        Pseudomonas putida에서 부분정제한 Guanosine Triphosphate Cyclohydrolase 의 특성에 관한 연구

        An enzyme, named GTP cyclohydorlase, that catalizes the hydrolytic removal of carbon No.S of GTP has been partially purified from extracts of Pseudomonas putida (IAM 1506). The enzyme exists in two molecuar weight forms : a high molecular weight form (150,000) and a low molecular weight from (40,000). The high molecular weight form has been purified 25-fold. Some of the properties of the enzyme are as follows : It functions optimally at pH8.0, and at $52^{\circ}C$. The Km value for GTP is $20{\mu}M$. Divalent cations $(Cd^{2+}\;and\;Hg^{2+})$ 2+/) at a concentration of 5mM inhibit completely the enzyme activity. No metal ion including $Mg^{2+}$ is needed for the catalysis. The enzyme is heat labile ; its half at $57^{\circ}C$ is 1.5 min. Of a number of nucleotides tested, only GDP was used to any extent as substrbte in place of GTP. One of the products of the enzyme is determined to be a dihydro-neopterin compound.

        아질산형 하이드로칼루마이트와 터폴리머 분말수지를 병용한 PCM의 강도 및 방청성

        Nitrite type hydrocalumite is a material which can adsorb the chloride ions causing the corrosion of reinforcing bars and liberate the nitrite ions ($NO_2{^-}$) inhibiting the corrosion, and provides excellent corrosion-inhibiting property to the reinforcing bars in reinforced concrete by the addition of it to concrete. On the other hand, various redispersible polymer powders have been commercialized to manufacture the construction materials in the form of prepackaged-type products, which have rapidly been developed for lack of skilled workmen in construction sites. In recent years, terpolymer powders of improved quality have been developed and commercialized as cement modifiers. However, the properties of polymer-modified mortars using the terpolymer powders have not been studied till now. The purpose of the present paper is to examine the strengths and corrosion inhibition of polymer-modified mortars using a VA/E/MMA terpolymer powder with nitrite-type hydrocalumite (calumite) to develop the prepackaged-type materials for dry mortar. Polymer-modified mortars using a newly developed terpolymer powder as polymeric admixtures with the calumite are prepared with various calumite contents and polymer-binder ratios, and tested for strengths and corrosion inhibition. On the whole, the strength properties of VA/E/MMA terpolymer powder-modified mortars are considerably improved with an increase in the polymer-binder ratio regardless of the calumite content. and are remarkably improved over unmodified mortar. It is concluded from the test results that the replacement of the portland cement with the calumite causes a marked improvement in the corrosion-inhibiting property of the polymer-modified mortars.

      • USN을 위한 모니터링 시스템 저작도구 개발

        Recently, according as USN application service models have been integrated each other and have become various, the need on the development of monitoring programs corresponding each service model has been risen steadily. However, if we stick to the traditional method developing independently each service model, we might pay unnecessary expenses. In this paper, we propose the monitoring program authoring tool for USN. Furthermore, we introduce an implementing example of the forest fire prevention monitoring system for verification of the proposed tool. The tool adopted the framework based programming and the S/W reusability techniques for minimizing waste of redeveloping cost.

        항균기능을 갖는 아크릴 에멀션 모르타르 마감재의 부착성 및 흡수 저항성

        The purpose of this study is to develop eco-friendly finishing materials of acrylic emulsion-modified mortars using lightweight aggregate carrier which contains pyroligneous liquid. Four types of light-weight aggregate carriers such as perlite, vermiculite, charcoal and zeolite are selected. The acrylic emulsion-modified mortars are prepared with light-weight carrier replacements to dolomite of 0, 5, 10, 15, 20%, and tested for flowability, adhesion in tension, water absorption coefficient and antibiosis. As a result, the flowability of acrylic emulsion-modified mortars using zeolite light-weight is improved with increasing light-weight carrier content. The adhesion in tension of acrylic emulsion-modified mortars using lightweight carrier is satisfied with KS requirement. Especially, the adhesion in tension of acrylic emulsion-modified mortars using light-weight aggregate carrier at a high temperature of 40℃ are better than the low temperatures of 0℃ and 20℃. The water absorption coefficient of acrylic emulsion-modified mortars using light-weight aggregate carriers is increased with increasing light-weight carrier content. However, the water absorption coefficient is satisfied with KS requirement. The antibiosis of acrylic emulsion-modified mortars using zeolite light-weight carrier is remarkably improved with increasing light-weight carrier content.

        Using AHP to Priority Factors Selection of Overseas Expansion

        Recently, the acceleration in the era of globalization is being utilized as motive power for facilitation of advancement of Retail Industry into overseas market. Paradigm of Retail Industry in the present time is being reorganized from Local Retail Market to Globalization structure. In particular, feasibility study for advancement into overseas market for continued growth of the Retail Industry, as new growth model, plays decisive role in establishment of business strategy. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Artificial Intelligence Methodology, which is one of Multi-Criteria Decision Makings (MCDM), applied in this research is a model through which most preferred important factor can be found through pair-wise comparison between diverse ranges of qualitative variables when determining whether to advance into retail market in overseas country. In particular, it is the most appropriate model in presenting order of important priority in decision-making for each process on non-numeric qualitative factors, rather than quantitative feasibility analysis based on cash-flow centered financial approach. In addition, I presented order of the most important processes and important preferential factors for each process at the time of advancement into overseas retail market by comparing Criteria and Factors of each stage of business planning, advancement into the local market and business management/expansion by dividing decision-making for advancement into overseas market into stages.

      • 구조 변형에 의한 마이크로스트립 안테나의 소형화

        최근 무선통신 시스템의 소형화로 인해 안테나의 소형화가 요구되고 있다. 안테나의 소형화 방법에는 여러 가지가 있지만 이득과 효율을 고려할 때 고유전율의 유전체를 사용하기보다는 안테나 자체의 구조적 변형을 통해 안테나를 소형화하는 것이 더 효과적이다. 따라서, 본 논고에서는 마이크로스트립 안테나의 2차원 구조 변형과 3차원으로 확장된 구조변형에 의한 안테나의 소형화 방법에 대한 연구 결과에 대해 기술하였다.<br/> 2차적 구조 변형 방법에는 패치를 구부리거나 slit을 넣는 방법을 사용하여 그 크기를 축소시켰으나 소형화에 한계가 있었다. 그래서, 마이크로스트립 안테나의 패치와 접지면 사이의 공간을 활용하는 perturbation 효과를 바탕으로 3차원의 corrugation, iris, folded 구조를 이용하여 더욱 소형화된 안테나를 설계하였다. 또한, 2차원 구조의 소형화 방법에 3차원으로 확장한 구조를 서로 결합하여 안테나를 더욱 소형화 할 수 있었다. 이에 마이크로스트립 안테나의 소형화 방법과 그에 따라 설계·제작한 안테나에 대해 소개하고자 한다.
