        레스토; 다초점 인공수정체 삽입술 후 잔여굴절이상에 대한 레이저 굴절교정수술 효과

        Purpose: To evaluate the clinical effects of excimer laser refractive surgery on eyes with residual refractive error after implantation of ReSTOR<sup>? multifocal intraocular lenses. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 10 eyes of 6 patients who had undergone cataract surgery with implantation of multifocal intraocular lenses. Photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) (5 eyes) and laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) (5 eyes) was performed on 10 eyes with residual refractive error. Results: After cataract surgery and before laser surgery, the mean spherical equivalent (SE) was -0.34 ± 0.89 D and the mean astigmatism was 2.08 ± 0.55 D. Six months after laser surgery, the mean SE was -0.33 ± 0.30 D (p = 0.354) and the mean astigmatism was 0.23 ± 0.28 D. The changes in astigmatism between paired preoperative and postoperative values were statistically significant (p < 0.0001). At 6 months after surgery, uncorrected distance visual acuity significantly improved to 0.11 ± 0.10 (log MAR) (p < 0.0001) There were no significant changes in the best corrected distance visual acuity and uncorrected near visual acuity (p = 0.073, p = 0.100). Conclusions: On the basis of predictability and stability, excimer laser surgery appears to be a clinically useful procedure to correct residual refractive error after implantation of ReSTOR<sup>? multifocal intraocular lenses.

        담도 폐쇄로 인한 담도염 환자에 있어서의 담즙 내 세균에 대한 연구

        N/A has been focused on the Enterococcus due to increasing in incidence of nosocomial infection and resistance to broad range of antimicrobial agents of this organism The purpose of this study was to analyse the bacteriologic features of bile in patients with cholangitis. Methods : Bacteriological examination was made of bile from 356 patients with cholangitis due to biliary tract obstruction, 105 of them with common bile duct stone and 251 of them with malignant disease. Bile specimens were taken during percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage. The specimens were cultured aerobically and anaerobically and then the anti- biotic sensitivity test was done. Results: The overall positive culture rates was 81.4%. There was significant difference in positive culture rates between the patients with common bile duct stone and the patients with malignant disease,(88.5% vs 78.4%, p<0.05) But there was no significant difference in bacteriological features between the patients with common bile duct stone and the patients with malignant disease. The commonly isolated organisms were Enterococcus (21.6%), E.coli(19.7%), and Klebsiella(17.2%) respectively. The isolation rate of anaerobes were only 2%. The rate of polymicrobial infection was 78.1%. The rates of 3rd cephalosporins-resistant Klebsiella were over 30%. The rate of ampicillin-resistant Enterococcus was 35%. The rate of gentamicin-resistant Enterococcus was 28%. Conclusion : This study shows that 1) many micro- organisms have resistance to a broad range of antimicrobial agents, and 2) the antibiotic coverage against Enterococcus should be considered for the treatment of cholangitis due to the increasing tendency to Enterococcus infection.

      • 초음속 충돌 제트에 대한 비정상 유동 해석

        TNumerical simulations of the supersonic impinging jet flows are carried out using the 3D Navier-Stokes code. This paper is focuses on the unsteady flow features associated with stagnation hubbies and other oscillatory behavior. The 3D code was validated by reproducing the results of Lamont's experiments. Computation is carried out for the cases in which the unsteadiness of the plate shock has been observed experimentally. The computational results confirm the oscillatory feature in several ㎑. Unsteady calculation with algebraic turbulence model is also performed. It is found that the laminar and turbulent results have some discrepancy in the transient period. However, hath of them reveal the oscillatory behavior with similar frequency.<br/>

