Robotic surgery have been increasingly applied in the past several years to assist in a variety of operations. Some applications, such as in prostatectomy, have been widely adopted and have largely supplanted the alternative minimally invasive or open techniques. However, the use of surgical robots in esophagectomy has not been as common. Although a limited number of case reports demonstrated the feasibility of robotic esophagectomy, no large series of patients has been reported to date. The data on robotic-assisted esophagectomy suggest that the procedure is safe, feasible, and associated with perioperative outcomes similar to open and minimally invasive esophagectomy. Benefits of robotic system could be maximized when we do a extensive total mediastinal lymphadenectomy. For this procedure to gain widespread acceptance, identifiable benefit relative should be demonstrated in near future.
대구한의대 비만클리닉 내원 환자 62명에 대한 임상적 관찰

Objectives : The purposes of this study are to evaluate the effect of treatment in obesity clinic in Dae-Gu Hanny University and to improve the oriental medical methods of treatment in obesity patients. Methods : 62 patients were classified into four groups by Body Mass Index(BMI) : normal, overweight, 1st obesity and 2nd obesity groups. Weight, BMI, body fat rate and abdominal fat rate were compared in each group by t-test. Results : In distribution of sex, male were 10(16.1%), female were 52(83.9%). Mean age was $31.0{\pm}2.59$ and the patients in twenties and thirties were the most. Mean weight was $71.80{\pm}4.08kg$ and 1st obesity group(23) was the most. Mean BMI was $27.11{\pm}1.20(kg/m^2)$. BMI Changes in obesity groups treated by obesity clinic were $0.95{\pm}0.68kg/m^2$ in normal group, $1.45{\pm}0.38kg/m^2$ in overweight group, $2.67{\pm}0.48kg/m^2$ in 1st obesity group and $4.01{\pm}1.10kg/m^2$ in 2nd obesity group. The changes in all groups were significant. The more the obesity degree was. the more weight loss was. Conclusions : The weight and BMI in patients were almost decreased significantly when they treated. It resulted that the effect of oriental medical treatment in obesity was positive. This study is the effect of treatment in obesity by several medical methods and it is thought that the study of the effects of treatment in obesity by each medical methods that were used in this study is necessary.
소적정원산(消積正元算)으로 호전된 적증(積證)환자 1례 보고

This study was designed to evaluate the effects of the oriental medicine(Sojeockjeongwonsan) on a Jeock-Jeung patient. The clinical data was analyzed on a patient with Jeock-Jeung, deemed due to Gangiulgyul(肝氣鬱結) and Junggiheoyak(正氣虛弱). The patient’s main symptoms were abdominal pain and abdominal mass. The patient was admitted to Dae-Gu Hanny University Dae-Gu Oriental Medicine Hospital. Clinical symptoms, including abdominal pain, abdominal mass and general condition, improved after treatment. This study suggests that Sojeockjeongwonsan is significantly effective in treatment of a Jeock-Jeung.
사용자 몰입도를 높이기 위한 햅틱 디바이스 활용 가상 현실 트레이닝 콘텐츠의 구현

본 논문에서는 사용자 몰입도를 높이기 위하여, 햅틱 디바이스를 이용하여 Meta Quest 기반 가상 현실 교육/훈련콘텐츠를 구현하고, 그 효용성을 분석하였다. 우선, 간단한 공구 사용 교육을 위한 가상 현실 트레이닝 콘텐츠를 Unity 3D를 이용하여 구현하였으며, 이에 적합한 햅틱 디바이스 H/W도 설계 구현하였다. 사용자의 몰입도 분석을 위해 서울 XR실증센터에서 콘텐츠 체험을 진행하였고, 체험자의 설문 분석을 통해 몰입도 및 만족도 조사를 수행하였다. 또한, 사방이 가려지는 VR HMD와 체감형 콘텐츠의 융합이라는 특수한 상황에 대한 사용자 안전 확보를 위해 전기 자극이 신체적 측면에서 부정적인 영향을 끼치는지를 파악하기 위하여 근전도와 심전도의 생체 데이터 분석도 함께 진행하였다. 서울 XR실증센터의 사용자 분석 실험 결과 참여자의 70% 이상이 실제로 몰입도 향상을 느꼈고, 65% 이상이 다른 가상현실 트레이닝 교육에 햅틱 디바이스의 사용이 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것이라고 응답하였으며, 근전도 측면이나 심전도 측면에서 구현된 햅틱 디바이스의 전기 자극이 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. This paper presents the implementation of a haptic device-based virtual reality training content using Meta Quest and analyzes its effectiveness in enhancing user immersion. Initially, a simple virtual reality training content for tool usage was implemented using Unity 3D, and suitable haptic device hardware was designed and developed. To analyze user immersion, content experiences were conducted at the Seoul XR Validation Center, and surveys were conducted to assess immersion and satisfaction among the participants. Additionally, an analysis of biometric data, including electromyography and electrocardiography, was conducted to determine whether the electrical stimulation from the implemented haptic device had any negative impact on the users physical aspects. The user analysis experiment results showed that over 70% of the participants experienced improved immersion, and over 65% responded positively. Furthermore, it was confirmed that the electrical stimulation from the implemented haptic device had minimal impact on aspects such as muscle activity and heart rate.

건축물의 냉난방 에너지 절감을 위한 단열 및 밀폐효과가 증가하면서 실내공기는 외부로 환기될 수 없는 구조가 되고 있다. 다양한 건축자재에서 인체에 영향을 미치는 화학물질 사용량의 증가로 환경호르몬과 아토피질환 유발물질에 대한 우려가 커지고 있다. 또한 대기 중의 미세먼지 영향으로 원활한 실내환기가 어려워짐으로써 최근 실내공기질에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 다중이용시설 중 취약계층이 이용하는 시설(의료기관, 노인요양시설, 산후조리원, 어린이집)은 실내공기질 관리법에서 일반시설보다 강화된 기준으로 관리되고 있다. 다중이용시설 중 취약계층시설 33개소에 대한 실내공기질 측정 결과 유지기준에 대한 초과율은 3.0%(1개소/33개소)로 나타났으며, 권고기준에 대한 초과율은 21.2%(7개소/33개소)로 나타났다. 취약계층시설 중 산후조리원에서 이산화탄소를 제외한 모든 항목에서 실내공기질 관리가 잘 이루어지고 있다. Indoor air becomes structures incapable of being ventilated from the outside, including insulation and occlusive effect to reduce air conditioning and heating energy of buildings. There is growing concern about inducing substances of environmental hormone and atopy owing to increased usage of chemical substances affecting humans in a variety of building resources. Also, due to the influence of particulate matter in the atmosphere, as smooth indoor ventilation is hard, interest about recent indoor air quality is increased. Of public-use facilities, infrastructures(medical institutions, elderly care facilities, postpartum care centers and day centers) are managed on a stronger basis than general facilities under the indoor air quality control act. Excess rate about 33 facilities for the utilization of the vulnerable people among public-use facilities appears 3.0%(1 place/33 places) and excess rate about guideline shows 21.2%(7 places/33 places). Indoor air quality management is achieved well on all counts except for carbon dioxide in postpartum care centers among facilities for the utilization of the vulnerable people.
