This paper introduces experimental investigates of an accident pattern for the distributing cross linking-polyethylene(XLPE) cable terminations considering product liability(PL) law environment. The influence of defects such as thickness and length decrease of XLPE, an impurity on XLPE and the gap between stress-con of housing and semi-conductor on insulating properties of the termination have been studied. The thickness and length decrease of XLPE decrease ac breakdown strengths. Breakdown traces of XLPE that is damaged by knife displayed ellipse shape. The gap of between stress-con and semiconductor deteriorates dielectric strength of XLPE seriously.

A spalling is defined as the damages of concrete exposed to high temperature during the fire by causing cracks and localized bursting of small pieces of concrete. It is reported that influence of silica fume on concrete spalling and three type of fiber(PP fiber, PP powder and PVA) has an important role in protecting from spalling. The characteristics of fire resistance of high-strength reinforced concrete columns with various concrete strength and various contents of fiber were investigated in this study. In results, the ratio of unstressed residual strength of columns increases as the concrete strength increases and the ratio of unstressed residual strength of columns exposed to fire decreases as the content of fiber increases from 0% to 0.2%.
배전급 케이블 종단부의 결점이 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향

본 논문은 모의된 시공불량에 따른 결점을 가진 배전급 종단부의 전기적인 사고에 대하여 실험적으로 조사한 것을 나타낸다. 실험에 조립형과 열수축형인 두 개의 종단재를 사용하였다. 우리는 시공불량에 따른 모의 결점을 가진 케이블 종단부를 제작하여 교류 및 임펄스 내전압 시험과 같은 절연 특성을 고찰하였다. 두께 감소나 하우징의 스트레스콘과 반도전층 사이의 틈과 같은 결점의 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 절연체의 두께 감소 시 교류 절연파괴 강도는 급격히 감소하였고 이 절연체의 절연파괴 흔적은 타원형으로 나타났다. 스트레스콘과 반도전층 사이의 틈은 절연내력애 매우 나쁜 영향을 주었다. 열수축형에서, 교류 절연파괴 전압은 가열 시간이 짧을 때 낮아졌다. This paper introduces experimental investigates of an electrical accident of the distributing cable termination with simulated a shoddy construction. We prepared two termination kites, one is built-in type, the other is heat contraction type. Also, we manufactured cable termination that have simulated defect by badness construction and investigated their insulation characteristics such as ac (35[㎸], 1[min]) and impulse (95[㎸], 1.2×50[㎲]) withstand test. The influence of defects such as thickness decrease, the gap between stress-con of housing and semiconductor and heating time on insulating properties of the termination have been studied. The thickness decrease of an insulator decreases ac breakdown strength suddenly and the breakdown traces of the insulator that is damaged by knife displayed elliptic shape. The gap of between stress-con and semiconductor deteriorates dielectric strength of insulator seriously. In heat contraction type, the ac breakdown voltage became low when the heating time is short.

This paper proposes a counter structure for low-power single-slope ADC (SSADC) operation of a CMOS Image Sensor (CIS). This work minimized power consumption by tweaking the operation of the LSB flipflop and LSB+1 flipflop. The proposed counter was confirmed to have a power saving effect of 62.5% compared to the conventional counter through simulation. This work is expected to contribute to low-power SSADC design.
