This paper attempts to analyze the images of America manifested in the texts of Korean contemporary poetry based on the psychoanalytic concept of Jacque Lacan`s subject-formation. since the Chosunn-USA Treaty of peace and Amity in 1882, the US have impressed Korean people as the incarnation of absolute justice and Messianic patronage. As the children identify themselves with the Symbolic Other at the mirror stage, so have Koreans nourished Narcissistic fantasy in the American identity thereby failing to read her imperialistic drive as demonstrated by Japan. However, the image of America as the symbolic Other has undergone a gradual transformation in the course of the Liberation from the Japanese Occupation in 1945 and the Korean War in 1950. Kwang Kyun kim appreciates America as a nation of brotherhood whose soldiers flew over the Pacific Ocean to sacrifice their lives in order to protect the freedom of Korea; In Hwan Park praises America as the nation of Lincoln, the hero who realized the democratic ideal as well as the nation of Walt Whitman. the poet of individual freedom and democracy. In Hwan Park, however, sang of the painful fissure between the self and imaginary Other, when he witnessed the affliction of American blacks and realized he also belonged to these marginalized others. Juxtaposed in Soo Yung Kim`s poetry are the positive images of cultural signs reproduced in The Newsweek magazines, The Encounter magazines, James Dean and Clark Gable along with the negative images of America ranging from the imperialistic oppressors in the guise of new colonialism the evil forces that support despotic regimes and the progenitors of capitalism that seek only their own profits. The negative imagery of America have gradually overwhelmed our literary landscape since then America have gradually overwhelmed our literary landscape since then: America as sexual partners of military prostitutes In Sand Ku`s The Poems of Ravaged Land, and as the patrons of war orphans in Young Soo Chang`s maybe and as heartless fathers who dumped their mixed-blood children in Myung In Kim`s Tongdoochon. From Gwangju resistance movement in 1980 on, the images of America as `the protectors of human equality, Christian philanthropists. the protectors and propagators of democracy, and the protectors of peace in Korea have been severely tarnished and now utterly shattered. The postcolonial poems by Nam Joo Kim and Kying Lim Shin accuse America of her military expansionism, commercially motivated drive, and the capitalist drive to exploit the third world. To sum up, the images of America manifested in our contemporary poetry have evolved from innocent and positive ones to an overwhelming imperialist phallus that threatens to castrate other nations in order to protect its interests in terms of military, economics and politics.

스펙트럼 및 무선자원 관리 기술 동향

최근 주파수 자원에 대한 수요가 급증하면서 효율적으로 이용하기 위한 정책적 기술적 개선이 요구되고 있다. 기존까지의 정부 주도적인 명령과 통제 방식은 감소되고 시장 경제 원리를 도입한 시장 기반 방식과 주파수를 공유하여 다수의 이용자가 사용할 수 있도록 하는 공유 방식이 증가되고 있으며, 지능형 SDR 개념인 CR 기술이 등장하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 스펙트럼 관리 현황과 문제점을 살펴보고, 차세대 융합통신 환경에 적합한 스펙트럼 관리 모델과 핵심 이슈들을 소개하였다. 또한 Beyond IMT - Advanced를 지향하는 CRS에서 제공되어야 할 것으로 전망되는 동적 스펙트럼 할당, 통합 무선자원 관리, 동적 스펙트럼 접속 등과 같은 스펙트럼 및 무선 자원의 효율적 이용방식에 관한 표준화와 기술 동향에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

자동통역 기술 동향 및 응용

근래에 국가간 인적, 물적 교류가 활발해지면서 언어 장벽으로 인한 문제를 해결하기 위한 자동통역 기술의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 세계 각국에서는 1990년대부터 시작된 정부차원의 연구개발 단계를 거쳐 시범 서비스 및 실용화를 위한 연구개발에 박차를 가하고 있으며, 현재 이라크 내 미군에 의한 군사 목적, 미국 내 병원 진료, 여행시 통역 등의 목적에 자동통역 기술이 활용되고 있다. 본 고에서는 자동통역 기술 및 핵심 요소기술에 대해 설명하고 최근 자동통역 기술의 개발 동향 및 응용 사례에 대해 기술한다.

