삼각형 돌출부의 크기 및 경사각이 전단파괴 형상 특성에 미치는 영향

Most of previous studies have insufficiently investigated the shear behavior and fracturing characteristics, experimentally in respect to the change of size of tooth-shaped surface asperity such as length and slope angle in a broad range. This study investigates the influence of the length and slope angle of a tooth-shaped surface asperity on the fracturing characteristics and the interface shear strength by using direct shear test apparatus. A total of 36 interface direct shear tests were conducted by changing the three types of slope angle of surface asperity, four type of length, and three types of normal stress. The shape of fractured surface after the test was quantified by using a three-dimensional surface roughness measurement apparatus. Through the experimental test results, the characteristics of fractured shape of surface asperity according to the normal stress were investigated. In addition, fractured length and height were quantified at each slope angle of surface asperity under a certain normal stress condition. 기존의 연구에서 삼각형 돌출부의 크기 즉 돌출부 길이 및 돌출부 경사각 변화에 따른 전단거동 및 파괴 형상 특성에 대한 광범위한 실험적 연구는 부족하였다. 본 연구에서는 직접전단시험기를 사용하여 삼각형 돌출부의 전단거동에 있어서 돌출부의 길이 및 경사각 특성이 표면 돌출부의 파괴 형상 특성에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 돌출부 길이는 4가지로 변환하였고, 수직응력은 3가지로, 그리고 돌출부 경사각은 3개의 각도로 변환하면서 총 36회의 시험을 수행하였다. 시험을 수행한 시편은 3차원 형상측정기를 사용하여 파괴 형상 특성을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 이러한 시험을 통하여, 수직응력 변화에 따른 돌출부의 파괴 형상 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 각각의 경사각에서 돌출부의 길이를 변화시켜 시험을 수행함으로써, 특정 수직응력 하에서 돌출부가 파괴되는 길이 및 높이를 정의하였다.

시스템엔지니어링이란 성공적인 시스템 구상개발 및 시스템 성능 보증을 위한 엔지니어링활동으로 고객의 기술적 요구사항을 가장 효과적으로 구현할 수 있다. 그러나 국내경량전철 사업에서의 시스템엔지니어링 적용 현황을 살펴보면 차량분야 및 분야에 한정되어 성능통합관리, 설계관리, RAM 관리, Safety 관리, 소음 및 진동관리, 인터페이스관리 등의 핵심기술관리만 적용되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국제규격인 ISO/IEC 15288 “정보기술시스템 및 소프트웨어 공학 시스템생명주기 프로세스”를 기준으로 핵심기술관리 이외에 프로젝트를 지원하기 위한 위험관리프로세스와 형상관리프로세스, 정보관리프로세스에 대한 시스템엔지니어링 활동과 절차 및 산출물 등의 연구 내용을 제시하고자 한다. 적층형 탄소섬유 복합재료의 기계적 성질에 미치는 수분환경의 영향

This study has been investigated about the influence of moisture environment on the mechanical properties in the carbon fiber cross laminates. And it has been also investigated the effect of unit ply thickness of the carbon fiber cross laminates on the mechanical properties in distilled water of 80℃ for a certain period of time.<br/> As a results, it was found that the weight gain of water was increased with the immersion time and the bending strength and fracture toughness were decreased with the weight gain of water. And it was also shown that the bending strength and fracture toughness were decreased with the increasing of the unit ply thickness of carbon fiber cross laminates through the immersion time.

