중소기업 조직공정성과 IT지원이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 연구 -지식활용 및 탐색 중심으로-

본 연구는 혁신적인 업무수행을 위한 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾기 위해 중소기업 직원들이 지각하는 조직공정성과 차별화된 IT지원이 지식활용 및 탐색을 통하여 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 중소기업 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종 239부의 설문을 분석하여 SPSS 22.0과 PLS 3.0을 사용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 조직공정성과 IT지원은 지식활용 및 탐색에 긍정적인 영향으로 나타났고, 지식활용 및 탐색은 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 본 연구를 통하여 조직공정성이 지식활용 및 지식탐색에 영향을 미치는 이론적 토대를 마련하였고, 중소기업의 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 조직공정성과 IT지원이라는 두 변수의 종합적인 분석을 통하여 기업의 경쟁력을 높이는 이론적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 향후 연구에서는 혁신행동으로 인한 성과부분과 관련한 다양한 변수를 활용한 연구가 필요하다. In order to find the factors that influence behaviors for innovative work performance, this study tried to examine the relationship between organizational justice perceived by SME employees and IT support for differentiation on innovative behavior through knowledge exploitation and exploration. A survey was conducted on employees of SME, and the research hypothesis was verified using SPSS 22.0 and PLS 3.0 by analyzing the final 239 copies. As a result of the study, organizational justice and IT support showed a positive effect on knowledge exploitation and exploration, and knowledge exploitation and exploration had a positive effect on innovation behavior. Through this study, the theoretical foundation for organizational justice to influence knowledge exploitation and main search was established and the theoretical and practical implications for enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise were presented through a comprehensive analysis of the two variables, organizational justice and IT support, which affect the innovation behavior of SMEs. Future research will require to study the performance part due to innovative behavior using various variables.
중소기업 조직공정성과 정보시스템 품질이 흡수역량을 통하여 의사결정의 질에 미치는 영향 연구

본 연구는 급변하는 시장환경에서 기업의 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾기 위해 직원들이 지각한 조직공정성과 정보시스템 품질이 흡수역량을 통하여 의사결정의 질에 미치는 영향 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 중소기업 직원들을 대상으로 239부의 설문데이터를 수집하였고, SPSS 22.0과 PLS 3.0을 사용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 조직공정성과 정보시스템 품질이 흡수역량에 개별적으로 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었고, 흡수역량은 의사결정의 질에 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었다. 본 연구를 통하여 조직공정성과 정보시스템 품질이 흡수역량의 선행요인이 되는 이론적 토대를 마련하였고, 인적자원에 동기부여가 되는 조직공정성과 정보시스템 품질에 대한 종합적인 분석을 통하여 중소기업의 의사결정의 질을 높여 경쟁력을 확보하는 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 향후 연구에서는 정보시스템 품질에 대한 추가적인 연구과 의사결정의 질로 인한 성과부분에 다양한 연구가 필요하다. This study tries to examine the impact relationship between the organizational justice perceived by the employees and the information system quality on the decision quality through absorption capabilities in order to find the factors that influences the corporate decision making in the rapidly changing market environment. With regards to this, 239 copies of survey data were collected subjecting the employees of the SMEs, and the hypothesis of this study was verified using SPSS 22.0 and PLS 3.0. As the result of the study, the organizational justice and information system quality has individually shown a positive (+) effect on the absorption capability, and the absorption capability has shown positive (+) effect on the decision quality. Through this study, a theological foundation for the organizational justice and information system quality was prepared as a prerequisite for the absorption capacity, and this study targets to suggest a theological and practical implications which secures the competitiveness by increasing the decision quality of the SMEs through comprehensive analysis of the organizational justice and information system quality which motivates the human resource. Future study requires additional research regarding the information system quality and finds various studies on the performance part due to necesssary decision quality.

Purpose: This study was undertaken to obtain the basic data on the spouses‘ stress and adaptation caring their wives affected by gynecological cancer. In addition, moderating variables for adaptation, family resource and situational definition, were also investigated. Method: This study was descriptive survey research work by questionnaire on the 71 spouses hospitalized in an university hospital located on Gwangju from Sep. 2001 to Oct. 2002. Results: The mean score of stress was 2.27, and the mean score of adaptation was 3.12. The correlation between stress and adaptation was significant (r = -.692, p = .000). The adaptation score of high stress group with high family resource was higher (p = .041) than the group with low family resource. The adaptation score of high stress group with high situational definition was higher (p = .033) than the group with low situational definition. Conclusion: This study showed that the spouses experienced a similar level of stress compared with the level of families with other type of cancer. This study also showed that the stress and adaptation levels were different depending upon the family resource and situational definition. This aspect should be considered for the development of nursing intervention program for the spouse of patients with gynecological cancer.
IT 역량만으로 인력 민첩성 성과를 개선할 수 있을까?

현재 기업조직은 역동적인 환경변화에 대응하기 위해 조직 민첩성을 제고하고 다양한 형태의 전략적 방안을 채택하고 있다. 1990년대에는 제조부문을 중심으로, IT를 기반으로 하는 FMS를 구축하면서 IT 역량이 중요한 전략 대안이었고, 2000년대를 지나면서 기업들은 제조 부문의 민첩성도 결국에는 인력 민첩성을 바탕으로 하고 있음을 인식하게 되었다. 인력 민첩성을 높이기 위해서 IT 역량이 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다고 하는 견해에 대해서, 민첩성을 높이는 동시에 경직성을 초래할 수 있다는 상반된 관점이 존재하고 있음이 밝혀지고 있다. 본 연구는 IT 역량만으로 인력 민첩성 성과를 높일 수 있는가에 대해서 실증분석을 통해 검정하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 인력 민첩성을 높이는 대안으로서의 IT 역량은 필요조건이기는 하지만 충분조건이 아니라는 관점에서 연구를 설계하였다. 200개 전국 중소 및 중견기업을 대상으로 조사한 결과, IT 역량만으로 인력 민첩성 성과를 거둘 수는 없고, 유기적 조직구조를 갖추고 협업과 심리적 엠파워먼트를 실행하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 확인하였다. Currently, corporate organizations are adopting various types of strategic measures to enhance organizational agility in response to dynamic environmental changes. In the 1990s, IT capability was an important strategic alternative to establishing an IT-based FMS centered on the manufacturing sector, and after the 2000s, companies recognized that the agility of the manufacturing sector was also based on manpower agility. In this situation, it has been revealed that there are conflicting views that IT capabilities play an important role in increasing workforce agility while increasing organizational rigidity. The purpose of this study is to test whether the performance of workforce agility can be improved only with IT capabilities through empirical analysis. The research was designed from the perspective that IT capability as an alternative to increasing manpower agility is a necessary condition, but not a sufficient condition. As a result of a survey of 200 small and medium-sized companies nationwide, it was confirmed that IT capabilities alone cannot achieve workforce agility, and it is important to have an organic organizational structure and implement collaboration and psychological empowerment, simultaneously.
CFRP 각관 드릴 결함을 억제하는 내부지지 지그 개발

To prevent burr and delamination defects that occur when drilling CFRP square pipes used in UAM aircraft fuselages, we developed an internal backup jig, with the burr area and delamination factors compared with a control group (with five holes drilled) and an experimental group. The experiments confirmed that delamination and burr occurrence reduced when the jig returned to the inside of the square pipe. The delamination factor decreased from 2.35 to 1.03, and the burr area factor decreased from 13.3% to 1.5% at the exit of the drill hole after applying the developed internal backup jig, thus highlighting its effectiveness in suppressing defects inside difficult-to-repair square pipes.