Delphi 기법을 활용한 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정의 만족도 평가 문항 개발

본 연구에서는 기업현장교사가 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정에 학습근로자로 참여하여 일학습병행제 경력비전에서 제시하고 있는 스스로의 직무 역량을 향상시키고 응용력을 높이며, 고도화된 훈련 지도와 평가자로서의 역량을 강화하기 위한 기대 목표에 대한 만족도를 훈련 준비, 훈련 수행, 훈련 효과, 훈련 행정 측면에서 평가할 수 있는 평가문항을 개발하고 문항에 대한 타당성을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 델파이 기법을 활용하였으며, 연구 결과 4개 영역 6개 부문 총 48개 문항을 개발하였다. 훈련 준비 영역의 훈련과정 개발 만족도에 대하여 7개 평가 문항을, 훈련 수행 영역의 Off-JT와 OJT 과정의 만족도와 관련하여 21개 평가 문항을, 훈련 효과 영역의 기업현장교사로서의 역량 강화 만족도와 직무 적용 및 실무 활용 능력제고 만족도와 관련하여 16개 평가 문항을, 훈련 행정 영역에서는 행정지원만족도 평가를 위한 6개 평가 문항을 개발하고 평가 문항의 안정성, 내용 타당도, 합의도와 수렴도 지표를 통해 최종 적합도를 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과는 일학습병행 시범사업으로 추진 중인 고숙련마이스터 과정의 품질 관리를 위한 실무적 활용은 물론, 일학습병행 고숙련마이스터 과정 전반의 제도 개선 요인 등을 도출하기 위한 다양한 의견 수렴의 기초 조사 도구로서 참조될 수 있는 이론적 근거를 제공한다. In this study, on-site corporate instructors participated as student-cum-workers in a degree-linked high skills Meister course to improve job competency and practical ability as proposed in the Work-Study Career Vision. Evaluation questions were then developed and their validity was verified by assessing satisfaction related to expected goals in enhancing advanced training guidance and competency as an evaluator. Satisfaction assessment was conducted based on training preparation, training implementation, training effectiveness and training administration. The Delphi Method was adopted and a total of 48 items were developed in 6 categories under 4 main areas. There were 7 evaluation items on the satisfaction of training course development under training preparation, 21 evaluation items related to the satisfaction of Off-JT and OJT courses under training implementation, 16 evaluation items related to the satisfaction of increased competency as an on-site corporate instructor and the satisfaction of enhanced practical skills and skills application at work under training effectiveness, as well as 6 evaluation items to assess satisfaction with administrative support under training administration. The final conformity assessment was conducted based on the stability, content validity ratio, consensus and convergence indicators of the developed items. Results of this study do not only apply to quality management of the high skills Meister course which is being promoted as a pilot project for work-study programs, but also serves as a rationale that may be considered as a basic research tool in the collection of various opinions to derive overall system improvement factors for the work-study high skills Meister course.

병원행정직의 자아탄력성, 조직충성도 및 조직헌신도가 감성지능에 미치는 융복합적 영향

병원행정직의 자아탄력성, 조직충성도, 조직헌신도 및 감성지능 간의 관련성과 이러한 요인들이 감성지능에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 병원행정직에서 이들 요인들과 감성지능 간의 관련성을 조사하고, 감성지능에 미치는 융복합적 영향을 파악해 보았다. 조사대상자는 J지역에서 무작위 선정한 19개 병원의 행정직 212명을 임의 추출하였다. 자료수집은 2019년 5월 1일부터 31일까지의 1달여 기간 동안에 실시되었다. 설문지의 형식은 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식을 사용하였다. 감성지능은 자아탄력성, 조직충성도 및 조직헌신도와 정(+)의 상관관계가 있었다. 공분산구조분석 결과, 자아탄력성, 조직충성도 및 조직헌신도가 높아질수록 감성지능을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과, 병원행정직의 감성지능을 높이기 위해서는 자아탄력성, 조직충성도 및 조직헌신도를 제고하는 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 조사결과는 병원행정직의 감성지능을 상향시키는 병원직무관리 및 산업보건교육의 기초자료로 활용이 기대된다. 향후연구에서는 병원행정직의 감성지능과 관련된 추가요인과 다양한 감정적인 요인들의 분석이 필요하다고 본다. It is necessary to investigate the relationship between ego-resiliency, organizational loyalty, organizational commitment, and emotional intelligence of hospital administrative staff and the effect of these factors on emotional intelligence. Therefore, this study investigated the relationship between these factors and emotional intelligence and identified the convergence effect on emotional intelligence in hospital administrative staff. The subjects of the survey were randomly selected 212 administration staffs at 19 hospitals selected from the J area. The data collection was conducted for about a month from May 1 to 31, 2019. The form of the questionnaire used structured anonymous self-administered responses. Emotional intelligence showed a positive correlation between ego-resiliency, organizational loyalty, and organizational commitment. According to the analysis, efforts to enhance ego-resiliency, organizational loyalty, and organizational commitment are needed to increase the emotional intelligence of hospital administration staffs. The findings may be used as basic materials for hospital job management and industrial health education that will raise the emotional intelligence of hospital administration staffs. Future research needs to investigate additional factors related to emotional intelligence and various emotional factors of hospital administrative staff.