국외에서는 대형 대단면 지하공간을 건설할 경우 기존의 이형철근 록볼트와 병행하여 시공이 간편하고 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 케이블볼트를 적용하고 있다. 그러나 국내의 경우 케이블볼트에 대한 인식 부족 및 대형 지하공간의 부재로 인하여 기존에 사용하고 있는 이형철근 록볼트를 계속 사용하고 있으며, 또한 케이블볼트의 성능 평가 및 검증에 대한 연구도 매우 적어 현재 현장 시험시공 수준에서 머무르고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 외국에서 개발된 버튼형 케이블볼트를 수장 보완하여 콘형 케이블볼트를 개발하였다. 개발된 콘형 케이블볼트의 적용성 및 성능 평가를 수행하기 위하여 이형철근 록볼트, 일반(plane) 케이블볼트 그리고 외국에서 다양하게 개선된 케이블볼트 중에서 콘형 케이블볼트와 작용 매커니즘이 비슷한 벌브형 케이블볼트를 함께 사용하여 인발성능을 평가하였다. 실험 결과, 강도 관점에서 (콘형 케이블볼트${\approx}$벌브형 케이블볼트) > 록볼트 > 일반 케이블볼트 순으로 인발강도 값이 크게 산정되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 콘형 케이블볼트는 기존에 외국에서 개발된 고성능 케이블볼트와 동등 이상의 성능을 보였으며, 결국 실제 현장에서 지보재로서의 역할을 충분히 수행할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The cablebolt which secures a workability and stability has been used in foreign countries as one of supporting materials with rebar rockbolt especially in construction of large underground structures. However, only the rebar rockbolt has been applied up to now to all the constructions of underground structures in Korea due to an absence of recognition of cablebolt and large underground structure projects. Consequently, the research for a performance evaluation and verification of cablebolt is very limited and only the proto-type field tests have been conducted. In this study, the cone-shaped button cablebolt is developed by modifying an existing button cablebolt. To evaluate a performance and applicability of cone-shaped button cablebolt, the laboratory pull tests are conducted and bond capacity is analyzed under a various conditions. The rebar rockbolt, plane cablebolt, and bulb cablebolt which has a similar mechanical behavior with cone-shaped button cablebolt, are also tested and their bond capacities are evaluated and compared with cone-shaped button cablebolt under the same condition. The results show that the bond capacity is in the order of (cone-shaped button cablebolt$\approx$bulb cablebolt) > rockbolt > plane cablebolt. It is found that the bond capacity of cone-shaped button cablebolt developed in this study is at least equivalent with an existing high performance cablebolt developed in foreign countries, therefore the cone-shaped button cablebolt could be used as one of supporting materials for underground structures in construction field.
DUV와 열의 하이브리드 저온 용액공정에 의해 형성된 Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 게이트 절연막 연구

The formation of inorganic thin films in low-temperature solution processes is necessary for a wide range of commercial applications of organic electronic devices. Aluminum oxide thin films can be utilized as barrier films that prevent the deterioration of an electronic device due to moisture and oxygen in the air. In addition, they can be used as the gate insulating layers of a thin film transistor. In this study, aluminum oxide thin film were formed using two methods simultaneously, a thermal process and the DUV process, and the properties of the thin films were compared. The result of converting aluminum nitrate hydrate to aluminum oxide through a hybrid process using a thermal treatment and DUV was confirmed by XPS measurements. A film-based a-IGZO TFT was fabricated using the formed inorganic thin film as a gate insulating film to confirm its properties.

Objectives; ROK AFMC has conducted complete epidemiological survey on HFRS patients since 2016 ’after a soldier death caused by HFRS at a unit in Pochen, Gyeonggi-do in 2015‘. By collecting vector animals at the same time, purpose of this study is to prevent the reoccurrence of HFRS patients by identifying infected areas. Methods; Identify expected habitats of rodents which are a vector of hantaviruses on the basis of HFRS definite diagnosis report from 2017 March to 2018 February and ask Korea University to analyze samples. Detect a gene by nested PCR for seropositive samples after conducting antibody tests for hantaviruses with indirect immunofluorescence assay in the laboratory. Results; Collected samples by 10 times in HFRS endemic areas and captured a total of 175 rodents. A total of 144 were Apodemus agrarius, 16 were Myodes regulus, 13 were Crocidura lasiura and one sample was Mus musculus. A total of 22 hantavirus antibody-positive samples were found and the hantavirus-specific gene was detected in 11 out of 22 samples in the six areas where the rodents were captured. Conclusions; Demonstrate the outcome of hantavirus genes from HFRS patients forms genetic clustering with that from A. agrarius. Also, identify highly HFRS risk areas and conduct action to prevent additional patient occurrence at the same time.
