원판 트레이닝과 복합 트레이닝이 발목의 기능적 안정성에 미치는 영향

김연수, 박상연, 강현주, 석민화, 오정우. 원판 트레이닝과 복합 트레이닝이 발목의 기능적 안정성에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제13권 제1호 113-124, 2004. 본 연구의 목적은 원판 트레이닝과 등척성 수축, 등장성 수축, 평형성 운동, 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝으로 구성된 복합 트레이닝이 발목의 기능적 안정성에 미치는 영향을 비교하는 것이다. 연구의 대상자는 하지에 의학적 문제가 없는 여학생 40명으로 하였으며, 원판 트레이닝군(n=11명), 복합 트레이닝군(n=15명), 통제군(n=14명)으로 구성하였다. 대상자들은 프로그램 전 발목의 정적 안정성 검사를 위한 Romberg 검사와 동적 안정성 검사를 위한 SEBT 검사를 실시하였으며, 6주간의 운동 프로그램 후에 동일한 방법으로 Romberg 검사와 SEBT 검사를 재실시하였다. 운동 프로그램은 6주간 주 3최 실시하였으며, 2주 단위로 점증적으로 강도를 증가하였다. Romberg 검사 결과 원판 트레이닝군은 좌측 하지(16.4±18.2sec에서 36.0±32.3sec)에서 유의하게 향상되었고, 우측하지(16.0±10.8sec에서 41.3±47.7sec)에서는 운동 전에 비하여 향상되었으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 복합 트레이닝군은 좌측(18.6±16.7sec에서 70.4±44.1sec)과 우측(27.0±31.6sec에서 61.7±46.1sec) 하지 모두에서 유의하게 향상되었다. 정적 안정성에 대한 두 운동군의 효과를 비교해 보았을 때, 복합 트레이닝군에서 보다 많이 향상되었다. SEBT 검사 결과 원판 트레이닝군은 좌ㆍ우측 하지 모두 앞가측과 앞내측을 제외한 전 방향에서 유의하게 향상되었고, 복합 트레이닝군은 좌측 하지에서는 모든 방향에서, 우측 하지에서는 앞측 방향을 제외한 모든 방향에서 유의하게 향상되었다. 동적 안정성에 대한 두 운동군의 효과를 비교해 보았을 때, 복합 트레이닝군에서 보다 많이 향상되었다. 원판 트레이닝과 복합 트레이닝이 발목의 기능적 안정성에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 정적ㆍ동적 안정성 모두에서 유의한 향상을 보였으며, 원판 트레이닝보다 복합 트레이닝을 실시하였을 때 더욱 많이 향상되었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the disk training on the functional stability of ankles and compare the variable with the combined training composed of isometric contraction, isotonic contraction using weight, balance training and plyometric training. The forty subjects without medical history on their lower extremities were participated in this study. The subjects were divided into 3 groups such as, control group(n=14), disk training(n=11) or combined training(n=15). All subjects completed Romberg test for static stability and SEBT test for dynamic stability of ankles. After 6-week training, they completed the tests with same manner again. Exercise groups trained the exercise program for 6 weeks and the volume of exercise are increased per 2 weeks. The Romberg tests for static stability of ankles demonstrated that disk training group is significantly increased on left legs(from 16.4±18.2sec to 36.0±32.3sec), and night legs(from 16.0±10.8sec to 41.3±47.7sec) are increased but not statistically significant. combined training group is significantly increased on left legs(from 18.6±16.7sec to 70.4±44.1sec) and right legs(from 27.0±3l.6sec to 61.7±46.1sec). In comparison between two trained groups, combined training group is more increased than disk training group. But there are not statistical difference. The SEBT tests for dynamic stability of ankles demonstrated that disk training group(except for anteriolateral and anteriomedial directions on both legs) and combined training group(except for anterior direction on night legs) are significantly increased at almost directions. This study utilized a discrete element method (DEM) simulation, as one of the virtual field trials, to predict the impact of tillage depth on the rotary blade shaft during rotavator tilling. The virtual field for the simulation was generated according to soil properties observed in an actual field. Following the generation of particles for the virtual field, a sequence of calibration steps followed to align the mechanical properties more closely with those of real soil. Calibration was conducted with a focus on bulk density and shear torque, resulting in calibration errors of just 0.02% for bulk density and 0.52% for shear torque. The prediction of the load on a rotary tiller's blade shaft involved a three-pronged approach, considering shaft torque, draft force, and vertical force. In terms of shaft torque, the values exhibited significant increases of 42.34% and 36.91% for every 5-centimeter increment in tillage depth. Similarly, the vertical force saw substantial growth by 40.41% and 36.08% for every 5-centimeter increment. In contrast, the variation in draft force based on tillage depth was comparatively lower at 18.49% and 0.96%, indicating that the effect of tillage depth on draft force was less pronounced than its impact on shaft torque and vertical force. From a perspective of agricultural machinery research, this study provides valuable insights into the DEM soil modeling process, accounting for changes in soil properties with varying tillage depths. These findings are expected to be instrumental in future agricultural machinery design studies.

