The Earth's ionosphere is an area where part of the upper atmosphere is ionized and exists in a plasma state that affects radio waves. It is a field that has been studied for a long time as it directly affects real life in relation to communications. Depending on the altitude, it is divided into D, E, and F layers depending on the main ions that make up the electron density. The density of the neutral atmosphere is very large compared to the electron density, so it should be described as plasma taking that effect into account. It is an area where influences from outside the ionosphere are directly reflected, starting from the sun and extending to the earth's surface, and is a field that involves complex and diverse areas of research. In this paper, we explain the process by which the Earth's upper atmosphere is ionized to form the ionosphere and introduce the characteristics of the ionosphere at low and mid-latitudes. In addition, we introduce the research that domestic researchers have participated in related to the ionosphere to date and hope that it will be used to promote exchange in the field of ionospheric research in the future.

The upper ionosphere of Mars has been explored by many spacecraft like Mariners, Mars, Viking, and recently by MGS and MEX. MARSIS (Mars Advanced Radar for Subsurface and Ionospheric Sounding) aboard Mars Express Orbiter is operating from August 2005. MARSIS provides topside ionospheric traces, of which yield electron density profiles for altitudes above the primary ionospheric peak. A large amounts of data is useful for investigation of the Martian ionospheric environments under the changing conditions like solar activity, seasons, and solar zenith angle. We studied the characteristics of the Martian ionosphere through analysis of MARSIS data in the various conditions. We expect that our results contribute for understanding of the Martian ionospheric environment.
ISIS 급부상과 돌아온 미국의 대테러전쟁, 그 배경과 전망

This paper shows that the rise of ISIS is essentially a product of two factors. In the first place, the failure of the Anglo-American occupation of Iraq forced the US to transfer control to an increasingly sectarian and authoritarian Shiite regime under Nouri al-Maliki, who so thoroughly alienated the Sunni Arab minority that ISIS was able to seize first Fallujah and then Mosul with comparative ease. Secondly, the sectarian civil war launched by the Assad regime in response to the Syrian Revolution of 2011 gave ISIS the space in which it was able to seize large areas of eastern Syria, from which it was able to launch its attacks into Iraq. And this paper shows that US strategy faces a fundamental contradictions.
유아교사의 성격특성이 교수창의성에 미치는 영향에서 놀이성의 매개효과

본 연구는 유아교사의 성격특성이 교수창의성에 미치는 영향에서 놀이성의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 수행되었다. 수도권에 소재한 유치원과 어린이집에 재직하고 있는 교사 321명을 대상으로 성격특성 설문지(서보미ㆍ김유정, 2017), 교수창의성 설문지(백영숙ㆍ김희태, 2008), 놀이성 설문지(박현숙, 2003)를 배부하고, 그 가운데 310부의 자료가 SPSS 25.0으로 분석되었다. 연구문제에 따른 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 성격특성과 교수창의성 그리고 놀이성 간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 모두 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈으며 각 하위요인 간에도 상호 밀접한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 유아교사의 성격특성이 교수창의성에 미치는 영향에서 놀이성의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 교사의 성격특성 하위요인인 개방성, 성실성, 친화성, 신경증이 교수창의성에 미치는 영향에 있어 놀이성은 부분 매개 효과를 나타냈다. 성격특성 중 외향성은 놀이성의 완전매개를 통해 교수창의성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 교사의 성격특성이 교수창의성에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 놀이성은 중요한 매개 요인임을 알 수 있다. 본 연구 결과는 교사의 성격특성을 기반으로 놀이성을 고려한 다양한 예비교사 및 교사 교육 프로그램이 계발되어 교사의 교수창의성 능력을 함양시키고 지원해 주는 것이 필요함을 시사한다. The purpose of the study was to investigate the mediating effects of early childhood teacher’s playfulness on the relationship between teachers’ personality traits and instructional creativity. This study surveyed 321 teachers working at early childhood institutions in the Kyeonggi-do and Incheon Metropolitan area. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. The results were as follows. First, there were statistically significant correlations in all cases among the personality characteristics, instructional creativity, and playfulness of teachers. It also suggested a close correlation between each subfactor. Second, it was found that the teachers’ playfulness had mediating role on the relationship between the personality traits and instructional creativity. In the effects of subfactors of openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, neuroticism on instructional creativity, teachers’ playfulness played partial mediating role, whereas in the effects of extroversion, playfulness played completely mediating role. In addition, the significance of the medium path was verified through Sobel test. Therefore, it is recommended to cultivate and support teachers’ instructional creativity through various educational programs based on his or her personality characteristics and playfulness.
달 및 행성탐사 과학임무 기반 중적외선 분광기 사양분석

달 및 행성탐사선에 탑재된 적외선 분광기는 태양계 행성들의 지표 및 대기 성분 관측을 위해 널리 활용되고 있다. 적외선 분광기 관측 영역 중 3-5 ㎛ 파장 대에서는 행성의 지표 및 대기에 존재하는 물(얼음), 이산화탄소, 일산화탄소, 메탄, 중수와 같은 여러 성분의 분광선 관측이 가능하다. 3-5 ㎛ 파장대역을 관측한 해외 탐사선 탑재체 사례로는 화성의 경우 마스익스프레스에 탑재된 OMEGA와 PFS, MRO 탑사선의 CRISM, 토성 탐사선 카시니의 VIMS, 소천체 탐사선 ROSETTA의 VIRTIS와 딥임펙트의 HRI-IR 등이 해당된다. 3-5㎛ 파장대역의 분광기는 국내에서 개발 사례가 없으며 해외에서도 달 탐사선에 탑재된 바가 없어 달 얼음과 관련된 다른 파장대역의 자료와 상호보완이 가능한 자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 달 및 행성탐사를 위한 3-5 ㎛ 파장 영역을 탐사하는 적외선 분광기의 요구사양을 그 과학임무에 비추어 제안하고자 한다. In this paper we analyzed the specifications of the Mid-wavelength infrared spectrometers onboard the lunar and planetary missions. Infrared spectrometers onboard lunar and planetary missions have used practically for the observation of surface and atmospheric compositions of planets. In particular it is possible to detect H2O(ice), CO2, CH4, HDO spectrum in the range of 3-5 micrometer. OMEGA and PFS onboard Mars Express and CRISM onboard MRO for Martian exploration and VIMS onboard Cassini, VIRTIS onboard ROSETTA, HRI-IR onboard Deep Impact are the examples of mid-wavelength infrared spectroscopic payload. 3-5 ㎛ wavelength spectrometer hasn"t developed yet in Korea and performed onboard lunar orbiter so these spectroscopic measurements will be a complementary to the near-infrared observations of past lunar missions. In this study we propose the requirements and specifications of the mid-wavelength infrared spectrometer according to the scientific purpose.
