Objective : Depression is a significant and growing problem among college students. Depression contributes to numerous academic, social, and health problems, including suicide. This study surveyed depression awareness and the need for establishing a depression support program through Kyunghee University. Methods : We used the Kyunghee University Mail delivery system for college students to conduct this survey on depression and depression. Results : All of the students who responded to the survey, 41.86% reported that they had experienced depression. Among students experiencing depression, 27.27% experienced suicidal ideation, and 56.56% said they wanted to receive mental health counseling or treatment. All the respondents, 47.04% of respondents said they would to go to the external medical center, not school's internal counseling center of school, for such treatment. All the respondents, 73.75% said the student depression/suicide problem was serious. In addition, 71.34% of respondents required a depression support program. Conclusion : The university's depression support program needs to improve its accessibility by developing content focused on the early detection of, and improved awareness of, depression.

The number of processes in the manufacture of semiconductors, displays and solar cells is increasing. And as the processes is performed, multiple layers of films and various patterns are formed on the wafer. At this time, substrate warpage occurs due to the difference in stress between each film and pattern formed on the wafer. the substrate warping phenomenon occurs due to the difference in stress between each film and pattern formed on the wafer. We developed a new warpage measurement method to measure wafer warpage during real-time processing. We performed an experiment to measure the presence and degree of warpage of the substrate in real time during the process by adding only measurement equipment for applying additional electrical signals to the existing ESC and detecting the change of the additional electric signal. The additional electrical measurement signal applied at this time is very small compared to the direct current (DC) power applied to the electrostatic chuck whit a frequency that is not generally used in the process can be selectively used. It was confirmed that the measurement of substrate warpage can be easily separated from other power sources without affecting.
내병성 자포니카 벼 계통 육성과 저항성 유전자 집적효과

This study was carried out to develop a resistant variety against the K3a race of bacterial blight, Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, through expansion and pyramiding of resistance genes. To develop an elite bacterial blight-resistant cultivar, the breeding process and bacterial blight resistance reactions in advanced backcross lines (ABLs) were analyzed. ABLs21 which contain Xa3 and Xa21, were developed by double backcrossing japonica cultivar Hwanggeumnuri, which has bacterial blight resistant Xa3 gene, and indica variety IRBB21, which havs Xa21 gene, followed by disease resistance bioassay and marker-assisted selection. The resistance genes of ABLs21 were amplified by PCR with the molecular markers 9643.T4 (Xa3) and U1/I1 (Xa21). Hwanggeumnuri and IRBB3 showed resistance reactions against K1, K2, and K3 races, and a susceptible reaction against K3a, K4, and K5 races. IRBB21 showed resistance reactions against K2, K3, K3a, K4 and K5 races, and a susceptible reaction against K1 race. Hwanggeumnuri showed susceptible reactions at the seedling, tillering and adult stages (all stages), whereas ABL21-1 showed moderate resistance at the tillering stage. ABL21-1 showed stable resistance against 18 isolates of K3a race, and the lesion length was shorter than that of the donor parents. In cluster analysis, the HB4032 isolate showed the highest pathogenicity among the 18 isolates. The molecular marker polymorphisms and average substituted chromosome segment lengths of ABLs21 were 63.2 % and 86.1 cM, respectively. Insertion of the donor chromosomal segments occurred in the predicted region of the Xa21 gene of ABLs21.

