        쌍끌이 기선저인망의 유수저항 특성 및 모형 실험시의 축척비 영향

        The purpose of this study is to identify the flow resistance of the bottom pair trawl nets. The bottom pair trawl nets being used in fishing vessel (100G/T, 550ps) was selected as a full-scale net, and 1/10, 1/25 and 1/50 of the model nets were made. Converted into the full-scale net by Tauti``s modeling rule and Kim``s modeling rule, when resistance coefficient k of each net was calculated by substituting into above equation for flow resistance  and wall area of nets  values of each net u. Because resistant coefficient k decreases exponentially according as flow velocity u increases to make k=cu-m C and m values of each net were and m values of each net were compared. As a result, as the model was smaller, c and m values was smaller in the two rule into standard of 1/10 model value, decrease degree of 1/25 model was almost same in the two rule, decrease degree of 1/50 model was very big in Tauti``s modeling rule. Therefore, in the result of experiment, because average of c and m values for similarly 1/10 and 1/25 model were given c=4.9 (kgf.s2/m4) and m=0.45,  (kgf) of bottom pair trawl net could show using these values. As in the order of cod-end, wing and bag part for 1/25 and 1/50 model net were removed in turn, measured flow resistance of each, converted into the full-scale, total resistance of the net and the resistance of each part net were calculated. The resistance ratio of each part for total net was not same in 1/25 and 1/50 model each other, but average of two nets was perfectly same area ratio of each part as the wing, bag and cod-end part was 43%, 45% and 12%. However, the resistance of each part divided area of the part, calculated the resistance of per unit area, wing and bag part were not big difference each other, while the resistance of cod-end part was very large.

        사람 태아 지라에서 혈구형성에 관한 연구

        사람 태아의 지라를 대상으로 투과전자현미경을 이용해 지라에서 혈구형성이 일어나는 가에 대해 연구를 진행하였다. 태아 지라에서는 적혈구형성에서 볼 수 있는 미분화세포인 전적혈구모세포를 포함해 염기호성적혈구 모세포, 뭇염색성적혈구모세포, 호산성적혈구모세포를 모두 관찰할 수 있었다. 이외에도 호산성적혈구모세포에서 핵의 탈출, 유사분열중인 적혈구모세포가 있었다. 하나의 세포가 적혈구모세포 집단을 에워싸고 있는 적혈구모세포섬과 유사한 형태의 구조가 있었으며, 이러한 구조는 태아 간 적혈구형성에서 보이는 적혈구모세포섬과 매우 유사한 구조로서 지라에서도 적혈구모세포섬이 형성되어 적혈구형성을 이루고 있었다. 거대핵세포 계통의 세포들도 지라에서 관찰할 수 있었으나 더욱 발달된 거대핵세포나 유사분열중인 거대핵모세포를 관찰할 수 없었으며, 혈소판을 만들어내는 세포질의 분리현상을 볼 수 없었다. 지라의 기능으로 볼 때 본 실험에서 관찰한 거대핵모세포는 순환중인 거대핵모세포가 단순히 지라에서 걸려있는 여과기능에 의한 것인지, 아니면 이곳에서 증식하여 혈구형성에 관여하는지는 분명하지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 사람의 태아 지라에서도 적혈구형성이 일어나고 있으며, 그 방식은 골수나 간에서 일어나는 것과 유사한 방식으로 진행된다고 생각된다. 그러나 혈소판형성에 관여하는 거대핵세포의 형성의 유무는 확실하지 않았다. The hemopoiesis in human fetal spleen was studied with transmission electron microscope. There were undifferentiated proerythroblast, basophilic erythroblast, polychromatophilic erythroblast, and acidophilic erythroblast. Besides, enucleated nuclei and mitoses were present. Groups of erythroblastic cells were surrounded by certain cell. The structure was identical to erythropoietic island found in fetal liver. So, erythropoisis in spleen was developing in a pattern similar to fetal liver. Megakaryobalst were found in spleen, but there was no mature cells, cells in mitosis nor platelet formation. It was not clear whether megakaryoblast in circulation was trapped in spleen or participated in megakaryopoiesis. In summary, erythropoiesis took place in fetal spleen in a pattern similar to fetal liver and bone marrow. But it was not certain whether megakaryopoiesis took place in fetal spleen.

        Broiler 후기 시판사료에 있어서 합성 L - lysine 의 첨가효과에 관한 연구

        The experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of nutritional level of lysine and synthetic L-lysine supplementation to commercial broiler finisher diet with Han-Hyup 603 broiler chicks with three treatment of 0.2% L-lysine, 0.4% L-lysine and control group for 4 weeks. The results obtained was as follows. 1. The body weight gain of 0.2 % L-lysine, 0.4% L-lysine and control group was 1,435gm., 1,419gm., and 1,328gm., respectively, showing insignificant difference. 2. The feed intake of 0.2 % L-lysine group was 3,364gm., followed by L-lysine 0.4% and control group, orderly, with statistical insignificance. 3. Feed conversion of 0.2 % L-lysine and 0.4% L-lysine group was 2.34 compared with 2.39 of control group, showing insignificant difference. 4. Feed cost required per 1 kgm. body weight gain was 250.95won for control, 253.18won for 0.2 % L-lysine and 260.67 won for 0.4% L-lysine group with the expensive tendency for synthetic L-lysine supplementation.