        본 논문에서는 자폐 범주성 장애 아동의 인지발달 향상을 위해서 키넥트 기반 기능성 게임을 제시한다. 하드웨어는 자폐 범주성 아동이 자연스러운 인터랙션을 할 수 있도록 움직임 인식 센서인 키넥트(Kinect)와 아동의 신체운동 능력 향상을 위한 컨트롤러로 구성된다. 소프트웨어는 자폐 범주성 아동의 인지발달 요인 중 시운동, 시지각 요인을 복합적으로 반영하기 위해 여러 스테이지로 구성되며, 각 요인을 점진적으로 발달시키기 위해서 다양한 레벨을 가지게 된다. 게임 사용 후 자폐 범주성 장애 아동의 인지발달 향상을 확인해보기 위해서 DTPV-2를 제안해본다. We introduce a serious game for improving the cognitive development in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The hardware of the game consists of a Kinect, a motion capture sensor, which enables interact with ASD children naturally, and a controller to enhance their ability to exercise. The game has several stages which are envolved with visual motor and visual perception components for cognitive development, and various difficulty levels which make it possible to improve each ability progressively. Finally, we suggest DTPV-2 evaluation method to test how much the cognitive development in children with ASD is improved after their using the game.

        N/A Objectives: Colorectal polyps play an integral role in the development of colon cancer. The prevalence of colorectal polyps in Korea was reported to be 5-12%. However, these results were obtained from retrospective studies, in which the subjects were symptomatic patients. Therefore, we performed a prospective study in asymptomatic Korean adults to determine the prevalence, characteristics, and risk factors of colorectal polyps. Methods Flexible sigmoidoscopy was done during the period between August 1994 to November 1995 in 2,985 aymptomatic individuals who visited Samsung Medical Center for health check-ups. Results : 1) Polyps were found in 590 subjects (20.4%) out of 2,985 individuals. The prevalence rate increased with age. 2) In histologic findings of colorectal polyps, there were 369 cases (45.8%) of adenomatous polyps, 245 cases (30.4%) of hyperplastic polyps and 5 cases of carcinomas. 3) Moderate to severe dysplasia was found in 15.4% of adenomatous polyps and the grade of dysplasia increased with polyp size. 4) The prevalence rate of polyps increased according to obesity, blood cholesterol and triglyceride level, the frequency of alcohol consumption and the amount of smoking in cases. Conclusions: Screening by sigmoidoscopy is considered to be beneficial for detection of colorectal polyps in asymptomatic Korean adults, especially in individuals with risk factors such as obesity, heavy smoking and alcohol consumption.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of sport sponsorship activities on brand image, brand awareness and purchase intention. This study set 424 spectators of customers who experienced sport sponsorship activities of food and beverage company as it’s study on convenience sampling, and used 374 questionnaires excepting 50 inappropriate copies. This research carried out frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis using SPSS 18.0. To verify the hypothesis this study used confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis and multi group analysis using AMOS 18.0. The results of the study are as followed: First, only communication activities and activities contributing to events among sport sponsorship activities had a significant positive influence on brand image and brand awareness. Second, Brand image and brand awareness had a significant positive influence on purchase intention. Third, partially moderating effect of the team identification among variables were found. The findings were suggested in practical and scientifical aspect of food and beverage business. The limits of the study and the recommendation of future studies were discussed.

