간호사 감정노동의 선행 및 결과 요인을 포함한 모형구축

본 연구는 Morris과 Feldman (1997)의 모형을 기반으로 선행요인과 결과를 포괄하는 감정노동 모형을 구축하고 간호사를 대상으로 이를 검증하였다. 자가보고식 설문지를 이용한 조사연구로서 상급종합병원 또는 종합병원에 근무하는 247명의 간호사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 모형 적합성 분석 결과 표준카이자승치 2.31, 표준적합지수.94, 비교적합지수.97, 근사원소평균자승잔차.07 등으로 나타나 설정한 모형이 간호사의 감정노동을 설명하는데 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 구조모형의 경로분석 결과, 직무자율성과 조직지원은 감정노동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 감정노동은 감정적 소진에는 유의한 정적 영향을, 직무만족과 조직몰입에는 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 간호사의 직무특성과 조직의 지원은 감정노동을 매개로 하여 결과변수인 감정적 소진과 직무만족, 그리고 조직몰입에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. This study was designed to construct and test structural equation modeling on nurses' emotional labor including antecedents and consequences based on the model of Morris and Feldman (1997). A total of 247 nurses working at secondary and tertiary hospitals in three provinces responded the questionnaires. Emotional labor was measured by frequency of emotional labor, attentiveness of required display rules and emotional dissonance. Routineness of job, job autotomy and organizational support were measured as antecedents; and emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were included as the consequences of nurses' emotional labor. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The model fitness indices for the hypothetical model showed NFI=.94, CFI=.97, and RMSEA=.07. Job autonomy and perceived organizational support had significant effects on emotional labor. The emotional labor influenced positively emotional exhaustion and negatively job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Nurses' emotional labor mediates between job characteristics and nurses' psychologic results indicating more autonomy and support can reduce nurses' emotional labor and then increase their satisfaction and organizational commitment, and decrease emotional exhaustion.

1차 세계대전과 미스터리 소설 ― 1920년대 초 김동성의 번역을 중심으로 ―

The purpose of this paper was to reveal the original work and explore the intention and context of the translation, focusing on “Nong-jo” and “The Monster” translated by Kim Dong-seong in the early 1920s. In order to analyze the characteristics of the two novels, I approached the genre of ‘historical mystery.’ Based on this, I reconstructed the context and investigated the circumstances in which the novel about the secret story of World War I was translated into Korean. Until now, the two novels had been regarded as works protruding from Kim Dong-sung’s translation history, but it was important that there was a common context of World War I between the two novels. First, I revealed that the original work of “Nong-jo” is “The Bird of Serbia”(1918) by the American writer Julian Street. This novel uses Gavrilo Princip as the main character and tries to transform him from a terrorist into a nationalist. Kim Dong-seong translated “Nong-jo” to explain the cause of the outbreak of World War I from the point of view of the Serbian resistance against the Austro-Hungarian Empire. In addition, he tried to raise awareness of the violence of imperialism by comparing the struggle for national independence and freedom to the Serbian struggle. Next, I revealed that the original work of “The Monster” is The Great Impersonation(1920) by British writer E. Phillips Oppenheim. This novel deals with the acute information war between Britain and Germany just before World War I, and uses fresh materials such as ‘doppelgangers’ and ‘spies’ to stimulate interest. In addition, this novel captured readers’ attention by conveying the tension inherent in mystery and spy genre novels, and by fictionalizing the standoff between European powers just before World War I. As a result, this paper reveals the translation situation of contemporary novels set during World War I, and is meaningful in that it captures and analyzes Kim Dong-seong’s attempt to inform readers of his understanding of the situation of the time through translation novels.

Tubulointerstitial nephritis and uveitis (TINU) syndrome is a rare disease that comprises 4.7% of acute interstitial nephritis. With reno-ocular manifestations, TINU syndrome is accompanied by symptoms such as fever, fatigue, malaise, anorexia, vomiting, and arthralgia. TINU syndrome is reported mainly in children or adolescent girls, and it is rare in adults. Although TINU syndrome can present with multiple renal tubular defects, Fanconi syndrome characterized by generalized impairment of proximal tubular function, leading to renal glucosuria, hyperuricosuria, hyperphosphaturia, proximal renal tubular acidosis, and kaliuresis leading to hypokalemia, has rarely been described. We report a case of TINU syndrome with Fanconi syndrome in a 46-year-old HLA B27-positive Korean woman. (Korean J Med 2015;88:711-714)

건강한 성인에서 발생한 Mycobacterium massiliense 중이염

Mycobacterium massiliense (M. massiliense) is a novel nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) and an opportunistic pathogen that lives in the water, soil, food, and air. It is a subspecies of the rapidly growing mycobacteria Mycobacterium abscessus. This atypical pathogen has been reported mainly in patients with lung disease or those undergoing cosmetic or surgical procedures. A 62-year-old woman presented with productive otorrhea for 10 months, no history of surgery, and chronic otitis media. M. massiliense was identified from a tissue specimen using real-time polymerase chain reaction for NTM (Biosewoom, Seoul, Korea), and NTM was identified by acid-fast bacilli culture. Successful treatment consisted of clarithromycin for 4 months. No other case of chronic otitis media related to M. massiliense has been reported. This is the first confirmed case of chronic otitis media caused by M. massiliense in a healthy adult in South Korea. (Korean J Med 2020;95:276-280)

