이슈리더십이 구성원의 경쟁적 협력에 미치는영향: 흡수역량의 매개효과와 진성리더십의매개된 조절효과를 중심으로

In today’s rapidly-changing business environment, organizations demand their members have dynamic capacities such as coopetition and absorptive capacity. In particular, coopetition, the ability to pursue conceptually-conflicting cooperation and competition at the same time, has been studied in the organizational context as a factor for better performance. This paper sets out to identify the mechanism that promotes coopetition at the individual level of organization members. For this purpose, we investigate the effect of issue leadership on the coopetition among members is focused on the indirect effect of issue leadership and as well as the impact of authentic leadership on this relationship. Our results confirm that issue leadership promotes the coopetition of members through absorptive capacity and that this relationship is positively moderated by a conditional indirect effect by authentic leadership. By empirically verifying coopetition at the individual level, our research contributes to the expansion of research on the concept of ambidexterity, on which there is yet a limited body of knowledge. In particular, our findings suggest novel insights from a new perspective by identifying the mechanism through which leadership can promote the coopetition among organization members. Key words: issue leadership, authentic leadership, absorptive capacity, coopetition. 급변하는 경영 환경에 적응하기 조직구성원들에게 요구되는 것은 경쟁적 협력, 흡수역량과같은 역동적 역량이다. 특히 경쟁적 협력(coopetition)은 일반적으로 상호 모순적인 두 속성을 동시에 추구하는 능력으로 개념화 할 수 있으며, 경쟁적 협력의 선행연구들은 주로 기업 수준에서성과향상을 위한 경영전략으로써 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조직구성원 개인수준에서 경쟁적협력을 촉진하는 메커니즘을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 역동적 상호작용을 중요시하는 이슈리더십이 흡수역량을 매개로 경쟁적 협력에 미치는 이슈리더십의 간접효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 또한 이러한 영향관계에서 진성리더십의 상호작용이 미치는 리더십의 효과성을 검증하고자하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 이슈리더십은 흡수역량을 매개로 하여 조직 구성원의 경쟁적 협력을 촉진하는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 이슈리더십이 흡수역량을 매개하여 경쟁적 협력에 미치는 영향 관계에서 진성리더십에 의해 긍정적으로 조절되는 조건부 간접효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 그 동안 상대적으로 연구가 부족하였던 양면성 개념의 경쟁적 협력에 대한 연구를 개인 수준에서 실증적으로 검증함으로써 기존 연구의 흐름을 확장하였다는데 의의가 있다. 특히 조직 구성원의 경쟁적 협력을 촉진하는 선행 메커니즘을 리더십을 중심으로 규명함으로써 기존 선행 연구의 흐름과 다른 관점에서 새로운 시사점을 제시하였다. 키워드: 이슈리더십, 진성리더십, 흡수역량, 경쟁적 협력

The purpose of our study was to investigate changes in immunological parameters induced by weaning stress (including milk restriction) in calves. Fifteen Holstein calves were subjected to weaning at 6 weeks of age. Blood samples were collected at −14, −7, −2, 1, 3, and 5 days post-weaning (DPW; 0 DPW = 42 days). Weaning caused significant (p < 0.01) increases in the neutrophil (NE):lymphocyte (LY) ratio at 5 DPW with a significant (p < 0.05) reduction of LYs. The concentration of acute-phase proteins (haptoglobin and serum amyloid A) also increased significantly (p < 0.05) at 3 and 5 DPW compared to −2 DPW. Levels of the iron-binding protein lactoferrin decreased significantly (p < 0.05) after weaning. Serum tumor necrosis factor-α and cortisol levels were elevated (p < 0.05) at 3 DPW, while those of serum interferon-γ decreased (p < 0.05) at 1 and 3 DPW compared to levels observed before weaning. Weaning significantly (p < 0.05) decreased the percentage of CD25^+ T cells in the peripheral blood. In conclusion, weaning stress affected the NE:LY ratio along with the levels of acute phase proteins, lactoferrin, cortisol, and inflammatory cytokines in the peripheral blood of calves. Weaning stress may induce an acute phase response possibly through the elevation of cortisol production and modulation of inflammatory cytokines.
모의 배전계통에 초전도 전류제한기 적용을 고려한 보호기기간의 보호협조 분석