‘Jungmo1045’, a multi-resistant japonica rice cultivar developed from a cross between ‘Hanggeumnuri’ having a good eating-quality and high yield and ‘SR30071’ having brown planthopper (BPH) resistance, was developed by the rice breeding team of NICS, RDA in 2015. This cultivar has about 121 days growth duration from transplanting to harvesting in west-southern coast, Honam and Youngnam plain of Korea. It has 73cm culm length and 22cm panicle length. In reaction to biotic and abiotic stresses, it shows resistance to bacterial blight pathogen races from K1 to K3, stripe virus and brown planthopper. The milled rice of ‘Jungmo1045’ exhibits translucent, relatively clear non-glutinous endosperm and medium short grain. It has good palatability of cooked rice compared with ‘Nampyeongbyeo’. The milled rice yield performance of this variety is about 5.74 MT/ha in local adaptability test for three years. ‘Junngmo1045’ would be useful genetic resources for multi-resistance breeding program against disease and insect and eco-friendly cultivation. ‘중모1045호’는 농촌진흥청 국립식량과학원에서 2015년 고품질 품종인 ‘황금누리’와 벼멸구 저항성을 가진 ‘SR30071’를 교배하여 육성한 친환경재배적응 고품질 복합내병충성 벼 품종이다. ‘중모1045호’는 서남부해안지 및 충남이남 평야지(충남, 전남북, 경남) 보통기보비재배에서 이앙부터 수확까지 121일의 생육일수를 가지며 간장은 78cm고 수장은 22cm이다. 병해충 저항성은 벼멸구, 벼흰잎마름병 K1, K2, K3 레이스, 벼줄무늬잎마름병에 강하지만 기타 바이러스병 및 해충에 약하다. ‘중모 1045호의 쌀알은 맑고 투명하며 종자형태는 중단립종이다. 쌀수량은 5.7MT/ha로 ‘남평’과 비슷하며 밥맛은 ‘남평’보다 좋은 수준이다. ‘중모1045호’는 복합내병충성 벼 품종으로 친환경재배단지에 적합하여 안전한 먹거리 생산에 매우 유용한 유전자원으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

본 연구는 대구·경북 소재 16개 창업보육센터 내 366개 창업기업을 대상으로 2011년-2013년 해당기업 관련 중소기업청 DB 자료를 수집하여, 창업보육센터 입주시 평가된 입주기업 심사 평가 항목이 3년 지난 창업기업의 우열 판별에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 입주기업의 매출액과 고용수준 성과에 영향을 미치는 심사항목을 회귀분석기법과 판별분석기법으로 분석하였다. 보다 현실적인 여건을 감안하기 위하여 20명의 패널로 구성된 전문가의 의견을 토대로 항목별 가중치를 고려하였다. 항목별 가중치는 계층 분석 의사결정(AHP) 기법을 적용하여 산정하였다. AHP 기법을 통한 전문가의 종합가중치 산정과 함께 회귀분석 및 판별분석 결과, 창업기업의 성과에 해당하는 매출액과 고용수준 변수는 말할 것도 없지만, 입주 평가 항목 중 창업자 고유역량을 비롯하여 시장경쟁력, 기술경쟁력, 기업내부역량 항목이 창업기업의 우열을 판별하는 주요 변수가 됨을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 창업보육센터의 입주 심사항목에서 특히, 창업자 고유역량, 시장경쟁력, 기술경쟁력, 조직인적역량, 기업내부역량 항목들은 세밀히 검토하거나 강화하여 평가해야 할 항목으로 파악하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze an impact of evaluation items on distinguishing the successful from unsuccessful start-up companies in the business incubator(BI) screening process. This study was carried out on 366 startup companies within 16 university BI in Daegu-Gyengbuk province by the analysis technique of the analysis of hierarchical process(AHP), regression model and discriminant model. In order to reflect the judgement of the experts, the researcher have tried to consider the weighted value based on expert’s opinions comprised of 20 panels by applying the AHP technique. By applying the AHP, this study was found that the order of an importance among the second hierarchy level items, has been presented as follows : the capability of entrepreneurs, market competitiveness, internal capability of companies, technological competitiveness, human resources in organizations, external environment. As a result of regression and discriminant analysis, this study was found that the market competitiveness, technological competitiveness, internal capability of organization variables are the statistically effective variables distinguishing the successful from unsuccessful start-up companies. This study is contributed to suggest the strategic insights and judgement for improving a capability of BI by selecting start-up companies effectively through the items which are highly related to a success or failure of start-up companies in the future.