단일위성영상 기반 도심지 건물변화탐지 방안

Urban is an area where small-scale changes to individual buildings occur frequently. An existing urban building database requires periodic updating to increase its usability. However, there are limitations in data collection for building changes over a wide urban. In this study, we check the possibility of detecting building changes and updating a building database by using satellite images that can capture a wide urban region by a single image. For this purpose, building areas in a satellite image are first extracted by projecting 3D coordinates of building corners available in a building database onto the image. Building areas are then divided into roof and facade areas. By comparing textures of the roof areas projected, building changes such as height change or building removal can be detected. New height values are estimated by adjusting building heights until projected roofs align to actual roofs observed in the image. If the projected image appeared in the image while no building is observed, it corresponds to a demolished building. By checking buildings in the original image whose roofs and facades areas are not projected, new buildings are identified. Based on these results, the building database is updated by the three categories of height update, building deletion, or new building creation. This method was tested with a KOMPSAT-3A image over Incheon Metropolitan City and Incheon building database available in public. Building change detection and building database update was carried out. Updated building corners were then projected to another KOMPSAT-3 image. It was confirmed that building areas projected by updated building information agreed with actual buildings in the image very well. Through this study, the possibility of semi-automatic building change detection and building database update based on single satellite image was confirmed. In the future, follow-up research is needed on technology to enhance computational automation of the proposed method.

주야 온도차[DIF]와 시토키닌이 '캠벨얼리' 포도의 기내생장에 미치는 영향

포도 Campbell Early을 공시하여 기내 배양에 의한 대량 증식과 건전묘의 생산시 영향을 미치는 DIF조건과 cytokinin의 종류 (BA, TDZ, zeatin, 2iP, kinetin)및 농도의 최적 조건을 구명 하고자 수행한 실험의 결과는 다음과 같다. 신초생장은 0(25/2$^{\circ}C$)및 +7DIF(25/18$^{\circ}C$) 처리에서 좋았고. -7DIF(25/18$^{\circ}C$)에서는 생장이 전반적으로 나빴다. DIF 처리와 관계없이 BA와 TDZ 처리에서는 생장이 나빴으며 -7DIF 처리는 생육이 억제되었다. 분지수와 총절편체수도 모든 DIF 처리에서 신초 생장이 적었던 BA와 TDZ 처리에서 분지가 많았고, 총절편체수도 BA와 TDZ 처리에서 많은 것으로 나타났다. DIF와 상관없이 모든 zeatin과 kinetin 처리는 신초형성 효과는 없었고 오히려 억제적으로 작용하였다. 모든 DIF 처리구에서 주온과 야온에 상관없이 대조구와 같거나 약간 낮았다. 0DIF 처리에서 절간수가 증가하였으며 - 및 +7DIF 처리에서는 모든 시토키닌 처리구에서 0DIF 처리보다 낮은 결과를 보였다. 생체중은 0DIF 처리에서만 효과가 좋았으며 모든 DIF 처리의 대조구도 생체중이 상당히 낮았다. DIF 처리는 포도 기내배양의 생체중에 영향을 미쳤는데, 이는 신초 생장과 관계가 깊은 것으로 추정된다. Effects of difference between day and night temperatures (DIF) and cytokinins on in vitro growth of 'Campbell Early' grape plantlets were investigated, Shoot growth was suppressed by -7DIF (18/$25^{\circ}C$). Effects of BA and TDZ were not affected by DIF. 0DIF (25/$25^{\circ}C$) enhanced the growth with increasing cytokinin level. Kinetin at 10 $\mu$M was the most effective for shoot growth with 87 mm among cytokinins used except for control. Zeatin and kinetin each at 5 $\mu$M significantly increased shoot growth to respective 162 and 110 mm. In 0DIF, two-fold increase of 162 mm was obtained by 5 $\mu$M zeatin. In control, no further shoot proliferation was observed regardless of DIF. In 0 and +7DIF (25/18$^{\circ}C$), 4 shoots were observed with 10 $\mu$M BA. Zeatin, 2iP and kinetin resulted in poor shoot proliferation while BA at 10 $\mu$M resulted in profuse branching in all DIFs.
