        장애수용 정도가 취업인식에 미치는 영향: 장애인 고용서비스에 대한 인식과 장애인 정책에 대한 신뢰도의 다중매개효과 분석

        연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 장애수용 정도와 취업인식의 관계에서 장애인 고용서비스에 대한 인식과 장애인 정책에 대한 신뢰도의 다중매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법: 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 6차 데이터 중 일부 데이터를 제외한 3,691명의 자료를 IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 및 SPSS Process Macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 장애수용과 취업인식은 정적인 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애수용과 장애인 고용서비스에 대한 인식은 정적인 효과를 나타냈지만, 취업인식으로 가는 매개효과는 검증되지 않았다. 셋째, 장애수용과 장애인 정책에 대한 신뢰도는 정적인 효과와 매개효과 모두 검증되었다. 넷째, 장애수용은 장애인 고용서비스 인식과 장애인 정책에 대한 신뢰도를 매개로 취업인식에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 다중매개효과가 분석되었다. 결론: 장애인의 취업인식 수준을 향상시켜 장애인 고용률을 높일 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 장애인이 사회구성원으로서 지역사회통합을 이룰 수 있는 사회복지 실천적, 정책적 함의를 제시하였다. Purpose: This study aims to verify the multi-mediating effect of the awareness of employment services for the disabled and the reliability of policies for the disabled in the relationship betweenthe degree of acceptance of disability and the awareness of employment. Method: The participantsample was taken from 6th data of 2nd wave of the Panel Survey of Employment for theDisabled(PSED). The study analyzed data from 3,691 respondents using IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0and SPSS Process Macro, excluding unanswered data. Results: First, the study confirmed that thereis a static correlation between the acceptance of disabilities of the disabled and the awareness ofemployment. Second, the study found the static effect from acceptance of disability and awarenessof employment services of the disabled, but the mediating effect to awareness of employment wasnot verified. Third, the static effect has been verified in the acceptance of disability and thepolicy for the disabled, and the study also verified the mediating effect on awareness of employment. Fourth, the multi-mediating effects that significantly affect on awareness ofemployment were analyzed in acceptance of disability through awareness of employment servicesfor the disabled and the reliability of policies for the disabled. Conclusion: Through the results ofthis study, the employment rate of the disabled can be increased by improving the awareness levelof employment of the disabled. Furthermore, presented the practical policy-level implications that can achieve community integration.

        치매안심센터를 이용하는 지역사회 노인들의 가상현실기반 뇌채움 인지훈련이 인지기능에 미치는 효과

        목적: 본 연구는 치매안심센터를 이용하는 지역사회 노인을 대상으로 가상현실기반 뇌채움 인지훈련이 인지기능에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법: 치매안심센터를 이용하는 지역사회 노인 10명을 대상으로 주 2회 12주간, 회당 50분씩 가상현실기반 뇌채움 인지훈련을 시행하였다. 인지기능의 효과를 알아보기 위해 중재 전과 후의 Korean Mini-Mental State Examination(K-MMSE), Korean Version of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(K-MOCA), Digit Span Test(DST), Controlled Oral Word Association Test(COWAT), Digit Symbol Coding(DSC), Korean-Color Word Stroop Test(K-CWST) 평가를 시행하였다. 연구결과: 가상현실기반 뇌채움 인지훈련 중재 전과 후의 인지기능을 비교한 결과 K-MMSE(P=.019)와 Stroop Word(P=.011) 평가에서 통계적으로 유의한 증가가 나타났다. 결론: 가상현실기반 뇌채움 인지훈련은 지역사회 노인들에게 실제와 같은 일상생활활동의 훈련 환경을 조성하여 가상현실이라는 공간에서 만족감을 얻어 경험하고 행동할 수 있게 한다. 또한, 재미와 흥미 유발을 통한 집중력 증진이 치매예방 및 인지기능 향상에 도움을 주어 치매안심센터를 이용하는 지역사회 노인들에게 적절한 중재 프로그램으로써 적용해볼 수 있다. Objective : This study was conducted to investigate the effects of virtual reality-based cognitive training on elderly adults in the community who use dementia care center. Methods : The subjects were 10 elderly adults in the community who use the dementia care center were provided with virtual reality-based cognitive training twice a week for 12 weeks, 50 minutes per session. To identify the effects of cognitive functioning was evaluated before and after the intervention for comparison using the K-MMSE, K-MOCA, DST, COWAT, DSC, K-CWST. Results : A comparison of changes in cognitive function before and after intervention of the virtual reality-based cognitive training, improved statistically significant in K-MMSE score(P=.019) and Stroop Word score(P=.011). Conclusion : Virtual reality-based cognitive training allows elderly adults in the community to experience and act with satisfaction in the space of virtual reality by creating a training environment for daily living activities like real life. It also suggests that the enhancement of concentration through the inducement of fun and interest can help prevent dementia and improve cognitive functions, which can be applied as an appropriate intervention program for elderly adults in the community who use the dementia care center.

