphite box using rapid thermal annealing (RTA). The structural, morphological, compositional, and optical properties of CZTS thin films were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), Raman spectroscopy, and X-ray Flourescenece Spectrometry (XRF). Especially, the CZTS TFSCs exhibits the best power conversion efficiency of 4.62% with $V_{oc}$ of 570 mV, $J_{sc}$ of $18.15mA/cm^2$ and FF of 45%. As the time of deposition of the Cu-layer to increasing, the properties were confirmed to be systematically changed. And we have been discussed in detail below.

This study analyzes a hydraulic performance of GCL (geosynthetic clay liners) with and without swelling accelerating material, SAP(Super Absorbent Polymer). In the evaluation of hydraulic performance of GCL, free swell index and triaxial compression permeability tester were used by falling head permeability tester in the evaluation of hydraulic performance with the mixed soil of decomposed granite and bentonite. Permittivity of weathered granite soil and bentonite mixture was increased with SAP content and permeability of this mixture soil was also increased till bentonite content 10%.
타포린 코팅층용 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름의 자외선 안정성

Tarpaulins are coated fabrics having various industrial applications. Environmental concerns related to the phthalate-plasticizer and limited recyclability of PVC tarpaulins have recently been raised. Although LDPE has been considered a good substitute for PVC, the poor UV stability and low adhesion of LDPE films limit their applications. In this study, various Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers(HALS) were compounded with LDPE. In addition, ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) was also blended into LDPE in order to improve its adhesion. Although the initial tensile strength and elongation were decreased by the addition of HALS, the UV stability of the films was significantly improved. The adhesion of LDPE was improved by blending with EVA. The LDPE/EVA blended films maintained more than 90% of their tensile strength and elongation compared to their initial values, even after 1,000 hrs of UV irradiation, when the content of EVA were 12 and 18 wt%.
항공객실서비스 서비스 실패 사례를 통한 서비스 회복에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to find out ways of service recovery, which will satisfy the customer, and the corresponding procedure through the service failure cases that leads to improvements of the airline cabin service quality. This paper reviewed the service failure cases on the airline cabin service of K-airline. The results of the study indicated that service recovery and failure are closely related to a customer’s responses and ratings to services provided by airline services. First, since the service failures can lead to direct customer deviations and negatively impact profitability, the airline organizations quickly try to efforts for recovering and preventing the recurrence of customer complaints by the failure of airline cabin service. Second, managers should analyze complaints of customer to figure out the cause of service failure and recover customer’s expected value with prompt and proper response, which will prevent customers from leaving. This study proposes of a set of strategies that airline company should develop to effectively prevent and respond to customer related service failure in the airline cabin service.
항공객실서비스품질(CSQ) 차원의 우선순위와 상대적중요도에 관한 연구

This study conducted the priorities and relative importance of passengers, cabin crew, and students on the dimension of airline cabin service quality (CSQ), and verified through in-depth expert interviews. As a result, the highest level of airline cabin service quality (CSQ) that all groups felt important was safety, while the lowest value was found to be the tangibility that was considered important in previous studies. In addition, cooperation, which was excluded in previous studies, emerged as a new dimension that positively influences the improvement of customer satisfaction. In conclusion, the research results that the importance of customers" perception and experience of airline cabin service quality (CSQ) changes according to the times and characteristics of the study subjects are considered to contribute to explaining the importance of the new dimension.
