The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between me and my mother through ontological exploration in order to explain existence, and to examine the therapeutic experience in the process of creating a picture book. The subjects of the study were ‘I’, the researcher, and her mother. The study was conducted over a period of 10 months and had meetings with the mother once a week through daily life and drawing as a medium. We examine the direction, purpose, nature, content, and method of the meeting between me, the researcher, and my mother, and draw appropriate pictures to capture the four modes of existence composition of ontological inquiry: narrative, conversation, exploratory, and practicality. After repeating the process of selection and story composition, collecting and interpreting, 40 of my paintings and 14 of my mother's paintings were completed as a picture book. In the process of meeting my mother, I was able to draw pictures of the true emotions I felt inside me at every moment, reconstruct my integrated life story into a picture book, and have the opportunity for self-understanding, reflection, and healing. There are various methods and studies on art therapy, but in my research, I experienced art therapeutic effects through the process of drawing pictures. Additionally, by trusting art therapy through therapeutic experience, I was able to discover the value of the uniqueness of art therapy.

Purpose : This study aimed to identify nurses' job satisfaction, patients' satisfaction, and direct nursing time according to the change in grade of nursing management fee. Methods : Descriptive design was used in this study. Nurses (n = 200) and patients (n = 200) were recruited from one university hospital in Busan. Four aspects were measured: direct nursing time, overtime, nurses' job satisfaction, and patients' satisfaction. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2-tests$, and t-tests. Results : There was a significant difference in patient satisfaction (t = -2.09, p = .038) and direct nursing time (t = -4.77, p < .001) when the nurse staffing grade was changed from the level two to the level one. Conclusion : The findings from this study showed that a higher nurse-to-patient ratio can provide a greater amount of direct nursing time for individual patients and increase patient satisfaction.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) bundle. Methods: This was a retrospective study that was carried out between June 2010 and October 2015. In this study, 3,224 intubated patients were included. The VAP bundle which was applied to Group 1 patients (n=470) included head-of-bed elevation to 30 degrees, cuff pressure monitorization, prophylaxis of peptic ulcer, and prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis. The VAP bundle for Group 2 patients (n=1,914) included all the elements of the VAP bundle for Group 1 patients and one additional element which was oral care with 0.12% chlorhexidine. The VAP bundle for Group 3 patients (n=870) added sedative interruption and assessment of readiness to extubate to the VAP bundle for Group 2. Results: The numbers and incidences of VAP were significantly different among the three groups. Moreover, there were significant differences among groups in ICU length of stay and mortality. Conclusion: Three different VAP prevention bundles made different effects in patient outcomes.
유아의 학습준비도와 사회적 유능감 간의 관계에서 또래 놀이행동의 매개효과

본 연구는 유아의 학습준비도와 사회적 유능감 간의 관계에서 또래 놀이행동의 매개효과를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 2014년에 수집된 육아정책연구소의 한국아동패널 7차 연도에 참여한만 5세 유아 총 1,203명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 Pearson 상관분석과 Baron과Kenny(1986)의 3단계 회귀분석을 통해 검증되었다. 본 연구 분석 결과, 첫째, 유아의 학습준비도, 또래 놀이행동, 사회적 유능감 간에 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 학습준비도가 사회적 유능감에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 또래 놀이행동이 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 유아의 사회적 유능감을 향상하기 위해 학습준비도의 증진과 긍정적인 또래 놀이행동의 경험이 중요함을 시사한다. 따라서 본 연구는 유아의 사회적 유능감의 증진을 위한 교육적 실천 방안을 모색하는 데 의미 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 본다. This investigates the mediating effects of peer play behavior on the relationship between young children’s school readiness and social competence. For this purpose, this study considered 1203 five-year-old participants in the seventh year of the Korean Children’s Panel of the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education, collected in 2014. The collected data were verified by Pearson’s correlation analysis and Baron and Kenny’s(1986) three-step regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. This study indicates the following: first, there was a significant positive correlation among young children’s school readiness, peer play behavior, and social competence. Second, young children’s school readiness had a significant effect on social competence, while peer play behavior had a partial mediating effect. This suggests that to improve young children’s social competence, it is important to improve their school readiness and experience positive peer play behavior. Therefore, this study is expected to be used as meaningful basic data for seeking educational practice measures to promote young children’s social competence.
유아교육과 신입생의 학업적 자기효능감과 대인관계능력이 전공 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 대학생활 적응력을 매개로 -

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육과 신입생의 학업적 자기효능감과 대인관계능력이 전공 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 대학생활 적응력의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적에 따라 전국의 유아교육과 신입생 541명을 대상으로 학업적 자기효능감, 대인관계능력, 전공 만족도, 대학생활 적응력에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계와, 상관분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조모형 방정식 모형을 통한 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교육과 신입생의 학업적 자기효능감, 대인관계능력, 대학생활 적응력, 전공 만족도 간에 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교육과 신입생의 학업적 자기효능감은 대인관계능력, 대학생활 적응력과 전공 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교육과 신입생의 학업적 자기효능감과 대인관게능력은 대학생활 적응력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 학업적 자기효능감과 전공 만족도 간의 관계에서 대학생활 적응력이 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 대인관계능력과 전공 만족도 간의 관계에서 대학생활 적응력이 완전 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다.

在由朝鮮中期到後期過度的轉換過程中, 生活在同一時代的尹拯和朴世堂作爲西人少論幷具有共同的政治性意圖的兩人, 他們相對的幷沒有局限于朱子學的敎條主義, 一方面以開放的態度幷表現出比起`名`來更重視`實`的思想特性. 但是這兩位出于學問的淵源和師承關係, 以及對于官職, 著述, 異端思想等的不同態度而展現出了廓然不同的形態. 後代對于他們的評價中說, 尹拯是比較性的對朱子性理學進行繼承的儒學者, 령外評价朴世堂是反朱子學者或脫朱子學者. 這兩個人通過往復書信來對格物說進行了論辯. 該論辯作爲所能了解到的表現二人直接思想的差異的唯一的資料. 本論文是通過對此格物論辨所進行的分析和比較從而對以二人的學問和生活態度這一異質的側面來如何反映格物說所進行的考察, 幷以明確尹拯和朴世堂的格物說的差異点爲目的而進行了展開. 尹拯和朴世堂通過格物論辯所相互表現出的不同立場如下. 在朴世堂對朱子的格物致知說進行過分超越以及高遠批判的反面, 尹拯對朱子的格物致知說進行了積極的支持和辯論. 尹拯以朱子的理一分殊說爲根據, 認可超越個體事物的理的普遍先驗的理(理一)的存在, 把通過卽物而窮其理繼而豁然貫通從而完全到達認識超越普遍的理一的境地這一環節稱之爲格物. 但是朴世堂幷沒有把重点放在朱子的理一分殊, 而是認爲每個個別事物都內在有個別事物的特殊法則(則), 幷主張對這些個別事物法則進行認識幷且以符合個別事物的法則爲標准所進行的正確的成就過程就是格物. 也就是說尹拯的格物局限于對理進行認識的知, 朴世堂的格物則包括了`認識事物法則的知`和`以符合個別事物的法則爲標准所進行的正確成就的行`. 尹拯相對的來說重視形而上的普遍原理, 與之相反朴世堂重視的是形而下的經驗的現實世界. 這樣關于格物說的局限角度來看, 尹拯對朱子的性理學進行繼承的反面, 將朴世堂評价爲`反朱子學者`或`脫朱子學者`的後代評價可以說從某種程度上是具有一定的妥當性.
