펜타캠을 이용한 섬유주 절제술 전후의 각막 고위수차와 전방계측치의 변화 관찰

Purpose: To evaluate changes in corneal keratometry, high-order aberrations (HOAs), and anterior chamber parameters after trabeculectomy using Pentacam<sup>® (Oculus Inc., Dutenhofen, Germany). Methods: Forty eyes of 40 patients who underwent limbal-based trabeculectomy or fornix-based trabeculectomy between July 2011 and May 2012 were retrospectively reviewed. Intraocular pressure (IOP), corneal keratometry, central corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth, anterior chamber volume, and HOAs were measured using Pentacam<sup>® preoperatively and at 3 months postoperatively. Results: The mean age of patients who underwent trabeculectomy was 58.26 ± 16.28 years. IOP showed significant decrease after surgery in both groups compared to preoperative values (<em>p</em> < 0.05). There were no significant differences in corneal keratometry, anterior chamber depth, anterior chamber volume, central corneal thickness, total root mean square (RMS), trefoil, and coma after surgery (<em>p</em> > 0.05). Conclusions: Postoperative corneal keratometry and anterior chamber parameters did not change significantly compared to preoperative values in glaucoma patients after performing trabeculectomy. Most HOAs that affected quality of vision were not changed in the limbal-based trabeculectomy or fornix-based trabeculectomy. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2014;55(5):662-668
당뇨황반부종에서 베바시주맙 단일주입과 저용량 베바시주맙-트리암시놀론 혼합주입 단기효과 비교

Purpose: To report the effects and intraocular pressure results of intravitreal bevacizumab alone injection compared with intravitreal low-dose bevacizumab combined with low-dose triamcinolone injection in patients with diabetic macular edema. Methods: In total, 40 eyes of 40 patients diagnosed with diabetic macular edema were evaluated. Of these, 20 eyes of 20 patients were injected with intravitreal bevacizumab (1.25 mg/0.05 mL) and 20 eyes of 20 patients were injected with low-dose bevacizumab (0.625 mg/0.025 mL) combined with low-dose triamcinolone (1 mg/0.025 mL). The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), central macular thickness, and intraocular pressure of treated eyes were measured before injection and at 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months after injection. Results: In both the intravitreal bevacizumab and the low-dose bevacizumab combined with low-dose triamcinolone groups, BCVA increased significantly at 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months after injection (<em>p </em>< 0.05). In addition, in both groups, neither intraocular pressure (IOP) nor central macular thickness increased significantly at 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months after injection (<em>p</em> > 0.05). The BCVA, IOP, and central macular thickness (CMT) at 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months after injection showed no significant differences between the intravitreal bevacizumab group and the low-dose bevacizumab combined with low-dose triamcinolone group (<em>p</em> > 0.05). Conclusions: The BCVA of both groups increased significantly, and the CMT of both groups decreased significantly in patients with diabetic macular edema. The injection of low-dose intravitreal bevacizumab combined with low-dose intravitreal triamcinolone may be useful for the treatment of diabetic macular edema. A theoretical and experimental study has been performed to investigate the characteristics of ice-slurry product. By diffusion-controlled model, the possibility of ice slurry has been theoretically anticipated. The water vapor evaporated from the surface of droplets is extracted continuously from the chamber by a vacuum pump. The droplet diameter was measured by silion immersed method. The ice slurry has been obtained by spraying droplets of ethylene-glycol aqueous solution in the chamber where pressure is maintained under the triple point of water. The droplet of which the diameter is $300{\mu}m$, and the initial temperature is $20^{\circ}C$, was changed into ice particle within the chamber of which the height is 1.33m.
서비스 중심의 국가 공간정보 플랫폼 연계 방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 공간정보 서비스 중심의 국가 공간정보 플랫폼 연계 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 공간정보 플랫폼 연계의 필요성에 대해 분석하고, 산 학 연 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 국가 공간정보 플랫폼 연계에 대한 문제점을 파악하였다. 이를 토대로 효율적인 공간정보 서비스 제공을 위한 Single Point Access 플랫폼 연계 모델과 이를 구현하기 위한 기술과 정책 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 공간정보 중심의 플랫폼 정부 구현, 국가 공간정보 플랫폼 개발에 대한 정책 방향 수립 및 국가 정보화 계획에 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The aim of this study is to propose service-oriented connection model among National Geospatial Information Platforms(NGIPs). For this, the study analyzes the necessity of NGIPs connection and extracts the issues related to the connection among NGIPs through Industrial-University-Institute experts survey. Based on this analysis, this study constructs service-oriented connection model for NGIPs, so called Single Point Access model and proposes the policy and technological counterplan to realize this model. This study result can be applied to establish a platform government based on geospatial information, policy for NGIP, and the national Information plan.

