관상동맥 조영술시 심전도에 미치는 조영제 (Hexabrix와 Urografin 76)의 영향에 관한 비교 연구

Background: Complications such as braycardia, changes of T wave, R-R interval, QRS comples and S-T segment, premature atrial contracture, premature vetricular contracture ventricular tachycardia on ECG during coronary angiography may happen. They are somewhat caused by osmolarity, inoic concetration of Na^(+) and H^(+), molecular weight of contrast dye and the change of coronary artery pressure during coronary angiography. Methods: We compared the changes of Q-Tc interval, S-T segment and T wave during coronary angiography between high somolar(Urografin 76) and low osmolar contrast dye(Hexabrix). The 32 patients with chest pain were studied and ECG was checked before and 1, 2, 5 minute after and right coronary angiography. Results: 1) There was no significant difference in change of S-T wave between the two groups during left coronary angiography. And there was also no significant difference in change of S-T wave during right coronary angigraphy. 2) The maximal prolongation of Q-Tc interval during left coronary angiography was 6.8 seconds in high osmolar group and 6.0 seconds in low osmolar group. The maximal prolongation of Q-Tc interval during right coronary angiogrphy was 7.7 seconds in high osmolar group and 6.3 seconds in low osmolar group. 3) There was significant prolongation of Q-Tc interval in high osmolar group(0.078±0.042 seconds) than that of low osmolar group(0.053±0.028 seconds) during left coronary angiography(p<0.01). But the change of Q-Tc interval during right coronary angiography was not significantly different. Conclusions: The prolongation of Q-Tc interval was more increased in high osmolar contrast media group than in low osmolar. So the low osmolar contrast media was safer than high osmolar contrast media and it need close observation espeically 6-8 seconds after injection of contrast media to prevent arrthythmia and other complications.

As information technology develops rapidly, various kinds of information generated in companies play an important role in securing and keeping competitiveness. In fact, many companies are using various kinds of information security technology in order to prevent information leak, especially CCTV is popular as a physical security. But there is some risk of demage in entire or partial images by intentional initialization, deletion, forgery or un-intentional physical media damage, fire, flood. Especially, it is important to extract and analyze image data in non-allocation area which saves image data when you can not watch them by DVR(Digital Video Recorder). The purpose of this study was to develop algorithm to restore necessary image data by the analysis of DVR file system of hard disk, and by the index restoration, when you have some problems in image data of DVR hard disk due to user’s mistake or intentional damage(deletion or initialization), or DVR device trouble. Especially it was focused on extract and analyze image data in the non-allocation area which saves image data when it is impossible to obtain image data by DVR device.

페트리 네트는 이산적이며, 비동기적이고, 비결정적인 시스템을 표현하기 위한 그래프 구조의 모델이다. 따라서 이러한 네트는 비동기적인 concurrent system의 제어 구조를 모형화하는 효과적인 수단이 되며, 모형화에서 가장 중요한 기준은 liveness와 boundedness이다. 본 논문에서는 페트리 네트를 matrix로 표현하여 표현된 matrix가 boundedness한지의 여부를 분석하는 알고리즘을 설계하였다.
농업용수 중 잔류성유기염소계 농약류의 잔류량과 수서생물 영향 평가

This study was conducted to investigate residual organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in agricultural waters. Extraction and clean-up method were developed using the liquid-liquid extraction for OCPs in water. Limit of detection (LOD), recovery, and relative standard deviation (RSD) of OCPs and in agricultural waters ranged from 0.001-0.004 μg/L, 73.7-110.9%, and 0.9-4.2%, respectively. The residues of OCPs in agricultural water were analyzed by the developed method, and α-endosulfan, β-endosulfan, and endosulfan sulfate were detected at 0.11-0.18, 0.08-0.12, and 0.11-0.13 μg/L, respectively. The detection number of three compounds in agricultural water were 8 (9.1%), 10 (11.4%), and 20 (22.7%) among 88 samples, respectively. These results showed that endosulfans were detected in agricultural waters and the continuous monitoring of them will be conducted.

N/A The purpose of this study was to observe the vascular response following the cryosurgery. In order to carry out this experiment, 18 rabbits weighting about 1.8Kg were selected. The right side ears were used as the control group and left side ears were used as the experimental group. Twelve animals were divided into 9 groups composing of 2 animals in each group. The cryosurgerys for each group were performed at the same day. The experimental group was sacrificed by the injection of the acrylic resin at the 3rd, 6th, 12th hour, 1st, 3rd day, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th week after the operation. The right side ears were digested by the concentrated HCl for 48 hours and then the resin frameworks were washed under the tap water. Thereafter, the resin frameworks were dried att the room temperature, and observed under the stereoscope. The results were as follows; 1. The blood circulation of posterior auricular artery was not ceased. 2. The blood circulation of capillary and arterioles was ceased by the formation of thrombosis, but the arterioles and venules which were not ceased by thrombosis were dilated. 3. The capillary of peripheral freezing area was withered on the 6 hour after cryosurgery, but increased in number on 12 hour and most increased on 3 day and decreased by the increase of arterioles and venules. 4. The arterioles, venules, and capillaries were started ingrowth into the central freezing area from about 1 week after cryosurgery and recovered to as normal vascular condition on 6 week.

Hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (HEH) is a rare vascular tumor of the liver. HEH is endothelial origin, and has a intermediate clinical course between benign hemangioma and an angiosarcoma of the liver. It usually appears as multiple hypoechoic nodules on US scan and hypodense on CT scan. Definite diagnosis is made by histopathology of specimens obtained from the tissue biopsy. We present a case of HEH which presented with multiple nodules within the liver on CT scan. The diagnosis was made by laparoscopic liver biopsy. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2001;38:433-435)