배전계통에서 전력 수요가 증가하고 분산 전원의 도입으로 대용량 변압기의 적용이 불가피하게 되었다. 이로 인한 계통의 단락전류가 증가되어 계통에 설치된 차단기의 용량초과로 이들의 교체에 따른 경제적 비용 상승이 예상되며, 보다 효과적인 대안으로 초전도 전류제한기에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만, 위와 같은 장점을 갖는 초전도 전류제한기를 배전계통에 적용할 경우 기존의 보호기기간의 보호협조가 달라진다. 따라서, 초전도 전류제한기 적용을 고려한 보호기기간의 보호협조 분석이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 모의 배전계통에 초전도 전류제한기 적용을 고려한 보호기기간의 보호협조 분석을 PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 초전도 전류제한기 적용으로 인해 고장전류 크기가 감소하여 보호기기의 동작시간이 지연되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

This paper shows us the analysis of the Recloser-Fuse coordination in power distribution system. Recloser has been installed with fuse to coordinate in power distribution system to protect against fault current efficiently. However, in power distribution system with SFCL, fault current couldn't be clear if occurred it as the operation of the Recloser-Fuse coordination couldn't be done. Therefore, this paper analysed the operation of the Recloser-Fuse coordination and found the method of the Recloser-Fuse coordination in power distribution system with SFCL using PSCAD/EMTDC.

This paper shows us the basic protective devices to protect against fault current such as recloser and fuse. Also recloser has been coordinated with fuse in distribution system to protect against fault current efficiently. However, in distribution system with SFCL, recloser-fuse coordination could be different to now and fault current couldn't be clear, if occurred. Therefore, this paper analysed recloser-fuse coordination in distribution system with SFCL using PSCAD/EMTDC.

This paper analyzed that the coordination of recloser-fuse when a superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) is installed to a power distribution system linked small scale cogeneration system. As a rule, the recloser to properly protect against both permanent and temporary fault is installed to upstream of fuse. Therefore, in a power distribution system linked small scale cogeneration system, the fault current is increased by adding fault current of small scale Cogeneration system when a permanent fault occurs, and the fuse could melt during the first fast operation of the recloser because of more sufficient heat from the increased current. However, when SFCLs are applied into a power distribution system linked small scale cogeneration system, the coordination of recloser-fuse could be accomplished due to decreased fault current as the effect of the impedance value of the SFCL. Therefore, to solve these problems, we analysed the operation of recloser-fuse coordination in a power distribution system linked small scale cogeneration system with SFCL using PSCAD/EMTDC.

This paper analyzed that characteristic of coordinating operation of protective device in a power distribution system with Superconducting Fault Current Limiter (SFCL) and Distributed Generation (DG). In a power distribution system with DG, the fault current is increased because the DG is adding current source when a permanent fault occurs, and the protective devices in each other could not be coordinated. However, when SFCLs are applied into a power distribution system with DG, the coordination of protective devices could be accomplished. Therefore, to solve these problems, we analysed the operation of protective devices coordination in a power distribution system linked DG with SFCL.

We analyze the problem of recloser-fuse coordination when a superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) is installed to a power distribution system. Generally, The recloser is installed to upstream of fuse to protect against both permanent fault and temporary one appropriately. However, in a power distribution system with SFCL, the fault current is decreased by the effect of the impedance value of the SFCL and when a permanent fault occurs, the fuse may not melt during the last delay operation of the recloser because of the insufficient heat from the decreased current. Therefore, when SFCLs are applied into a power distribution system, the rating of the fuse has to be reselected to coordinate recloser to fuse effectively. To solve these problems, this paper analysed the operation of recloser-fuse coordination and presented the improved recloser-fuse coordination method in a power distribution system with SFCL using PSCAD/EMTDC.
