        RAW 264.7 대식세포에서 연자육 추출물(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertner Seed Extract, NSE)의 면역 증강 효과

        코로나바이러스-19로 인한 세계적인 펜데믹 이후 면역력 강화 소재에 대한 관심이 급격히 증가하고 있으므로 산업적, 건강적 측면에서 새로운 소재의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 연자육 추출물을 소재로 선정하고 RAW 264.7 쥐 대식세포를 이용하여 면역증진 효과를 평가하였다. 연자육 추출물은 RAW 264.7 세포에서 세포 생존력에 독성을 나타내지 않으면서 nitric oxide 및 reactive oxygen species의 생산을 상향 조절하였다. 또한 연자육 추출물은 RAW 264.7 세포에서 inducible nitric oxide synthase 및 cyclooxygenase-2 발현을 크게 증가시켰다. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay 결과에서는 연자육 추출물의 처리가 RAW 264.7 세포에서 interleukin 6 및 tumor necrosis factor-α의 생성을 유의미하게 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 연자육 추출물이 p65, I kappa B kinase α/β, 및 I kappa B (IκB) α의 인산화를 크게 상향 조절하고, RAW 264.7 세포에서 IκB α의 발현을 하향 조절하였다. 우리의 연구 결과는 연자육 추출물이 Nuclear factor-kappa B 신호전달 경로를 통해 면역력을 향상시킬 수 있는 잠재적인 건강기능식품 소재가 될 수 있음을 나타낸다. Since the global shock caused by COVID-19, interest in immune-enhancing materials is rapidly increasing, therefore, the development of novel materials is necessary from the industrial and health perspectives. In this study, we selected Nelumbo nucifera Gaertner Seed Extract (NSE) and evaluated immune enhancement effect by using RAW 264.7 murine macrophage cells. NSE significantly up-regulated production of nitric oxide and reactive oxygen species without affecting cell viability in RAW 264.7 cells. Additionally, NSE exhibited an increase of inducible nitric oxide synthase and cyclooxygenase-2 expression in RAW 264.7 cells. The enzyme-linked immunesorbent assay results showed that NSE-treatment significantly enhanced production of interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in RAW 264.7 cells. Furthermore, we observed that NSE significantly up-regulated phosphorylation of p65, I kappa B kinase α/β, and I kappa B (IκB) α as well as down-regulation of IκB α expression in RAW 264.7 cells. Our findings indicate that NSE could be the potential health-functional food material with capacity of improving immunity via Nuclear factor-kappa B signaling pathway.

        Recently, Wellbeing industry has been developing rapidly, people seem to be interested aging of the skin and protecting of the skin. Accordingly, it was a chance to increase the skin care service and related industries. As skin-beauticians are increased by that, education and employment for skin care industry have become an important issue. Therefore, to find factors of effective employment for skin-beautician is a very important thing. we have been used the Delphi method in this paper and obtained Value of Coefficient Variation and CVR in Results through the three Delphi surveys. So, we make a conclusion to define the factors of effective employment for skin-beautician supporting the skin care education and industry.

      • 지방 대도시 여성 청년의 도시생활 만족도 영향요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to study the factors affecting the satisfaction of urban life among young women living in Daegu based on the results of the Daegu Metropolitan City social survey. Multiple regression analysis was conducted by setting education, labor, income consumption, residential transportation, environment, sedentary consciousness, welfare, culture and leisure as independent variables and city life satisfaction as dependent variables. As a result of analyzing urban life satisfaction for young women living in Daegu Metropolitan City, first, out of 21 independent variables, 16 variables were analyzed to be significant, and among them, 12 independent variables such as public transportation satisfaction were the dependent variables. It was found to have a positive effect on life satisfaction. On the other hand, four independent variables such as medical service satisfaction were found to have negative influence. Second, among the factors influencing positive, the factors that had the greatest influence on city life satisfaction were in the order of cultural and sports facility use satisfaction, health status satisfaction, family relationship satisfaction, and social life satisfaction. Among the factors influencing positive, the factors that had the least influence on urban life satisfaction were social welfare service satisfaction, community consciousness, and Daegu citizens self-esteem in that order. Third, among the factors influencing negative, the factor that had the greatest influence on city life satisfaction was found to be medical service satisfaction. Among the factors influencing negative, the factor that had the least influence on city life satisfaction was social discrimination consciousness.

        초등학교 아동의 리듬운동 목적과 내용에 관한 연구

        This thesis is studied for the purpose of rhythm activity in relation of expression activity, is arranged for the education contents of rhythm activity, the purpose of this study is to clarify education province of rhythm activity in activity education contents. Rhythm activity and expression activity have the same purpose to conduct the psychomotor, cognitive, affective effectiveness in process of activity education finally, basically is concentrated in creative human upbringing. And the purpose of rhythm activity and expression activity can be distinguished individually and directively. Rhythm activity has two purpose, which is `the improvement of individual physical rhythm` and which is `the improvement of physical rhythm for the means of expression activity ability improvement`. Expression activity has the purpose of themselves, which have `a variety in creative activity of physical and mind`, `individual physical expression ability improvement`, and `impression ability improvement of movement beauty`. The Education contents according to the purpose, can be summerised has next. The rhythmic physical improvement according music and rhythmic physical improvement through rhythmic activity attemptation, can be included the improvement of individual physical rhythm for the individual purpose. The former is learning method of activity according to Rhythm. The letter is leading program in which students themselves can freely create rhythmic activity according to various attemptation. The rhythmic activity education to improve expression activity ability is another purpose of rhythmic activity education, which have contents `rhythmic physical improvement by sensual stimulus` and `freely rhythmic activity improvement according to emotion`. Above two contents are means to do expression activity easily rather than to improve fure rhythmic physical activity.

