자폐 범주성 장애 아동의 인지발달 향상을 위한 키넥트 기반 기능성 게임 개발

본 논문에서는 자폐 범주성 장애 아동의 인지발달 향상을 위해서 키넥트 기반 기능성 게임을 제시한다. 하드웨어는 자폐 범주성 아동이 자연스러운 인터랙션을 할 수 있도록 움직임 인식 센서인 키넥트(Kinect)와 아동의 신체운동 능력 향상을 위한 컨트롤러로 구성된다. 소프트웨어는 자폐 범주성 아동의 인지발달 요인 중 시운동, 시지각 요인을 복합적으로 반영하기 위해 여러 스테이지로 구성되며, 각 요인을 점진적으로 발달시키기 위해서 다양한 레벨을 가지게 된다. 게임 사용 후 자폐 범주성 장애 아동의 인지발달 향상을 확인해보기 위해서 DTPV-2를 제안해본다. We introduce a serious game for improving the cognitive development in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The hardware of the game consists of a Kinect, a motion capture sensor, which enables interact with ASD children naturally, and a controller to enhance their ability to exercise. The game has several stages which are envolved with visual motor and visual perception components for cognitive development, and various difficulty levels which make it possible to improve each ability progressively. Finally, we suggest DTPV-2 evaluation method to test how much the cognitive development in children with ASD is improved after their using the game.
외식기업의 스포츠 스폰서십 활동이 스폰서 기업의 이미지, 인지도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of sport sponsorship activities on brand image, brand awareness and purchase intention. This study set 424 spectators of customers who experienced sport sponsorship activities of food and beverage company as it’s study on convenience sampling, and used 374 questionnaires excepting 50 inappropriate copies. This research carried out frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis using SPSS 18.0. To verify the hypothesis this study used confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis and multi group analysis using AMOS 18.0. The results of the study are as followed: First, only communication activities and activities contributing to events among sport sponsorship activities had a significant positive influence on brand image and brand awareness. Second, Brand image and brand awareness had a significant positive influence on purchase intention. Third, partially moderating effect of the team identification among variables were found. The findings were suggested in practical and scientifical aspect of food and beverage business. The limits of the study and the recommendation of future studies were discussed.

TNumerical simulations of the supersonic impinging jet flows are carried out using the 3D Navier-Stokes code. This paper is focuses on the unsteady flow features associated with stagnation hubbies and other oscillatory behavior. The 3D code was validated by reproducing the results of Lamont's experiments. Computation is carried out for the cases in which the unsteadiness of the plate shock has been observed experimentally. The computational results confirm the oscillatory feature in several ㎑. Unsteady calculation with algebraic turbulence model is also performed. It is found that the laminar and turbulent results have some discrepancy in the transient period. However, hath of them reveal the oscillatory behavior with similar frequency.<br/>

비만세포 (Mast cell) 과렵 염색을 위한 Giemsa 염색액의 적정 pH 연구

This study was conducted to find out the optimal pH of Giemsa stain for the demonstration of mast cell granules. Various buffers from pH 4.0 to pfl 9.0 were used. Sections were treated for 30 minutes with a mixture of buffer 30 ml and stock Giemsa solution 1 mi. After washing with distilled water, decolorization is performed with absolute ethanol for 20 seconds and clear in xylene 3 steps, and mount in a canada balsam. The results are that mast cell granules were stained red and nuclei were blue, collagen fibers were pink to light-blue in all pH solutions. The best results were obtained at pH 7.0-8.0 solutions and the more increaed pH solution were used the more intensity stain result were obtained.
