      • Carbohydrate-containing Triton X-100 analogues for membrane protein solubilization and stabilization

        <P>Membrane protein manipulation is a challenging task owing to limited tertiary and quaternary structural stability once the protein has been removed from a lipid bilayer. Such instability can be overcome by embedding membrane proteins in detergent micelles formed from amphiphiles with carefully tuned properties. This study introduces a class of easy-to-synthesize amphiphiles, which are designated CGT (Chae's Glyco-Triton) detergents.       • 여름 고추육묘의 트라이졸계 처리에 의해 유기된 생육억제 해소에 관한 연구

        고온기 고추육묘에 처리한 생장억제제 처리 효과 및 정식 후 생육억제를 회복하기 위하여 GA, 관수, 고온처리 효과에 대한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 1.생장억제제 트리아졸계 처리 횟수에 따라 초장 및 주경장은 뚜렷한 차이를 나타냈고 근장도 2회 처리를 함으로 1회 처리를 한 것보다 발달하지 않았다. 2. 왜화된 고추묘의 생육억제 해소에 미치는 영향은 초장 및 주경장의 생장에는 GA처리구가 뚜렷하였으나 다른 처리구는 비슷한 경향이었고 경경은 변화가 없었다. 3. 생육회복을 위한 처리별 생체 및 건물중은 정식 후 30일까지는 변화가 거의 없었으나 그 후 45일까지 급격히 증가하였는데 고온 및 관수처리구에서 뚜렷한 차이를 보였으며 45일 이후에는 모든 처리구에서 비슷한 경향을 보였다. 4. 정식 45일 경 처리구간 엽록소 함량은 GA처리구에서 가장 낮았으며 다른 처리구간에는 비슷했다. This study was carried out to find effects of restoration of hot pepper seedling dwarfed by the treatment of diniconazole by introducing GA₃, Irrigation and high temperature at knight and the results obtained are summarized as follows. The main results of this research are summarized as follows. 1. In the case of plant height and main stem hight treated with the first time and second time diniconazole showed the strongest effect than untreatment. The root length treated with diniconazole the first time effect gradually disappeared than the second time. 2. Sprays of GA₃100ppm to the dwarfed seedlings by diniconazole pretreatment were effective in counteracting the plant height and main stem height growth inhibition caused by diniconazole pretreatment. 3. The fresh and dry weight of pepper seedling were not significantly different untill 30days in planting, but were increased to 45days from 30days in planting. 4. The chlorophyll content were decreased more or less treatment of GA₃ 100ppm after 45days in planting.

      • Cytokinin류의 경엽처리가 봄감자 동화물질 전류에 미치는 영향

        Effect of Cytokinins(Kinetin and Benzyl adenin :BA) on the yields and carbohydrats and nitrogen compounds in the different parts of the spring potatoes as Stadies. Both kinetin and BA caused sisnifican (P <0.05) increare in yields, (carbohydrats and nitrogen compounds in the plant) while no sisnificar increares were observed in treatments the average tubes weights per plant were increased incread in low concentration of kinetin treatment where are in hight concentration of BA. Starch conteints in leaf treated with kinetin and BA showed lower than that of the control, and in stem 1∼2% higher than that of the control the starch con in treat the control. The starch sugar contents in the tuber treated with kinetins and BA has no significan difference between the treatment and the control. The free sugar contents in the leaf, freated with kinetins showed me much significan differentes between the treatment and the control.

      • 삽목방법이 묘소질과 토마토 생육에 미치는 영향

        본 시험은 60일 된 토마토 실생묘의 정단부를 제외하고 상위, 중위, 하위 각 2마디를 하나로, 푸르미, 토실이 용토에 마디삽목하여 묘의 소질을 조사하고, 육성된 마디삽목묘를 저단밀식 재배하여 토마토의 생육과 과실의 특성에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다 1. 삽목 10일과 30일 후 신초장 및 신초경의 생육은 하나로, 푸르미용토가 유의적인 차이가 있었으며, 20일 후 신초장과 신근은 푸르미용토에서 삽수채취 하위부분에서 길었다. 2. 최종수확기에서 잎수는 푸르미상토가 많았고, 마디수는 중·하위절이 많았다. 초장과 엽장, 지상부 및 지하부 생체중과 건물중은처리간 유의성이 없었다. 3. 생육중기의 엽록소함량은 푸르미용토와 중·상위 절이 많았으나 최종수확기 무렵에는 처리구간 비슷하였다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of the bedsoils(H,P and T) and the cutting sites the seedling quality, growth and fruit characters in the dense planting culture of tomato. The samples for test were prepared by dividing three parts(upper, middle and lower part) of 60days old healthy seedlings of tomatoes and collecting 2 modes from each part except the shoot position. The tomato's major characters, seedling quality, fruit character and soluble solids content were measured after 10, 20, and 30 days. 1. The new shoot length grew up bed soil of Hanaro, Promi but Hanaro soil thicken new shoot diameter and new root grew highly of promi soil, lower node in the 10 days after cutting. The growth of new shoot length in the 20 days after cutting grew up highly Promi soil and upper position node, middle position node, the growth of new root grew up highly Promi soil, middle position node and lower node. The growth of new shoot length in the 30 days after cutting grew up highly Hanaro soil and new root number was good enough in Hanaro soil and upper position, middle position node. 2. Leaf number was a lot in Promi soil at harvest time but node number was a lot in middle and lower position node. Flesh and dry weight of plant heigh, leaf, stem and root was similar. 3. The chlorophyll content of growing period on 20 May and 20 June was high in Promi soil and middle, lower position node but on 20 July was similar to all treatments.