        경험유무에 따른 초등학생 부모들의 댄스스포츠에 대한 태도

        The primary school student` parents having dance sports experience showed more positive response in aspect of dance sports perception, dance sports emotion, and dance sports behavior. The unexperienced primary school student` parents showed a little negative response. The followings are noted in detail questions. first, the primary school student` parents take a positive attitude of including the dance sports in regular school education. second, the parents give their approval to present `dance sports` in `their children`s athletic meeting day`. third, the dance sports experienced parents pointed that dance sports is very helpful to improve the physical rhythm in an aspect of perception.

        움직임교육에서의 리듬에 관한 고찰

        According to importance of rhythm education in movement education, researchers have studied the meaning of the rhythm, the purpose of rhythm education and the goal of the music education which are principle in movement education. The rhythm education is a kind of education method to improve a creative rhythm ability in using the time of sound. The rhythm education in movement is a kind of education method to be able to make personal feeling and emotion to his own special sense movement. researchers have been interested in visible movement`s quality and quantity (level, strength, direction, accent, flow) and, researchers have been using them to energetic movement in accordance with the personal creative ability. This kind of rhythm education activity in movement education, is basically not only to improve the technical ability in rhythm movement but also to upbring whole man and creative man in measuring of psychological, emotional, sociological, physical side. Through the ordered spacial movement, or the ordered sound and the sound internalization, the rhythm education in movement is one education area to improve experimental ability of various, creative rhythm movement. And the rhythm education in movement is a domain to complete whole personality in the process of the movement.

        모싯잎 가루를 첨가한 찰보리 찐빵의 항산화 활성, 이화학적 특성 및 관능적 품질 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에 의하면 보리와 모싯잎을 첨가하여 찐빵을 제조하여 관능검사와 기계적 측정을 확인하여 기능성 식품개발과 보리 이용의 효율성 증대를 모색하였다. 기능성 식품인 찰보리와 모싯잎 가루의 항산화성을 알아보기 위하여 모싯잎 가루를 첨가한 보리찐빵의 DPPH 라디컬 소거능, 총 폴리페놀 함량을 측정하여 항산화 활성을 알아보았다. 찐빵의 총 폴리페놀 함량의 결과는 모시 찰보리 찐빵은 찰보리 찐빵보다 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 이는 보리와 찰보리의 시너지 효과로 보인다. 색도 측정을 한 결과, L값은 밀찐빵이 가장 높았고, 찰보리 찐빵이 가장 낮았다. a값은 모시 찰보리 찐빵이 유의적으로 그룹간에서 가장 낮았고(p<0.05), 찰보리 찐빵이 가장 높았다. b값은 모시 찰보리 찐빵이 16.18로 가장 높았고, 찰보리 찐빵이 가장 낮았다. 물리적 특성을 측정한 결과, 밀찐빵에 비해 찰보리 찐빵과 모시 찰보리 찐빵 간에는 경도가 높고, 찰보리 찐빵과 모시 찰보리 찐빵 간에는 경도 차이는 유의적으로 나타나지 않았으며, 탄성력이 모시 찰보리 진빵이 높았고, 부착성이 월등이 낮음을 관찰할 수 있었다. 모싯잎을 첨가한 찰보리 찐빵의 관능검사 결과, 색, 향미, 맛, 촉촉함, 씹힘성, 전반적인 기호도를 알아보았다. 전반적인 기호도는 모시 찰보리 찐빵이 유의적으로 가장 높았으며, 찰보리 찐빵과 대조군(밀찐빵) 간에는 유의성이 없었다. 이상의 관능검사 결과를 보면 모싯잎을 첨가한 밀가루와 보리가루의 비율이 7:3인 찰보리 찐빵이 가장 높은 관능평가를 받은 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 모싯잎을 첨가한 찰보리 찐빵은 높은 항산화 활성뿐만 아니라, 품질 특성을 향상시켰고, 기호도를 증가시켰다. 본 연구는 이러한 기초자료를 바탕으로 찰보리와 모싯잎을 함께 첨가하여 사용하는 것이 식품의 품질 특성 및 기능성을 높이는데 공헌을 할 것으로 생각된다. Increased consumption of a polysaccharide, ${\beta}$-glucans, in foods may prevent health related problems such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. ${\beta}$-glucans is a fibrous polysaccharide having proven both functional and medicinal properties. Recently, the FDA recommends the consumption of oat or oat products containing a total of at least 3 grams of bea-glucans per day for health improvement. The content of ${\beta}$-glucans in barley was almost four times higher than that in oat. In this study, the physicochemical and sensory characteristics and biological properties of steamed barley bread added with ramie leaf powder was investigated. The study of sensory characteristics was performed using the Quantitative Descriptive Analysis (QDA). 30 panelists were selected among our university students. They then evaluated the different sensory characteristics, such as overall preference, color, flavor, chewiness, moistness and taste. The color and texture analyses were determined using a colorimeter and texture analyser, respectively. In the sensory, color and texture evaluation, barley bread with ramie leaf showed higher values than barley bread and wheat bread did. The physiological activities were investigated through the total phenol content and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging activity. Hence, barley appears to be a suitable food resource for making bread. This study suggests that barley bread added with ramie leaf can be used as one of the processing methods in promoting the consumption of barley. It might also help with the improvement of barley food industry.
