Strong Absorption of Cations into a Cation Exchange Resin in Concentrated HClO$_4$

The absorptions of Fe(Ⅲ), Tb(Ⅲ), Tl(Ⅰ), Ce(Ⅲ), Th(Ⅳ), and $UO_2^{2+}$ ions into the Dowex 50W-X2, 100-200 mesh resin were investigated by spectrophotometry to understand the abnormal strong absorption behavior of cations to cation exchange resins in concentrated HClO4. The distribution coefficients increase in the order : Tl(Ⅰ) < Fe(Ⅲ) < Tb(Ⅲ)∼Ce(Ⅲ) < $UO_2^{2+}$< Th(Ⅳ) and the order is interpreted in terms of the ratio of charge-to-ionic radius. The mole ratios of increment of $ClO_4^-$ ion absorption to metal ion absorption showed the same order as the distribution coefficients, which indicates that the electrostatic association between $ClO_4^-$ ion and metal ion plays a major role in the strong absorption.
경도 인지장애 선별에 적용된 이중과제 평가에 대한 체계적 고찰

Purpose: This study aims to systematically review the dual-task evaluation applied to the screening of mild cognitive impairment. It also aims to present various evaluation items and results analysis methods for dual tasks applied to patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods: We conducted a systematic search of published studies in PubMed databases and KISS from January 2000 to August 2020 using the main keywords such as “Dual task,” “Mild Cognitive impairment,” “Elderly,” and “Screening.” We selected a total of 10 studies for the analysis from 1314 searched articles. Results: We analyzed the qualitative level of 10 studies that were nonrandomized two-group studies with evidence level II (100.0%). These results suggest that the evidence level of the studies was high. We analyzed 10 studies and identified 12 motor tasks and 19 cognitive tasks. Walking was the most commonly used evaluation motor task and counting backward by ones and naming animals were the most commonly used evaluation cognitive tasks. Moreover, the velocity speed was the most used result analysis method. The results indicate that there were significant differences in dual-task performance between patients with normal and mild cognitive impairment. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used as a basis for the selection of dual-task evaluation items and methods of analyzing the results for screening mild cognitive impairment. Furthermore, they are expected to be used for research on the development of dual-task evaluation tools. It is necessary to compare and analyze the usage trends of dual-task evaluation by cultural differences in future studies.
수정된 강제 유도 운동치료와 결합된 이중 반구 경두개 직류 자극이 만성 뇌졸중의 팔 기능에 미치는 영향 : 단일 맹검 무작위 통제 시험

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to research the effects of dual-hemisphere transcranial direct current stimulation (dual tDCS) and modified constraint-induced movement therapy (mCIMT) to improve upper extremity motor function after stroke. Methods : The study period was from August 2019 to November 2019, and included 24 patients who met the selection criteria. Participants were divided into 2 groups: dual tDCS and mCIMT, and sham dual tDCS and mCIMT group. Dual tDCS and mCIMT group performed mCIMT immediately after applying dual tDCS for 20 minutes, and sham dual tDCS and mCIMT group performed mCIMT immediately after applying sham tDCS for 20 minutes without turning on the power source. Total interventions were conducted 5 times per week for 4 weeks, and mCIMT was conducted for 30 minutes per session for both experimental and control groups. Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) and Motor Activity Log scale (MAL) were analyzed before and after 4 weeks of intervention. Results : Both experimental and control groups showed significant changes in FMA, Amount of Use (AOU), and Quality of Movement (QOM) of MAL. When the differences between groups was compared using ANCOVA, the experimental group showed a greater improvement in FMA and AOU of MAL than the control group. Conclusion : In order to enhance the effect of improving upper limb function of stroke patients, dual tDCS could be applied to provide more effective treatment in the clinical setting. Further studies will be needed in larger groups of stroke patients, including long-term follow-up, and multi-group comparisons through the establishment of anodal tDCS and mCIMT, cathodal tDCS, and mCIMT groups to clarify the effects of dual tDCS. In addition, research is needed to establish a protocol for tDCS, and this evidence-based intervention protocol is expected to be used in the clinical setting as an interventional method for various purposes.

최근 데이터의 양이 기하급수적으로 증가함에 따라 데이터의 신뢰성에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고품질의 데이터 확보를 위한 방안의 하나로 데이터 품질 관리 프로세스를 제시하고 데이터 품질의 측정, 평가, 성숙 수준 등을 파악할 수 있는 참조 모델을 살펴본다. 제시된 데이터 품질 관리 프로세스는 핵심 프로세스, 지원 프로세스, 조직 프로세스로 구성된다. 또한, 제시된 데이터 품질관리 프로세스 참조 모델의 객관적 검증을 위해 프로세스 평가 모델에 적용한다. 이러한 프로세스 평가 모델을 통해 프로세스의 성숙 수준을 파악할 수 있다.

In HD (Hemodialysis) patients of CRF (Chronic Renal Failure), AVF (arterio venous fistula) operation including arterio venous anastomosis is needed for HD. This abnormal anastomosis makes stenosis or occlusion of anastomotic lesion. Using CFD, we simulated various hemodynamic factors influencing on stenosis or occlusion of vessel in various arterio venous anastomotic feature of AVF (arterio-venous fistula). The result shows that the large anastomosis angle has smaller shear stress that have the advantage for reducing AVF failures.

최근에 메모리 용량이 확대된 태그가 개발되면서 다양한 제품식별코드체계를 사용할 수 있게 되었다. 여기서는 새로 개발된 ISO태그 용량을 수용하면서 ISO의 식별표준을 수용하는 국가물품식별코드 체계를 새롭게 제안하였다. 우선, 물품관리에 필요한 식별코드체계로서 ISO/IEC 15459와 EPC 코드체계를 비교 분석한다. 그리고 ISO/IEC 18000-6C와 EPC 태그 메모리 구조를 비교 분석한다. 이러한 분석을 기반으로 기존에 개발된 RFID기반의 국가물품식별코드를 분석하며 표준화 관점에서 문제점을 제시한다. 그리고 지적된 문제점을 극복하기 위해 ISO/IEC 15459 표준에 적합한 새로운 식별코드체계를 제시한다. 마지막으로 태그 인코딩을 위하여 식별코드체계 관련 데이터를 설계한다. As memory-extended RFID tags are recently developed, various types of item identification structures can be stored in the tags. In this paper, we propose a new national product identifier(NPI) which accepts not only ISO item identification standards but also the memory capacity of ISO tags. First of all, item identification structures of ISO/IEC 15459 and EPC, and memory structures of ISO/IEC 18000-6C and EPC tags are analyzed. Based on these analyses, the NPI currently used is analyzed and its problems are described from the viewpoint of standardization. To overcome the problems, a new NPI structure suitable for ISO/IEC 15459 is proposed. Finally, data related to the NPI is designed for encoding to tags.
