Tennis Clay Court의 시설에 관한 연구

This study aims to investigate W, C_d, K, G_s of tennis clay court according to height of ball bound. The dbject of study was four tennis clay court of W university. The results of this study was as follows; 1. W of Bcourt was the lowest(10.31%) and on the other hand, height of ball bound was the highest(121㎝).W of C court was the highest(16.36%) and on the other hand, height of ball bound was the lowest(95㎝). 2. C_d of A court was the highest(93.69%) and on the other hand, height of ball bound was recorded 98㎝. C_d of D court was the lowest(87.37) and on the other hand, height of ball bound was recorded 105㎝. 3. K of D court was the highest(2.08×10 exp (-4)㎝/sec) and on the other hand, height of ball bound was recorded 105㎝. K of A court was the lowest( 1.10× 10 exp (-6)㎝/sec) and on other hand, height of ball bound was recored 98㎝. 4. G_s D court was the highest(2.643) and height of ball bound was recorded 105㎝. G_s of B court was the lowest(2.613) and on the other hand height of ball bound was the highest(121㎝).

Methylprednisolone Acetate의 量이 家兎의 血液像에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

A study was conducted to investigate the changes in blood values according to amount of methylprednisolone acetate (MPA) treatment in rabbits. A total of 36 rabbits were used in the experiment with three different MPA injection levels (4, 20, and 40 mg). The blood was collected at 0. 2, 4, 8, 24 and 48 hours after injection. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; 1. Total leukocytes and pseudo-eosinophils were apparently increased, but Irmphocytes and eosinophils were decreased by MPA injection. These changes were apparent at 20 and 40mg of MPA injection. 2. Increases in total leukocytes and pseudo-eosinophils occured at 2-4 hours with maximum effect appearing 4-8 hours after MPA injection. And those were returned or approached to the values before treatment at 24-48 hours after treatments. 3. Decreases in lymphocytes and eosinophils were appeared at 2-4 hours and revealed the lowest values at 8-24 hours after MPA injection. The decreased condition was maintained by 48 hours after the injection. 4. Erythrocytes, hemoglobin and hematocrit values at 24-48 hours after MPA injection were also decreased.

청초와 볏짚을 이용한 완전배합발효사료의 저장기간에 따른 화학조성분의 변화

Three kinds of green forages(rye, oats and mixed forages) was harvested and mixed with rice straw, wheat bran and 2 grains(corn and soybean), which harvested 2 different dates(common harvesting dates, 7 days early to common harvesting dates). And each mixture was ensiled in 6 poly vinyl chlorides that was 60 liter, immediately. They were opened at 0, 5, 10, 25, 35, 60 and 100 days after ensiling for chemical analysis. And its effects of those TMFFs on feed values were observed. Average contents of water, crude protein, ADF, NDF, Ca and P of formulated TMFs were 72 to 75%, 14.75 to 18.24, 12.47 to 19.07, 39.82 to 47.01, 0.99 to 1.07 and 0.38 to respectively. Crude protein content was the highest in the mixed forages-TMFF and the lowest in the rye-TMFF. The ADF and NDF contents of rye-TMFF were higher than others. And CP, ADF, NDF, TDN, P and Ca contents were no significant difference among treatments regardless of storage period and harvest time, but all treatments indicated good quality. Intenal temperatures of TMFF were shown to be 1 to 5℃ higher than ambient temperatures. The temperature of the Oat-TMFF formulated during winter sustained higher to the level of 6∼9℃ for 10 days. The pH of TMFF were 4.0 to 4.2 and the content of NH_3-N was shown to be 7.79 to 8.23㎎/㎗. In the VFA contents, any tendency was not shown at all treatments depending on harvest time. Even though rye-TMFF showed the lowest VFA value. At all treatments except rye-TMFF, propionate production was increased and stable after 25 days of storage. Digestibility of rice straw from TMFF on DM basis was 15∼20% higher compared with non-treated rice straw.

A study was conducted to investigate the changes in blood pictures according to elapsed time of the transportation. Sixteen rabbits were used in the experiment with four different transportation lengths (15, 30, 60 and 120 minutes by bicycle, 10-20km/hour) and four rabbits for preliminary test. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; 1. Total leukocytes and pseudo-eosinophils were apparently increased, lymphocytes and eosinophils were decreased by transportation stress. These changes were apparent at 60 and 120 minutes transportation length. 2. Increased in total leukocytes and pseudo-eosinophils occured at 2-4 hours with maximum effect appearing 4-8 hours after initiation of transportation. And those were returned or approached to the values before treatment at 24-48 hours after each treatment. 3. Decreases in lymphocytes and eosinophils were appeared at 3-26 hours after initiation of transportation. And returned to the same values as before treatment at 8-48 hours.