        초·중등 수송 기술 교육 관련 연구 동향 분석

        이 연구의 목적은 초․중등 수송 기술 교육에 관련된 연구 논문을 수집 및 분석하여 연구 동향을 파악하고, 향후 연구가 필요한 분야와 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 ‘연구 시기’, ‘연구 대상’, ‘연구 주제’, ‘연구 방법’, ‘연구자 특성’ 의 5개 항목으로 관련 논문을 분석하였으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수송 기술 교육 관련 연구는 2002년부터 2022년 2월까지 총 81편의 연구가 이루어졌는데, 이는 생명 기술이나 발명 등 다른 분야에 비해 연구물이 적은 편이다. 둘째, 수송 기술 교육 관련 연구는 주로 초·중·고등학생과 문헌을 대상으로 이루어졌으며, 교사 및 예비 교사를 대상으로 이루어진 연구는 부족한 편이다. 셋째, 수송 기술 교육 관련 연구의 주제는 교수·학습 자료 개발과 교육과정, 교과서가 대부분이었고 교육 평가, 시설 및 설비, 태도와 인식, 교육 철학에 대한 연구는 저조하였다. 교수·학습 자료 개발의 하위 주제를 살펴보면 육상 수송 기술과 신재생에너지에 관한 연구가 많았고 해상 수송 기술과 우주항공 수송 기술, 동력 기관에 관한 연구는 비교적 적은 편이었다. 넷째, 수송 기술 교육 관련 연구의 방법은 문헌 연구와 양적 연구가 대부분이었다. 혼합 연구가 수행된 논문도 일부 있었지만 질적 연구를 활용한 논문은 전무하였다. 다섯째, 수송 기술 교육 관련 연구는 단독 연구자에 의한 논문이 가장 많았으며 2인이 연구한 논문이 그 뒤를 이었다. 연구자는 관련학과 교수와 현직 교사가 대부분이었으며 연구소 소속은 매우 적었고 산업 현장의 전문가는 전무하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 향후 초·중등 수송 기술 교육 연구에서는 연구 대상, 연구 주제, 연구 방법의 측면에서 다양성을 추구하여 수송 기술 교육의 개선을 도모해야 할 것이다. 또 급변하는 기술 발전을 반영하기 위해 산업 현장의 전문가, 교사, 교수 등 다양한 연구자가 함께 연구를 이어나갈 필요가 있을 것이다. 나아가 2022 개정 교육과정이 추후 확정되어 개정·고시되면 이 연구의 결과를 토대로 새로운 교육과정에서 수송 기술 교육 연구는 어떤 방향으로 이루어져야 할지 고민할 필요도 있을 것이다. This research is aimed at collecting and analyzing research papers on transportation technology education in elementary and secondary schools, to analyze research trends, and to present the fields that require research in the future and the directions of such researches. The results were as follows: First, a total of 81 researches on transportation technology education were conducted from 2002 to February 2022, which indicated that the outcomes were less than those in biotechnology, invention, and other fields. Second, the research on transportation technology education was carried out on both elementary, middle and high school students, and literature. Meanwhile, less research was conducted on teachers and pre-service teachers. Third, the research was fully conducted on the development of teaching and learning materials, curriculums, and textbooks as its theme, but was poorly conducted on educational evaluation, facility and equipment, attitude and perception, and educational philosophy. Fourth, the research extensively employed literature reviews and quantitative research. Some papers used mixed-method research; however, no paper utilized qualitative research. Fifth, in the research on transportation technology education, most papers were compiled solely by one researcher, and then followed by two researchers. Researchers engaged fully with the relevant department professors and in-service teachers. Based on the above results, more research on transportation technology education in elementary and secondary schools is needed to improve the education on transportation technology by enhancing diversity in the aspects of research subject, theme, and methods. To reflect rapid advances in technology, it is also necessary to continue conducting research along with various researchers, such as professionals in industrial sites, teachers, professors, etc.

      • 자폐스펙트럼장애를 가진 청소년을 위한 챗봇 기반의 자기 관리 프로그램 개발 연구

        본 연구에서는 자폐스펙트럼장애 청소년이 사춘기에 나타나는 변화에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 방안으로 제시되는 자기관리전략을 스마트폰 기반의 챗봇프로그램으로 구현하고, 챗봇 제작을 위한 디자인 고려사항 제시를 목표로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 5 명의 자폐스펙트럼장애 청소년, 5 명의 보호자, 4 명의 전문가를 대상으로 제작한 챗봇 프로토타입에 대한 그룹 인터뷰를 진행하고, 자폐스펙트럼장애 청소년이 일주일간 챗봇 프로토타입을 사용하는 파일럿 스터디를 진행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 챗봇프로토타입은 위생 및 용모 관리, 사회적 기술 훈련, 목소리 조절 등의 다양한 행동 영역에서 자폐스펙트럼장애 청소년의 자기관리능력을 증진할 수 있으며, 자녀-보호자 간의 의사소통을 촉진하는데 기여할 수 있다는 점을 확인하였다.
