      • 시각적 되먹임을 이용한 골반경사 운동이 편마비 환자의 보행특성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of anterior, posterior, and lateral pelvic tilt exercise upon the gait characteristics of patients with hemiplegia including their gait velocity, cadence, stride length, step length of the non affected side, step length of the affected side, foot angle of the non affected side, foot angle of the affected side, base of support, and so on. The subject of this study was 24 men and women patients with hemiplegia. The patients, the subject of this study, were classified into 12 patients of treatment group applying pelvic tilt exercise using visual feedback and 12 patients of control group applying general pelvic tilt exercise, and then analyzed their gait before and after exercise. Temporal distance gait analysis (Boening, 1977) was used to analyze their gait, and ink foot-print was applied as on of measurement methods. To find out meaningful difference between control group and treatment group, this study carried out independent sample t-test for each item by utilizing SPSS/Win 10.0, compared changes in control group's and treatment group's gait characteristics before and after exercise as percentage, and applied paired t-test to conduct before-after test in same group. Statistical significance level was ${\alpha}$ < 0.05. The results of this study were as follows. As a result of independent sample t-test for control group's and treatment group's gait characteristics after exercise, it was not statistically significant so there was no meaningful difference between two groups. However, it was statistically significant in the change rate(%) of gait characteristics, and treatment group's patients with hemiplegia had been highly changed in gait characteristics in comparison with control group. From the above-mentioned results, could find that pelvic tilt exercise using visual feedback for patients with hemiplegia was effective to improve their gait ability and it could increase the ability in comparison with general pelvic tilt exercise. In the future, studies on the effect of pelvic tilt exercise using visual feedback shall be continued based on more quantitative methods.

      • FDTD 기법을 이용한 복잡한 구조물 위에 부착된 안테나의 방사특성 해석

        본 논문에서는 3차원 PML 흡수 경계 조건을 갖는 FDTD법을 이용하여 복잡한 구조물 위에 부착된 안테나 해석 방법을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 FDTD법의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 실린더 구조 및 구 구조 위에 짭은 모노폴 안테나가 탑재됨에 따른 안테나 방사 특성의 해석에 대해 정리한 $Carter^{[1]}$ 및 $Harrington^{[2]}$에 의한 정확한 수학적 해석 방법과 상호 비교하였다. 비교 결과, 제안된 FDTD법 해석 결과는 기존의 정확한 수학적 풀이 방법과 매우 잘 일치함을 확인하였다. 이러한 검중된 FDTD 해석 기법을 이용하여 복잡한 구조에 대한 정확한 구조적 모델링을 할 수 있는 전문적인 CAD 툴을 결합하여 블랙호크 헬기와 같은 복잡한 대형 구조물에 부착된 안테나 해석을 수행하였다. In this paper, we analyzed the radiation patterns of a monopole antenna mounted on the complex structures by using FDTD method associated with 3-D PML absorbing boundary condition. In order to validate the proposed FDTD code, the radiation patterns of monopole antenna mounted on cylinders and spheres were compared with the exact solutions of $Carter^{[1]}$ and $Harrington^{[2]}$. For all case considered, the predicted radiation pattern exhibited excellent agreement with exact solution. To be able to model the more complex structures, the proposed FDTD methods are combined with BRL-CAD. And this procedures is applied to predict the radiation patterns of a wire antenna attached to the top of a Blackhawk helicopter.

        운동 의도에 따른 뇌파-근전도 신호 간 연결성 분석

        뇌와 근육은 상의 하달식 구조로 상지 운동 수행 과정에서 뇌파와 근전도 신호의 변화와 함께 기능적 연결성이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 상지 운동을 수행하였을 때의 뇌파와 근전도 신호에 대해 코히어런스 방법을 적용하여 운동 의도 여부에 따른 뇌와 근육간의 연결성 차이를 규명하고자 한다. 상지 운동을 수행하는 과정에서 운동 피질영역의 뇌파는 뮤 리듬(mu rhythm, 8~14 Hz)과 베타 리듬(beta rhythm, 15~30 Hz)에서 활성화 되며, 근전도 신호는 베타 리듬과 파이퍼 리듬(piper rhythm, 30~60 Hz)에서 활성화 된다. 뇌파와 근전도 신호간의 코히어런스 분석 결과운동 의도를 포함한 능동 운동 수행 시 수동 운동을 수행하였을 때 보다 유의미한 차이로 높은 코히어런스 계수가 확인되었다. 이는 인지적 반응과 근육의 움직임 사이의 코히어런스 관계로 운동 의도가 포함된 상지 운동 수행 과정에서의 뇌와 근육간의 연결성을 해석할 수 있었다. 운동 의도에 따른 뇌-근육간의 코히어런스 특징을 이용한다면 재활기기 사용자의 운동 의도에 따라 피드백이 필요한 재활 훈련 시스템 설계에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The brain and muscles both of which are composed of top-down structure occur the connectivity with the change of Electroencephalogram(EEG) and Electromyogram(EMG). In this paper, we studied the difference of functional connectivity between brain and muscles that by applying coherence method to EEG and EMG signals when users exercised upper limb with and without the movement intention. The changes in the EEG and EMG signals were inspected using coherence method. During the upper limb exercise, the mu (8~14 Hz) and beta (15~30 Hz) rhythms of the EEG signal at the motor cortex area are activated. And then the beta and piper (30~60 Hz) rhythms of the EMG signal are activated as well. The result of coherence analysis between EEG and EMG showed the coefficient of active exercise including movement intention is significantly higher than passive exercise. The coherence relations between cognitive response and muscle movement could interpret that the connectivity between the brain and muscle appear during active exercise with movement intention. The feature of coherence between brain and muscles by the status of movement intention will be useful in designing the rehabilitation system requiring feedback depending on the users’ movement intention status.