        과도기의 사유와 '국민문학'론 : 1940년을 전후한 시기, 최재서의 문학론 연구

        The term 'National Literature'('Kukmin Munhak') in the period of the colony is problematique. It is not only national, but also anti-national. The transition of literary theory and criticism of Choi, Jae-seo(최재서) is under the change of the definition of 'Modern'. At the first(1930'), J-S. Choi defined 'Modern' as 'Transitional Period', He said that Transitional Period is chaotic, because in this period no man had traditions and convictions to rely on. Therefore in this period, the attitude of critic is the critical attitude. This attitude have a desire to destroy negatively. His theory of the satirical literature or of the personality is on this attitude. In the 1940', Choi redefined 'Modern' as the society with strengthened system where the mind of man is sophisticated. And differently, he supposed the transitional period. He thought that this transition is worldwide and the critics have to make an effort in order to establish New Order. Needless to say, it is to support Japanese imperialism. The criticism of Choi changed with this redefinition. For that reason, this change is not due to the rupture of intelligence. This change is with logical necessity.

        탈-식민의 거울, 임화

        This study is on what is called 'transplantation'. Im Hwa(林和) had considered 'the hisory of new-literature of Cho-sun'(朝鮮新文學史) is the history of transplantation of the european literature. And the european literature is considered as literature in generature. But in his writings the location of japan literature is indistinct. Japen literature is not only the cause of the unevenness of national literature but the intermediary of european literature. Im Hwa considered japan literature not as the imperial but as the 'window'. Im HWA had two 'mirror' : european literature, and imperial literature. But he had breaken the one. But the imperial literature as mirror could not be disappeared, and the european literature as the object of mimicry is as usual.

      • 微量要素 複合肥料 "그린 올"의 處理가 딸기의 生産量과 品質에 미치는 影響

        Effect of micronutrient element complex fertilizer "Green All" upon the product quantity, fruit weight, and brix degree in strawberry was investigated. "Green All' solutions of 500 times and 1000 times were treated on strawberry at 10 and 15days interval. The results were summarized as followings; 1. The number of fruit per plant were 15.2 at 15days interval treatment of 500 times solutions, and followed by 15.1 at 10days interval treatment of 500 tmes solution. Non treatment showed about 3.5 fruits per plant. 2. The highest fruit weight was 14.2g at 15days interval of 500 times solution. Non treatment showed 12.7g 3. The brix degree was 7.2°, the highest at 10days interval of 500 times solution. This value is a little higher than 6.5° of control. These results showed that 10days interval treatment of 500 times solution might be most proper, when micronutrient element complex fertilizer "Green All" was used for strawberry production.

      • Hyacinthus orientalis의 花莖組織으로 부터 Callus 및 子球形成에 미치는 hormone의 影響

        Hyacinthus Orientalis L.의 Jan-boss의 5개 品種의 花莖組職으로 부터 Callus 및 子球形成에 미치는 生長調節物質의 影響에 對대여 實驗을 實施하였던 바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 花莖組職에서 Callus가 形成되기 시작한 시기는 치상한후 5주째 부터 8주에 이르기 까지 급속히 진행되었으나 그 후는 더 이상 진행되지 않았고 子球形成은 8주째부터 육안으로 관찰이 가능하였으며 그후 8주가 경과할때 까지 球의 비대가 계속됨을 알수 있었다. 花莖組職에서 Callus 形成은 NAA 0.1mg/ℓ 및 IBA 0.1mg/ℓ에서 대체로 양호한 경향이였으며 子球形成은 IBA첨가구에서 형성이 이루어 졌으나 그중 1.0mg/ℓ첨가구에서 매우 양호하였다. 品種別 IBA를 處理한 結果 全體品種에서 Callus형성은 불량하였으나 子球形成은 대체로 良好한 편이였다. This thesis has examined the effects of hornone upon the callus and bulblet formation of flower stem tissue in invitro propagation of Hyacinthus orientalis L. (6 cultivars including Jan boss). The results of experiments can be summarized as follows; The callus formation of flower stem tissue proceeded rapidly from 5 to 8 weeks after transplanting, but the formation did not continue after 8weeks. The bulblet formation was observed by naked eyes from 8 weeks after transplanting, and it continued for 8 weeks. The callus formation was good in the groups treated with NAA 0.1mg/ℓ and IBA 0.1mg/ℓ. The bulblet was formed in the IBA-treated group, and it was very excellently formed in the group treated with IBA 1.0mg/ℓ. In the IBA treated groups, the callus formation was bad in all the cultivars, but the bulblet was formed rathes well.