The effects of electroacupuncture(EA) on gastrointestinal motility were investigated in 6 horses. Three acupuncture points ; Guan Yuan Shu(BL-26), Wei Shu(BL-21) and Da Chang Shu(BL-25) were stimulated for 20 minutes by EA at separate occasions under varying condition ; 2V-1Hz, 2V-5Hz, 2V-30Hz, 4V-1Hz, 4V-5Hz and 4V-30Hz. Myoelectric activity of stomach and cecum was monitored to investigate the gastrointestinal motility. Electromyogram(EMG) recordings were carried out before, 0, 20 minutes after and 40 minutes after the EA stimulation. EMG bipolar electrode was surgically implanted in seromuscular layer of greater curvature in the stomach and between medial band and ventral band in the cecum. The EA stimulation and monitoring were not commenced until 15 days after electrode implantation. The EA stimulation of Wei Shu influenced on stomach motility and that of Da Chang Shu on, cecum motility. However, the EA stimulation of Guan Yuan Shu influenced on both the stomach and the cecum motility. The myoelectrical spike burst amplitude of the stomach and the cecum was significantly(p<0.05) increased by 2V-1Hz stimulation, but the myoelectrical spike burst frequence of the stomach and the cecum was significantly decreased by 2V-30Hz or 4V-30Hz stimulation. The myoelectrical spike burst duration of the stomach and the cecum was significantly lengthened by 4V-30Hz and 2V or 4V-30Hz stimulation, respectively.
정상군과 요통환자군의 시각변화에 따른 자세 균형 조절에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to test the difference of sitting balance control between a normal group and a group of patients with low back pain when their eyes were opened or closed. The 30 subjects of the control group had been chosen from healthy individuals who fit into the pre-designed criteria, and the 30 subjects of the experimental group were composed of the patients with LBP who had their treatment from S hospital from september 1, 2002, to October 30, 2002, and the subjects were measured by static balance test by using a balance performance monitor(BPM). Static balance test was done twice for each subject with his or her eyes opened and closed. Collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS/PC using unpaired T-Test, Pained T-Test and multiple regression. The results were as follows: 1. In static balance test, normal group did not show statistical significance in sway angle(Anterior, Posterior, left and Right), sway path, sway area and maximal sway velocity, but showed statistical significance in mean balance with eyes opened and eyes dosed(P<.05) 2. In static balance test, LBP group did not show statistical significance in sway angle(Anterior, Posterior, left and Right), mean balance, sway path, sway area and maximal sway velocity with eyes opened and eyes dosed 3. With eyes opened, the comparison between the normal group and the LBP group showed statistical significance in sway angle(Anterior, Posterior, left and Right), mean valance, sway path, sway area and maximal sway velocity(p<.05). With eyes closed, normal group and LBP group did not show statistical significance in sway angle(Anterior and Right), sway area, but showed statistical significance in sway angle(Posterior and Left), mean balance, sway path, sway area and maximal sway velocity(p<.05) In conclusion, there was a significant difference in static sitting balance between normal group and LBP patients group. For future studies, I strongly suggest that researches be done on the treatment with LBP by predicting changes of postures and manipulating them.
마필의 퇴행성 관절증에 대한 Sodium hyaluronate와 Polysulfated glycosaminoglycan의 관절강내 투여효과

The effects of intra-articula. sodium hyaluronate(SH) and polysulfated glycosaminoglycan(PSGAG) on degenerative joint disease of the carpus were compared each other In 20 racehorses. Ten horses were dosed with intra-articula. injection of 20mg SH(2 times/2 weeks interval) and ten horses were dosed with intra-articular injection of 250mg of PSGAG(4 times/1 week into.val). Synovial fluid analysis and clinical examination were made to evaluate the effects of the drugs on degenerative joint disease at before injection and 2 weeks after the last injection, respectively. Appearance and mucinous precipitate quality oi synovial fluids of the group injected with 58 and PSGAG were improved by 40~50% and 60~80%, respectively. The chemical values of alkaline phosphatase, lactic dehydrogenase, aspartate aminotransferase, total protein, A/G ratio and glucose of synovial fluid in the group injected with PSGAG were more clearly returned to the normal values than those of the group injected with SH. Relative viscosity and total white blood cells of synovial fluid were returned to the normal walues after the treatments in both groups. Clinical symptoms(swelling, heat and pain on carpal joint, and lameness) of the horses in the group injected with SH and PSGAG were disappeard by 56~67% and 67~80%, respectivelty. Conclusively, the PSGAG was superior to SH in the effects on treatment of the degenerative joint disease in the horses.