지구계측량 관련 주요 쟁점 및 개선방안 연구

The purpose of this study is to review the key issues of district boundary surveying and to suggest the improving plans for it. The key issues of district boundary surveying are as follows: (i) District boundary surveying is a part of cadastral confirmation surveying, (ii) is equal to cadastral resurvey project’s district, (iii) is able to maintain the uniformity in the process of assessing survey results. As results, we judged that the first and the second issue are misinterpretation of the doctrine including the standard or methods of district boundary surveying. But at the third issue, we still cannot be certain whether it is possible or not because multiple cadastral survey performers are involved. In this study, we suggest that 「cadastral confirmation surveying regulation」 should be revised. And also, the government has to (i) establish the standard regarding assessing surveying results within graphical area and (ii) support civil employees who oversee the evaluation with appropriate resources. 본 연구는 현행 지구계측량 관련 주요 쟁점으로서 (i) 그것이 지적확정측량의 일부분이라는 견해, (ii) 지적재조사사업 지구계측량과 동일하다는 견해, (iii) 측량성과 결정과정에서 통일성 유지가 가능하다는 견해에 대한 법리 검토를 수행한 후, 그에 관한 법․제도적 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 검토결과, 지적확정측량의 일부분이라는 견해와 지적재조사사업 지구계측량과 동일하다는 견해는 지구계측량의 기준 및 방법 등에 관한 법리의 오해라고 판단하였다. 또한, 지구계측량 성과결정과정에서 통일성 유지가 가능하다는 견해에 대해서는 아직까지 시기상조인 상태인 점을 인정하되, 그에 관한 심도 있는 논의의 필요성을 제시하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로, 지구계측량을 둘러싼 법ㆍ제도적 개선방안으로서 현행 「지적확정측량규정」의 용어 정의에 대한 개정(안)을 제시하였고, 도해지역에서의 지적측량성과결정에 관한 공통된 기준을 마련할 것과 성과검사를 담당하는 지적직공무원의 인력, 장비 및 기술력 등이 보충되어야 할 것을 제시하였다.

응급실에서 혈전용해술 치료를 받은 초급성기 뇌졸중 환자 치료에 대한 신경과 전공의의 진료 부담에 관한 조사

Background: Because Korea is the fastest aging country, the stroke incidence is increasing rapidly. We investigate the trend of the number of patients with acute stroke in recent years and estimate the burden of the neurologist to treat the acute stroke patient visited the emergency department. Methods: We requested a questionnaire survey to all teaching hospitals on the number of hospital beds, the number of stroke patients who visited the emergency department, the number of stroke patients in charge of the neurologist, and the number of days on duty of residents from 2016 to 2019. Results: Of 69 teaching hospitals, 41 hospitals answered the survey. The average hospital beds per hospital were increased annually from 909 to 916. The average patients who visited the emergency department with stroke and were in charged to neurologists were rapidly increased from 799 to 867 per hospital. In particular, the number of patients with hyperacute cerebral infarction requiring the thrombolytic administration or mechanical thrombectomy were rapidly increased from 105 to 131. On the other hand, the average number of residents per hospital was decreased from 5.1 to 4.8. Therefore, the days on duty per resident were increased from 74 to 77. Conclusions: The number of acute stroke patients, especially, hyperacute stroke required the rapid cooperation and high labor were increasing rapidly in recent years. However, because the number of residents were decreased, the burden was increasing. To improve the quality of acute stroke treatment, it is necessary to increase the number of residents.

Huge uterine myoma as a cause of thromboemobolic stroke

Background: Embolic stroke undetermined source (ESUS), which is defined as nonlacunar infarction in the absence of cardioembolic sources, proximal artery stenosis excluded by echocardiogram, holter monitoring and vascular images, is reported to account for 9% to 25% of ischemic stroke. Because the source of embolism remains unclear, it is an important task to find the etiology for secondary prevention of stroke recurrent. Case Report: We report a case of uterine myoma found in an embolic stroke patient with incidentally found a huge uterine myoma and related deep vein thrombosis. Conclusion: Uterine myoma in a middle-aged woman can be thought to be the etiological cause that can contributor to deep vein thrombosis, and it is necessary to pay attention as the etiology of ESUS.