Self-Assembled Monolayers of Alkanethiols on Clean Copper Surfaces

Alkanethiols (CH3(CH2)n-1SH) based self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) on the clean copper surfaces have been examined for n = 4, 8, and 16. Using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and contact angle analysis, it is found that alkanethiolate monolayers similar to those on gold are formed on clean copper surfaces. The monolayers are stable in air up to about 140 $^{\circ}C.$ Above 160 $^{\circ}C$ the monolayers begin to desorb through the oxidation reaction of the thiolate to sulfonate, with the alkyl chains remaining intact. Following this desorption step, the copper surface has begun to oxidize to CuO at about 180 $^{\circ}C$.

Brechts episches Theater und Lee Jarams Pansori: Vergleichende Lektüre von Der gute Mensch von Sezuan

Brechts episches Theater Der gute Mensch von Sezuan, das er zur Kritik an der bürgerlichen Gesellschaft und zur Entillusioninerung der Völker schreibt, kann auf eine ernsthafte Kritik an der deutschen Gesellschaft in der Nazizeit zurückgeführt werden. In diesem Theaterstück Brechts ist seine eigene Theaterkultur modernisiert und auch die fremde Literatur und Kultur aus China zitiert. Im Pansori Lee Jarams, das vom epischen Theater Brechts adaptiert wird, ist ihre eigene Pansori-Tradition modernisiert und auch die fremde Musikkultur aus verschiedenen Teilen der Welt zitiert oder montiert. Die Verwandlungstechnik des Pansori-Sängers, die den Verfremdungseffekt mit sich bringt, hat Affinität zur traditionellen Schauspielkunst Chinas. Den Einfluss der chinesischen Schauspielkunst auf die Entwicklung des epischen Theaters hat Brecht zwar verneint. Aber er beschreibt die epische Wirkung der Schauspielkunst Mei Lanfangs. Aus dem in dieser Abhandlung durchgeführten Vergleich kann man erkennen, wie sich in beiden Fällen die reformierende Entwicklung der eigenen Kunst und Kultur durch die Begegnung mit fremder Kunst und Kultur vollzieht. Die konkreten Techniken wie Zitat und Montag als Grundlage zum Vergleich zwischen den beiden können mit dem Prinzip der Dissoziation der Elemente ästhetisch erklärt werden. Das chinesische Gedicht von Po Chü-i, Brechts Shen Te und Lee Jarams Sun Deok werden zwar jeweils in ihrem anderen Kontext verschieden vermittelt, aber das gute Herz des Menschen, der an seine Nachbarn und das arme Volk denkt, gab und gibt es überall. Leider ist ein solches Herz aber in der modernen Ellbogengesellschaft sehr zerbrechlich. Daher wurden und werden diese Idee oder die variierten Ideen in jedem Kontext weiter vermittelt, unabhängig von zeitlichen und räumlichen Grenzen. Durch die Überschreitung der Grenzen und den kulturellen Austausch entwickelt sich die Kunst allgemein oder auch ein spezifisches Genre. Auch das koreanische Pansori entwickelt sich selbstständig. Pavis hat sich gefragt, wie Koreanische KünstlerInnen ihre tradierten Genres ihrer Gegenwart und dem westlichen oder mehr globalisierten Kulturkontext entsprechend umarbeiten, und er hat dargelegt, das kreative Pansori Sacheon-ga sei ein Phänomen der ‚de-koreanisierten‘ Verwestlichung des traditionellen Pansori, und in Lees Pansori fehle das politische Engagement (Vgl. Pavis 2014). Ich fragte mich aber, ob man Sacheon-ga so einfach als ein Phänomen der Verwestlichung des Pansori sehen soll. Sollte man ein Werk wie das Sacheon-ga nicht eher als ein Werk ansehen, das das Genre Pansori lebendig erhält, indem es zwar moderne Elemente aufnimmt, aber damit gleichzeitig auch dem traditionellen Gegenwartsbezug des Pansori und wesentlichen Charakteristika dieser Gattung treu bleibt? Wie oben herausgearbeitet, besteht Lees Modernisierungs des Pansori im Grunde darin, die Grundstruktur des traditionellen Pansori beizubehalten und gleichzeitig die zeitgenössischen, globalisierten und fremden Musikelemente aufzunehmen. Dadurch wird ihr Pansori von Pansori- SpezialistInnen verfremdet rezipiert, als ob es kein Pansori mehr sei, während das allgemeine Publikum es noch näher erfahren und Gelegenheit haben kann, eine Art fixer Idee vom traditionellen Pansori abzubauen. So wie Pavis analysiert, kann Brechts politische Intention zwar bei Lee nicht lebendig genug übertragen werden, obwohl sie es durch die Gestaltung der Figur Park Myungsu teilweise versucht hat. Aber anererseits kann man doch nicht darüber hinwegsehen, dass ihre Modernisierung des Pansori durch die Aufnahme der fremdkultureller Elemente eben dazu beiträgt, seine wesentlichen traditionellen Charakteristika im Kontext von ‚jetzt-und-hier‘ lebendig zu erhalten.