      • 東洋系 Cymbidium屬 種子의 無菌發芽와 幼苗의 增殖體系 確立

        동양계 Symbidium 속인 산천보세란 종자의 무균발아와 유묘증식을 위하여 근경형성을 위한 초기배양방법의 확립, 근경 및 유묘의 증식에 미치는 배지 및 Hormone제의 영향에 관한 실험을 수행한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 산천보세란 종자발아는 H_3P_4+NAA 0.1㎎/ℓ, Kinetine 0.01㎎/ℓ첨가배지에서 가장 양호하였으며 발아에 소요된 일수도 210일로서 가장 짧았다. 종자발아에서 얻은 근경의 재증식은 H_3P_4배지에 NAA 1㎎/ℓ, Kinetine 1.0~3.0㎎/ℓ첨가한 배지에서 양호하였으며, 유묘의 증식과 생장에 있어서는 H_3P_4+α-as-paratic acid 0.5㎎/ℓ, NAA 1.0㎎/ℓ, BA 3㎎/ℓ첨가 배지에서 가장 양호하였다. 지금까지의 실험을 종합하여 볼때 무균종자를 파종해서 발아시킨 후, 근경을 급속으로 증식시키고 H_3P_4+NAA 1.0㎎/ℓ함유배지에 BA 3㎎/ℓ을 첨가시킨 후 치상하여 multiple shooting을 시킨 다음 동일조성의 배지에 Hormone제를 제거하고 활성탄 1.6g/ℓ을 첨가한 배지에 이식해서 생장을 도모한 후 광도를 높이고 온도를 낮추며 일장을 16시간 정도 조절하여 순화시킨뒤 폿드 이식 가능한 유묘를 대량샌산 할 수 있을것으로 판단된다. In the process of nonsymbiotic germination and seedling multiplication of Sancheunboseran seed (temperate zone ochid, cymbidium sinense Willd); to establis the early culture method for rhizome formation and to examine the effect of various media and hormone drugs upon the multiplication of rhizome and seeding were the main prupose of this experiment. The results obtained are as follows: The medium with hyponex 3g/ℓ, peptone 4g/ℓ, NAA 0.1㎎/ℓ and Kinetine 0.01㎎/ℓ added was best for the seed germination for Samcheunboseran: the days required for germination were 210- the shortest of all mcdia. The remultiplication of rhzome acquired in the seed germination was most active in the medium with hyponex 3g/ℓ, peptone 4g/ℓ and kinetin 1~3㎎/ℓ added. The seedling showed the best multiplicatin and growth in the medium with hyponex 3g/ℓ, peptone 4g/ℓ, L-asparatic acid 0.5㎎/ℓ, NAA 1.0㎎/ℓ, and BA 3㎎/ℓadded. These results recommend us to plant the aseptic seed, to multiply rhizomes rapidly after germination, to plant the rhizome in the medium with hyponex 3g/ℓ, peptone 4g/ℓ, and NAA 1㎎/ℓ added, to remove the hormone drugs from the medium after multiple shooting and add charcoal(1.6g/ℓ) to the medium, and to trnsplant seedling to the medium. Such procedure will make it possible to produce pottable seedling massively.

      • 딸기 育苗方法에 관한 硏究 : (Fragaria grandiflora E.)

        "아끼히메"의 공중육묘에 관한 기초자료를 얻기 위해 7월 10일에 조사하여 정리한 실험결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 모주의 분지 발생율은 편아가 6.3%, 2아가 36.8%, 3아가 44.3%, 4아가 12.4% 그리고 5아가 0.2%로 나타났다. 2. 주당 런너발생수는 1아에서 7.33개, 2아에서 14.67개, 3아에서 20.00개, 4아에서 24개가 발생되었으며, 분지당 런너발생수는 6.0∼7.3개였다. 3. 런너당 자묘발생수는 1.4∼3.0주 였다. 4. 묘의 차수별 중량은 1차 자묘가 5.23g, 2차 자묘가 4.52g, 3차 자묘가 2.85g, 4차 자묘가 1.37g으로 나타났다. 5. 삽목시 발근에 소요되는 일수는 10∼14일이었다. This study aims at obtaining basic data on aerial raising of strawberry seedling, 'AKIHIME', The results of study are as follows: 1. The ratio of ramification from stock plant was 6.3% in the first shoot, 36.8% in the second, 44.3% in the third, 12.4% in the fourth and 0.2% in the fifth, respectively. 2. The number of runners per plant was 7.33 in the first shoot, 14.67 in the second, 20.00 in the third and 24.00 in the fourth, and the number of runners per branch was 6.0˚≠7.3. 3. The number of daughter seedlings per runner was 1.4˚≠3.0. 4. The fresh weight at each stage of seedling was 5.23 at the first daughter seedling stage, 4.52g at the second, 2.85g at the third, and 1.37g at the fourth. 5. 10-14 days were required for rooting after seedlings had been cut.