        부흥백제국의 성립과 정치적 변동

        The reconstruction forces of Baekje asked Pung-Jang to return to the homeland as the pivot for securing Baekje dynasty’s legitimacy. Pung-Jang left Wae (Japan) in September 661, and arrived in Baekje in December. During that time, however, there was some political changes within the reconstruction forces--Boksin eliminated Dochim. Thus, he return seemed in vain. His succession to the throne was threatened because of the political upheaval. He managed to compromise with Boksin, and succeeded the throne in May 662, but he remained asa nominal king without real power. However, Boksin, though he seized the power, was embroiled in the political chaos. Baekje lost most key military bases by Shilla-Tang Combined Forces such as Jira-fortress, Yun-fortress, Deasan-stockade, Sajeong-stockade, and Jinhyeong-fortress in July 662 and Neasaji-fortress as well in August. At this, Boksin sought to settle the political disturbance by the capital to Pi-fortress(Gimje) in December 662. In February 663, however, he lost the key bases in the south such as Geoyeol-fortress, Geomul-fortress,Sapyeong,andalsoDeokan-fortress, one of the Five-Bangs. He was forced to retreat to Juryu-fortress(Buan) as the new capital was threatened. As the political maneuver to move the capital city to Pi Fortress failed, Boksin power was weakened. Taking the opportunity, King Pung began involving in the military affairs and strengthened his political power to the extent to raise a formal issue of ‘Boksin’s sin’. Finally, he could remove Boksin in June 663. In the end, the discord between King Pung and Boksin come to an end by a political revolt. But it was not a peaceful period to be engaged in the internecine struggles. King Pung managed to restore his legitimacy as king, but he didn"t have enough time to fight against the Shilla-Tang Combined Forces.

        전기방사한 폴리아믹산 나노섬유 매트의 등온 열이미드화에 의한 나노섬유상 폴리이미드 부직포의 제조

        전기방사공정에서 고분자용액의 구성은 나노섬유의 방사성 및 직경을 제어하는 중요한 요소이다. 전압, 방사거리, 토출속도 및 폴리아믹산(PAA)-디메틸아세트아미드(DMAc)/아세톤 용액농도의 변화에 따른 섬유형태를 고려하여 고효율 필터미디어소재로써 최적의 방사조건을 확립하였으며 제조된 나노섬유의 평균직경은 약 440 ㎚임을 확인하였다. PAA 나노섬유 매트는 200 ℃의 오븐에서 각각 10, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240분 동안 등온열처리하여 이미드화시켰으며, 열이미드화 정도 및 열중량 특성은 ATR-FTIR과 TGA 측정을 통하여 확인하였다. ATR-FTIR을 이용하여 분석해 본 결과, 최소 30분 이상 열처리하였을 때 이미드화가 진행되었으며 그 이상 열처리 시간이 증가하더라도 열이미드화의 현저한 변화는 없었다. 열처리한 폴리이미드 부직포를 200 ℃ 오븐에서 4주간 정치하였으나 중량감소는 보이지 않았다. 폴리아믹산 나노섬유의 최적화된 전기방사 및 등온열처리 이미드화 조건은 효율적인 내열성 폴리이미드 나노섬유 필터미디어 제조에 유용할 것으로 기대된다. Composition of polymer solutions on electrospinning process is an important factor to control spinnability and diameter of nanofibers. The optimum electrospinning conditions on fiber morphology as a high-efficiency filter media were established by adjusting applied voltage, distance, feed rate and concentration of poly(amic acid) (PAA)-dimethylacetamide (DMAc)/acetone solutions. The average diameter of PAA nanofiber was 440 ㎚. Isothermal heat treatment of the PAA nanofiber mats was carried out using an electric oven (at 200 ℃) for 10, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, and 240 min, respectively. Imidization degree and the thermogravimetric property of PAA mats were confirmed by ATRFTIR and TGA measurement. Imidization of nanofiber mats occurred after 30 min of heat treatment. There was not significant variation of ATR-FTIR intensity after heat treatment longer than 30 min. Weight loss of the polyimide mats was negligible for 4 weeks incubation at 200 ℃. Optimized conditions of electrospinning and isothermal heat treatment of nanofibrous poly(amic acid) mats might useful for fabrication of efficient polyimide non-wovens as a heat-resistance filter media.