        Development of Rapid Detection Technique for Canine Distemper Virus

        Recently cases of canine distemper have occurred in Korea despite vaccination was carried out nationwidely. This study was performed to establish rapid diagnosis of canine distemper by RT-PCR, nested PCR, and serological test. A total of 30 dogs, which were suspected canine distemper clinically, was examined. RT-PCR and nested PCR were specific for the amplification of CDV H gene and sensitive to detect 7 TCID50 of Onderstepoort strain. By RT-PCR, H gene was detected in 6(20%) of 30 peripheral bloods from dogs. And H gene was detected in 10(33.3%) of 30 samples by nested PCR. H gene was detected from 1 brain of 6 years-old Beagle dog and 1 lung of 2 months-old Shihtzu dog, in which peripheral blood H gene was not detected. Serum neutralizing antibody titer against Onderstepoort strain ranged from 4 to 1,024 in 30 patients. No correlation was observed between the results of nested PCR and titiers of neutralizing antibody.

        The seismic analysis results of the seismic coefficient method, added mass method and fluid-structure-soil interaction(FSSI) method are compared for a port structure. In the FSSI analysis, the fluid is modeled by the 4-node element which is a modification of a structural plane element, and the port structure and foundation is modelled by the plane strain elements. Since the present method directly models the fluid-structure-soil interaction system by finite elements, it can be easily applied to the dynamic analysis of a 2-D fluid-port-soil with complex geometry.

        가진 주파수성분에 따른 항만구조물의 지진응답특성에 관한 연구

        항만구조물의 유체-구조물-지반 상호작용(FSSI)을 고려한 지진응답해석을 수행하였다. 우리나라 동남해안에 위치한 방파제 구조물을 대상으로 장주기 및 단주기파로 구분된 지진을 비롯하여 최근 우리나라에서 발생한 울진지진에 대한 지진응답특성에 대하여 고찰하였다. FSSI 효과를 고려하기 위하여 유체요소는 평면변형해석에 사용하는 4절점 사변형요소를 수정한 요소를 이용하여 모델링 하였다. 그리고 FSSI해석, 진도법, 부가질량법에 의한 지진응답특성을 비교하였다. 고유치해석을 통하여 방파제의 고유주기를 찾고, 기존의 지진 및 최근 우리나라에서 발생한 지진에 대한 지진응답특성 결과로부터 방파제 구조물이 장주기성분에 대한 영향을 더 많이 받는 것을 확인하였다. The seismic response characteristics of a port structure were investigated by the earthquake analyses of the structure subjected to high-, low-frequency component, and Uljin earthquakes. In the Fluid-Structure-Soil Interaction(FSSI) analysis, the fluid is modeled by the 4-node quadrilateral element which is a modification of a structural plane element, and the port structure and foundation is modelled by the plane strain element. Since the present method directly models the fluid-structure-soil interaction system using finite element method, it can be easily applied to the dynamic analysis of a 2-D fluid-port-soil system with complex geometry. The results of the seismic coefficient. added mass, and FSSI methods are compared. The results showed that the earthquake with high frequency components more affects the seismic response of the structure than that of low frequency components.

        Canine Pneumoconiosis Caused by Fiberglass

        Fiberglass may be a pulmonary toxin and carcinogen because it imitates asbestos, as do other man-made mineral fibers. A 5-months-old Jind dog was accidentally exposed to fiberglass extensively for 3 months in a site of apartment construction. Canine acute clinical pneumoconiosis caused by fiberglass was diagnosed by history, ezamination of environment, physical examination, and chest x-ray check of patient. The main signs were anorexia, dyspnea, increased irregular opacities and air trapping in lung field of chest x-ray films. Because the fiverglass which is used for several purpose are dangerous for health of animal and human. fiberglass dust must be controlled to minimize the adverse effects of fiberglass in the environment.

        The compressive strength of concrete is commonly used criterion in producing concrete. However, the tests on the compressive strength are complicated and time-consuming. More importantly, it is too late to make improvement even if the test result does not satisfy the required strength, since the test is usually performed at the 28th day after the placement of concrete at the construction site. Therefore, accurate and realistic strength estimation before the placement of concrete is being highly required. In this study, the estimation of the compressive strength of concrete was performed by probabilistic neural network (PNN) on the basis of concrete mix proportions. The estimation performance of PNN was improved by considering the correlation between input data and targeted output value. Adaptive probabilistic neural network (APNN) was proposed to automatically calculate the smoothing parameter in the conventional PNN by using the scheme of dynamic decay adjustment algorithm. The conventional PNN and APNN were applied to predict the compressive strength of concrete using actual test data of a concrete company. APNN showed better results than the conventional PNN in predicting the compressive strength of concrete.