비의도적 언어폭력성에 대한 이론적 고찰

언어는 대상을 표시하기 위해서만 존재하지 않는다. 대상에 대해 안다는 것은 인식능력 즉 정신활동을 통해서 얻어지는 것으로 앎의 내용보다 앎을 알아가는 인식론적 과정이 중요하다. 본고는 이러한 인식론적 과정이 의도하지 않은 언어폭력과 관계있다고 전제한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 비의도적 언어폭력의 원인이 ‘안경에 비쳐진 세계에 의한 해석’에서 비롯될 수 있다는 전제하에, 이 ‘안경’의 본질을 칸트, 바슐라르, 비트겐슈타인의 이론적 관점에서 살펴보았다. 의사소통 표현의 옳고 그름은 주관적 인식의 형식, 다시 말해 문화적 배경에 따른 주관적 판단에 따라 결정지어질 수 있다. 인간에게 인식되는 대상체계는 인간의 인식형식을 떠나 그 자체로 존재하는 세계가 아니다. 오직 인간의 인식형식에 따라 시공간적 실체성과 인과성의 모습으로 나타나는 세계로 볼 수 있다. 다양한 세계를 비추는 ‘안경’으로 인한 언어폭력성을 바슐라르의 ‘문화콤플렉스’ 이론과 비트겐슈타인의 ‘언어게임’ 이론을 통해 비교하였다. 문화콤플렉스는 문화적 기호체계의 영향을 받는데, 이는 문화적 기호체계가 한 사회의 상징체계와 긴밀한 관계를 갖고 있기 때문이다. 다양한 언어게임 규칙은 제도성이나 사회활동을 반영하는데, 이때 한 단어의 의미는 언어게임 상황과 맥락의 이해에 따라 위험스럽고 불완전한 의사소통의 수단이 될 수도 있다. In dieser Arbeit wird anhand erkenntnistheoretischer Gesichtspunkte untersucht, wie unbeabsichtigte Sprachgewalt in der Kommunikation vorkommen kann und welche kulturellen Hintergrunde dahinterstecken. Als theoretische Grundlagen sind die Erkenntnistheorien von Kant, die Sprachspieltheorie von Wittgenstein, die Kulturkomplextheorie von Bachelard. Diese Arbeit geht davon aus, dass verschiedene Erkenntnisaspekte unbeabsichtigter Sprachgewalt eine wichtige Rolle spielen. Unsere Erfahrungserkenntnis kann ein Komplex aus dem sein, was wir durch kulturelle Eindrucke empfangen, und dem, was unser eigenes Erkenntnisvermogen zur Verfugung steht. Schulische Ausbildung und kulturelle Assoziation beeintrachtigen bei der Imagevorstellung sehr. Dabei stellt man fest, dass solche Beeintrachtigung auch fur die Kommunikation gilt und dass unbeabsichtigte Sprachgewalt dadurch verursacht wird. Wittgenstein betont beim Sprachgebrauch, dass eine assoziative Verbindung zwischen dem Wort und dem Ding vorkommt. Abschließend lasst sich zusammenfassen, dass man nicht nur grammatische Sprachkompetenz, sondern auch soziale Sprachkompetenzleistung braucht, um erfolgreiche und konfliktfreie Kommunikation durchfuhren zu konnen. Dabei benotigt man auch ein richtiges und erweitertes Urteilvermogen, damit man uber den Gegenstand hinaus anschauen kann.

제로트러스트 도입을 위한 SDP 기술 동향

제로트러스트는 전세계적으로 사이버 보안의 패러다임 변화를 가져오고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 세부화 된 워크로드 별로 안전하게 접속하기 위한 방법으로 SDP가 적용되거나 SDP 기술을 활용하는 방법이 소개되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 SDP의 최근 기술 동향을 분석하기 위하여, SDP v1, v2를 분석, 비교하였으며, SDP가 적용된 기술 논문들을 분석하였다. SDP는 ‘선 접속 후 인증’의 접근 방식을 가진 기존의 VPN과는 달리 ‘선 인증 후 접속’의 절차를 거쳐 네트워크에 접근하는 방식으로 경계망 위주의 보안을 제공했던 VPN과 NAC(Netwrok Access Control), 방화벽 등의 솔루션이 해결하지 못하는 보안적 한계를 완화한다. 이러한 SDP 기숭을 바탕으로 추후 제로트러스트 환경에서 안전한 네트워크 접속 환경을 위한 방법들을 소개한다.