      • 진화와 학습의 상호 적응에 의한 자발적 주행 로봇을 위한 재귀 신경망 제어기 설계

        본 논문은 장애물 회피 능력을 갖는 자발적 주행 로봇 (Khepera)을 제어하는 재귀 신경망을 진화와 학습의 상호 적응에 의해 결정하는 방안을 제시한다. 제안한 동시 적응 방안은 다음 두 가지 성질을 갖는다. 유전자 알고리즘에 의해 해집단내 여러 개의 신경망 제어기들은 전역적 탐색을 수행하여 점진적으로 장애물과의 충돌이 적게 일어나도록 진화되고, 동시에 각 신경망 제어기는 상보적 재강화 역전파 (CRBP: Complementary Reinforcement Backpropagation) 학습에 의해 국부적 탐색을 수행하여 주행 특성이 로봇이 처한. 외부 환경에 적응되어진다. 실험 결과, 학습과 결합한 진화에 의해 얻어진 신경망 제어기가 진화자체만에 의해 얻어진 신경망 제어기보다 더 나은 충돌 회피 능력을 보여 주며, 원하는 주행 성능에 보다 빨리 도달하는 것을 확인할 수 있다. This paper proposes how the recurrent neural network controller for a Khepera mobile robot with an obstacle avoiding ability can be determined by co-adaptation of the evolution and learning, The proposed co-adaptation scheme consists of two folds: a population of NN controllers are evolved by the genetic algorithm so that the degree of obstacle avoidance might be reduced through the global searching and each NN controller is trained by CRBP learning so that the running behavior is adapted to its outer environment through the local searching. Experimental results shows that the NN controller coadapted by evolution and learning outperforms its non-learning equivalent evolved by only genetic algorithm in both the ability of obstacle avoidance and the convergence speed reaching to the required running behavior.

      • TV 자막 신호를 이용한 한글 수화 발생 시스템의 개발

        본 논문에서는 TV 자막 신호를 이용한 한글 수화 발생 시스템을 다룬다. TV 자막 방송 프로그램에 포함된 자막 신호는 자막 신호 복호화기(Caption Decoder)를 이용하여 PC로 전송된 후, 한글 수화의 특성에 적합하게 개발된 형태소 분석기를 통하여 의미 있는 단위로 나누어 진다. 분석된 형태소는 3차원 수화 애니메이션 데이터로 변환되어 3차원 한글 수화 발생기를 통하여 시각적으로 표현된다. 특히, 실시간 처리가 가능하도록 각종 전처리 기법들에 기반한 형태소 분석기를 제안하였다. 개발된 시스템은 실제 자막 방송 프로그램에 적용되어 그 유용성을 검증하였으며 실제 농아인들의 사용에 의하여 그 실용성을 검증하였다. In this paper, we propose TV caption-based KSL(Korean Sign Language) generation system. Through TV caption decoder, this caption signal is transmitted to PC. Next, caption signal is segmented into meaning units by morphological analyzer in considering specific characteristics of Korean sign language. Finally, 3D KSL generation system represents the transformed morphological information by 3D visual graphics. Specifically, we propose a morphological analyzer with many pre-processing techniques for real-time capability. Our developed system is applied to real TV caption program. Through usage of the deaf, we conclude that our system is sufficiently usable compared to conventional TV caption program.

        다낭성난소증후군 환자들에서 Clomiphene Citrate에 대한 난소 반응의 예측 인자들에 관한 연구

        Objectives: To determine whether the body weight, body mass index (BMI), and basal serum level of LH, FSH, testosterone (T), dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEA-S) are related to the ovarian response to clomiphene citrate (CC) in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Materials and Method: From January 1996 to June 1997, total 57 patients with PCOS were enrolled in the present study. Women who had other infertility factors were excluded from our study. The ovulation induction using CC was used in all patients. The patients were grouped into 50 mg group, 100 mg group, and 150 mg group according to their daily CC dose. The patients were also grouped to ovulatory and non-ovulatory group. The body weight, BMI, and basal serum level of LH, FSH, T, DHEA-S were measured in all patients on the 2nd or 3rd day of the menstrual cycle. Results were analysed with Student's t-test and Fisher's exact test. Results: The body weight and BMI of the nonovulating group were significantly higher than those of the ovulating group in all groups (50, 100, 150 mg of CC). However, there were no significant differences of the level of LH and FSH between ovulating and nonovulating groups in all CC groups (50, 100, 150 mg). The level of T of nonovulating group was significantly higher in 50 and 100 mg of CC groups, but not in 150 mg group. The level of DHEA-S of the non-ovulating group is significantly higher in 50 mg group, but not in 100 and 150 mg groups. Conclusion: The body weight and BMI could be useful predictors of ovarian response to CC in patients with PCOS, and basal T and DHEA-S also might be useful in cases of low-dose CC treatment.

        목뼈와 등뼈 폄 복합운동이 척주세움근 근활성도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of new exercises (combined cervical and thoracic extension exercises) with those of conventional cervical extensor strengthening exercises (sitting cervical extension exercises) and thoracic extensor strengthening exercises (prone thoracic extension exercises). Method: Fifteen healthy subjects performed sitting cervical extension exercises, prone thoracic extension exercises, and combined cervical and thoracic extension exercises. During each exercise, electromyography was used to measure muscle activity in the erector spinae with C4 and T4 levels. The measured data were analyzed using one-way repeated analysis of variance. Results: With different exercises, there were significant differences in activity in the erector spinae muscle (p < 0.05). The activity in the erector spinae muscle increased significantly during the combined cervical and thoracic extension exercises compared to the sitting cervical extension (p < 0.05) and prone thoracic extension exercises (p < 0.05). The sitting cervical extension exercises significantly increased activity in the cervical erector spinae muscle compared to the prone thoracic extension exercises (p < 0.05). Activity in the thoracic erector spinae muscles was significantly increased during the prone thoracic extension exercises compared to during the sitting cervical extension exercises (p < 0.05). Conclusion: These findings suggest that the newer exercises effectively increase activity in the cervical and thoracic extensor muscles.
